Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan today announced the appointment of Jessica Fralich as District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Sixth Judicial District. Fralich will replace the Honorable David M. Johnson and will be chambered in Duluth in St. Louis County.
