ISLAMABAD, Oct. 16 — Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Wednesday called for deepening and expanding cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
He also urged the SCO member states to strengthen strategic alignment, actively respond to major risks, and expand personnel exchanges.
Li made the remarks during the 23rd Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of Member States of the SCO.
