“Following the results of the competition, the investor acquired from the city a non-residential premises with an area of over 300 square meters in a building that is a cultural heritage site. The historical site “The House in Which Dmitry Andreevich Furmanov Lived and Died in 1926″ is located at 14 Nashchokinsky Lane. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the new owner carried out work to preserve the architectural monument and created a comfortable office space. Now it is adapted for notary activities,” said Ekaterina Solovieva.
The entrepreneur replaced old partitions, door units and suspended ceilings that did not meet the requirements, and also completed the wall finishing and restored the main entrance porch in accordance with the design project. The interior finishing was done in such a way that it did not contradict the exterior of the building and emphasized its historical layout.
“The notary is visited by clients for whom the transport accessibility of the office and its security are important. It is convenient to get to us: the Kropotkinskaya metro station is a three-minute walk away, and there is a parking lot next to the building. The building has a modern video surveillance system and 24-hour security. The beautiful appearance of the mansion and the comfortable organization of the office space set our clients up for long-term cooperation,” noted notary Tatyana Yakubova.
According to the terms of the agreement, the new owner is obliged to use the renovated premises for notary activities until October 2026. In the future, the owner will be able to use the property at his own discretion, but taking into account the security obligation.
Representatives Department of City Property And Department of Cultural Heritage are part of a specialized commission for monitoring compliance with the terms of competitions for the sale of cultural heritage sites. Every quarter, the commission evaluates how buyers fulfill their obligations. If the requirements are not properly met, the city has the right to fine the violator or terminate the contract with him.
