An aerial drone photo taken on July 3, 2025 shows the Heishan Gorge Yellow River grand bridge in Zhongwei City, northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The two sides of the Heishan Gorge Yellow River grand bridge were joined together on Thursday, laying a solid foundation for the bridge’s completion within this year. The 1,539-meter-long grand bridge, with a span of 240 meters, is a major project of the highway linking Zhongwei of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Mengjiawan of northwest China’s Shaanxi Province.
