Farmers suggest diversifying the holiday menu and experimenting with ingredients. For example, you can serve cream cheese with herbs and walnuts, chicken with mushrooms and cream, feta with olives and finely chopped tomatoes, and caramelized apples with cinnamon with pancakes.
