VIENTIANE, May 7 (Xinhua) — Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith will lead a high-ranking delegation to Russia on a state visit from May 8 to 10 at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to strengthen Lao-Russian relations and expand bilateral cooperation.
During the visit, Thongloun Sisoulith will also take part in celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Lao National Television reported on Wednesday. –0–
