Rehabilitation program
It is more common to talk about the physical impairments of people who have suffered a stroke, but few people know that the diagnosis also leaves traces on a person’s brain activity. According to modern research, about 40–50% of patients who have suffered a stroke suffer from moderate cognitive impairment, and 20–30% develop dementia.
