Private houses will be built in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts. The capital’s five urban development plans for land plots with a total area of 0.62 hectares have been drawn up Committee on Architecture and Urban Development (Moskomarkhitektura). This was reported by Juliana Knyazhevskaya, Chairman of the Committee.
The plots are located in the villages of Konakovo, Krucha, Rassudovo and Pesye, as well as in the settlement of Rogovo. The settlements are in the districts of Bekasovo, Voronovo and Krasnopakhorsky.
“The total area of development on each site will not exceed 440 square meters. The settlements where houses will appear as part of individual housing construction are promising territories. There, conditions are created for comfortable living in private houses with all the necessary infrastructure within the city limits,” noted Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov said that from 2020 Muscovites bought it out about 500 land plots with a 60 percent discount for individual housing construction.
