MINSK, June 22 (Xinhua) — A meeting between Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and U.S. Presidential Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg took place in Minsk on Saturday. The conversation took place at the Palace of Independence with the participation of members of the delegations.
