Companies across industries are increasingly prioritizing efficiency, product development, and business expansion in their hiring strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. There is also a focus on improving customer experience, fostering innovation, and driving performance. GlobalData’s research reveals that some of the notable companies such as HP, Novo Nordisk, Walmart, Unilever, Takeda Pharmaceutical (Takeda), and The Campbell’s Company are looking to form new teams, departments or set up new roles.
