Mission
The Arctic Institute is committed to promoting diverse voices, knowledge, and new ideas on Arctic policy. Established in 2011, The Arctic Institute is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization headquartered in Washington, D.C with a network of researchers across the world.
The Arctic Institute envisions a world in which the complex security issues facing the Arctic are identified, understood, and inclusively resolved. To accomplish this, its work spans the many dimensions of Arctic security.
