BEIJING, May 9 (Xinhua) — Zhao Jinyun, a former vice governor of northwest China’s Gansu Province, has been arrested on suspicion of bribery, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) said Friday.
The results of the investigation conducted against her by the State Supervisory Committee were transferred to the prosecutor’s office to initiate criminal proceedings with the final presentation of charges against her in court, the VNP added.
An investigation into her was initiated in October 2024. -0-
