• 1.What view does the Commission take of the trilateral memorandum on military cooperation between Croatia, Albania and the so-called Republic of Kosovo in the light of UN Resolution 1244, which continues to recognise Kosovo as part of Serbia?
• 2.Does the Commission consider this military cooperation to be a threat to the fragile stability of the Western Balkans and potentially a provocation to Serbia?
• 3.What direct or indirect financial or material contributions have EU Member States or EU programmes made to the development of the so-called Kosovo Security Force, and how does this tally with the EU’s position on the status of Kosovo?
