On April 26, 2025, the “Opening the Gate to Rice Planting” ceremony and the first fashion show using the terraced fields as a runway were held in the Jiabang Rice Terraces in Congjiang County, Guizhou Province. Through the “Opening the Gate to Rice Planting” spring plowing ceremony, traditional farming culture demonstration, rice terrace fashion show and other activities, the agricultural heritage of the region and the national colors expressed in local costumes were presented.
