Entrepreneurs will be able to purchase six plots of land for individual housing construction in the east of Moscow. This was reported by the head of the capital’s Department for Competition Policy Kirill Purtov.
“On
city auction put upsix plots in the Eastern Administrative District with an area of 727 to 1,525 square meters. Buyers will be able to build private houses on them with a maximum area of 363.5 to 762.5 square meters, depending on the plot. The auction will be held on October 31 and November 7,” said Kirill Purtov.
All plots are located on the inner-city territory of the Kosino-Ukhtomsky municipal district. They have access to all utilities – gas, electricity, sewerage, water supply.
The auction will be held in the format of an open auction. Applications for participation are accepted until October 25 and until November 1, depending on the lot. To participate in the auction, you will need to register on the Roseltorg digital trading platform and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature. Information about the auction is posted on capital investment portal.
