  • MIL-OSI USA: Calling on Federal Leaders for Increased Drone Detection

Source: US State of New York

overnor Kathy Hochul issued a letter to President Trump and Congressional leaders regarding the threat posed by unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commonly known as drones, and highlighting the critical need for a federal comprehensive strategy on drone detection capabilities. Late last year in the New York City area and the Hudson Valley, a number of drone sightings underscored the inadequacy of the federal government’s posture and the constrained ability of state authorities to detect and mitigate these threats.

In the letter, Governor Hochul also urges federal leaders to grant states the ability to maintain and expand the authority to improve detection and mitigation of drone threats in coordination with federal agencies.

The full text of the letter is below:

    Dear President Trump:

I am writing to you with respect to the critical need for federal action regarding the threat posed by unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commonly known as drones. As you are aware, late last year, the New York City area and the Hudson Valley experienced concerning UAS sightings that underscored the inadequacy of the federal government’s posture and the constrained ability of state authorities to detect and mitigate these threats.

In early June, the Ukrainian military launched a successful surprise attack against Russian strategic air forces using drones. This serves as a stark reminder of the evolving and significant danger these systems present. An attack against strategic military and critical infrastructure in New York poses an urgent danger to the United States. I urge the Administration to proactively improve the UAS detection and mitigation posture in New York and for Congress to extend existing authorities and expand states’ abilities to detect and mitigate these threats themselves.

The reality is that the federal government is unprepared and poorly postured to detect and mitigate UAS threats and states are hamstrung by a lack of legislative authority and action by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The time for decisive action is now.

I am asking your immediate attention on two fronts:

    1. Coordinated Federal Action on Drone Threats. We need a comprehensive federal strategy that not only dramatically improves drone detection capabilities nationally but also provides robust, multi-layered mitigation measures. These detection and mitigation measures must first protect critical infrastructure like population centers, utilities, and military assets, but also be able to be swiftly deployed to areas of concern when necessary. In the summer of 2026-12 short months away – the New York area will be the epicenter for multiple high-profile events, including the World Cup, the flotilla of Tall Ships, International Naval Review, the largest ever Macy’s fireworks show, and America’s 250th birthday celebration, which will present prime targets.

    2. Increased Authority for States to Detect and Mitigate Drones. New York State must maintain the authority to take proactive steps to detect and mitigate drones. The previous Congress extended important counter-drone authorities granted to the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Bureau of Investigation, but only to September 2025. The sunset of this authority puts the U.S. at risk and this authority must be extended. Additionally, expanded authorities and capabilities must be granted to states, such as through the measures proposed by the Safeguarding the Homeland from the Threats Posed by Unmanned Aircraft Systems Act. Granting states the authority they need to improve detection and mitigation of UAS threats, in coordination with federal agencies, is no longer a matter of preference. It is a matter of urgent concern.

The security of our state and the nation demands a coordinated and robust response to the challenge posed by drones. I urge you to prioritize this issue and take swift action before it is too late.

We stand ready to collaborate with the federal government and Congress to address this critical threat.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy Hochul

    Governor

    CC:

The Honorable Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security

The Honorable Sean Duffy, Secretary of Transportation

The Honorable Chris Rocheleau, Acting Administrator of the FAA

  • MIL-OSI Security: Maryland Man Pleads Guilty After Assaulting an Airline Gate Agent

    Source: US FBI

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A Maryland man pled guilty today to interfering with security screening personnel.

According to court documents, on March 13, Christopher Stuart Crittenden, 54, of Frederick, who had consumed multiple alcoholic beverages, became irate about a delay and his seating assignment for his flight from Washington Dulles International Airport. Crittenden shouted expletives at a gate agent. The agent informed the flight captain, who was on the jet bridge, that Crittenden was likely inebriated and verbally harassing airline staff. The captain came to the gate to speak with Crittenden and ultimately informed him that he could not fly on the aircraft.

Crittenden then assaulted the agent by punching him in the face, temporarily rendering the victim unconscious. Crittenden also attempted to punch another gate agent, but that gate agent avoided the assault.

Crittenden is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 9 and faces up to 10 years in prison. Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Erik S. Siebert, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and Joshua P. Stone, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office’s Counterterrorism Division, made the announcement after U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff accepted the plea.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Meredith Clement is prosecuting the case.

  • MIL-OSI United Kingdom: UK and Czechia to lead global race on small modular reactors

Source: United Kingdom – Executive Government & Departments

    News story

UK and Czechia to lead global race on small modular reactors

British workers will further benefit from a new generation of nuclear power.

    • Golden age of nuclear receives a major new boost, as the Prime Minister and Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala sign first of a kind partnership at Downing Street today
    • both countries will now work closer together on small modular reactors to seize export opportunities, support highly-skilled jobs, boost economic growth and deliver clean, homegrown energy as part of the Plan for Change
    • follows government backing for new nuclear at the Spending Review, including selection of Rolls-Royce SMR as the preferred bidder to build the UK’s first small modular reactors and £14.2 billion investment to build Sizewell C

British workers will further benefit from a new generation of nuclear power, as the government signs a landmark agreement with Czechia to kickstart the next chapter in the UK’s golden age of nuclear and secure high-skilled jobs.

Today’s agreement, set to be signed by Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala at Downing Street, will unlock new opportunities for industrial collaboration and the potential for the UK and Czechia to export small modular reactors to other countries in Europe.

It will also support the delivery of up to six new reactors in Czechia by Rolls-Royce SMR, potentially worth billions of pounds.

It comes after Rolls Royce SMR and the Czechia’s largest public company, ČEZ, agreed last year to partner on SMR, with ČEZ acquiring a 20% stake.

The leaders will also host a business roundtable as part of the visit to drive closer trade and investment links between the UK and Czechia to support working people.

Building more nuclear will help drive the UK’s energy security, as part of the government’s mission to protect family finances by replacing the UK’s dependency on fossil fuel markets controlled by dictators with clean power that we control.

Small modular reactors are also smaller and quicker to build than traditional nuclear plants, with costs likely to come down as units are rolled out, helping to delivering clean, homegrown energy for British billpayers.

The government’s clean energy mission is the only route to energy security, lower bills and good jobs for the country. Investment is already booming, with over £40 billion of private investment in clean energy announced since last July.

    Prime Minister Keir Starmer said:

This agreement is about delivering for Britain – cleaner energy, better jobs, and greater security.

By working with our Czech partners on small modular reactors, we’re backing British engineering, strengthening our industrial base, and putting the UK in a leading position to export the technologies of the future.

This is our Plan for Change in action, taking practical steps to rebuild our economy, bring down bills, and give working people a stake in our clean energy transition.

Peter Fiala, Prime Minister of Czechia, said:

Nuclear energy holds significant potential for the coming years, as the sector is undergoing a true renaissance. That is why I am especially pleased that ČEZ and Rolls-Royce will cooperate on the development and production of small modular reactors. This collaboration will bring tangible benefits to both Czech and British economies, including job creation.

The Czech Republic and the United Kingdom share a common approach to energy policy, and we have a very similar vision of what the future of energy should look like. We see the ideal energy mix as a combination of large nuclear power plants, small modular reactors and renewable energy sources.

I am confident that this partnership with the United Kingdom will help us ensure energy security and affordable energy for future generations — a key priority of our government.

UK Energy Secretary Ed Miliband said:

This government is driving to make the UK a clean energy superpower, replacing our dependence on fossil fuel markets controlled by petrostates with clean homegrown power we control.

Nuclear power is an essential part of that, which is why this government is ending years of a no-nuclear status quo to seize the benefits of a nuclear golden age for Britain.

This agreement will put the UK back where it belongs – at the very forefront of the global race on nuclear, working in lockstep with our Czech partners to deliver economic growth, clean energy and highly-skilled jobs for both nations.

According to the International Energy Agency, the global SMR market is projected to reach up to nearly £500 billion by 2050, with today’s announcement giving the UK and Czechia the competitive advantage as frontrunners in the global race to build and export new nuclear technology.

This follows Rolls-Royce SMR being selected as the preferred bidder to partner with Great British Energy – Nuclear to develop small modular reactors, subject to final government approvals and contract signature – unlocking a new golden age of nuclear in the UK.

As part of the government’s modern Industrial Strategy to revive Britain’s industrial heartlands, the government has pledged over £2.5 billion for the overall small modular reactor programme – with this project potentially supporting up to 3,000 new skilled jobs and powering the equivalent of around 3 million homes with clean, secure homegrown energy.

Great British Energy – Nuclear is aiming to allocate a site later this year and connect projects to the grid in the mid-2030s. Once small modular reactors and Sizewell C come online in the 2030s, combined with the new station at Hinkley Point C, this will deliver more nuclear to the grid than over the previous half century.

Last week, during the President Macron’s State Visit to the UK, French energy giant EDF confirmed it will take a 12.5% stake in Sizewell C, taking the project one step closer to being given the green light. At peak construction, Sizewell C will support 10,000 jobs, and thousands more in the nationwide supply chain, and create 1,500 apprenticeships.

Source: United States House of Representatives – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11)

    July 14, 2025

(NEW YORK, NY) – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) today issued the following statement regarding news that plans to launch a new ferry route reconnecting Staten Island and Brooklyn have moved one step closer to becoming a reality.

“As a member of the Congressional Ferry Caucus and one of the lawmakers who voted for the 2021 bipartisan infrastructure law which has invested in our infrastructure, ports, and waterways, I’m pleased that today’s announcement reflects a top priority of mine to strengthen, modernize, and expand our maritime transportation and ferry network.

For years, we’ve urged the city to better utilize our waterways to ease traffic and expand transportation options for Staten Islanders and Brooklynites. Now, for the first time in decades, the city is one step closer to reconnecting Staten Island and Brooklyn by ferry. If there is enough positive response during the upcoming public comment period, this long-awaited route could become a reality as soon as this winter. When the feedback period opens, we urge Staten Islanders and Brooklynites to weigh in so both boroughs have greater access to reliable and affordable ferries.”

Earlier this year, Malliotakis launched the Bipartisan Congressional Ferry Caucus, aiming to advocate for the needs of communities that rely on ferry transportation, highlight the benefits of ferry systems, and secure long-term federal investments to strengthen marine operations, shoreside infrastructure, and workforce development.

62 new projects will improve traffic and pedestrian safety

Flashing pedestrian crossing signs in Estevan, a crosswalk in Lampman and streetlights on the Red Earth Cree Nation are among the road safety enhancements that will be delivered using funding provided in the Provincial Traffic Safety Fund’s latest round of grants.

Sixty-two projects in 61 Saskatchewan communities will receive grants, totalling nearly $1.54 million. Grants in this round range from $853 to $100,000.

“The Government of Saskatchewan and SGI are committed to delivering safer roads for everyone in Saskatchewan,” Minister Responsible for SGI Jeremy Harrison said. “This $1.5 million in provincial grants will enable 61 municipalities and First Nations throughout our province to deliver enhancements to traffic safety in their communities.”

The full list of approved projects and grant amounts can be found on SGI’s website.

Provincial Traffic Safety Fund grants are awarded to communities twice a year, using proceeds from photo speed enforcement. A total of $14.55 million has been awarded to 918 projects in Saskatchewan since the program was established in 2019.

Eligible projects must focus on one or more of these traffic safety priorities: speeding, impaired driving, distracted driving, occupant protection, intersection safety, aggressive driving, vulnerable road users or medically-at-risk drivers.

Applications are reviewed by a committee made up of representatives from the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association, the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities, the Prince Albert Grand Council, the Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Highways and SGI.

Applications are now being accepted for the next round of funding. The deadline for applications is Sept. 30, 2025. For more information and for the full list of approved projects, visit SGI’s website: https://sgi.sk.ca/community-grants-programs.

  • India hopes zero tolerance for terrorism will be strongly upheld: EAM Jaishankar before key SCO meeting

    Source: Government of India

    Source: Government of India (4)

A day ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (CFM) in Tianjin, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar on Monday stated that the “primary mandate” of the grouping is to “combat terrorism, separatism and extremism”.

“Tomorrow, we will be meeting in the format of the SCO, whose primary mandate is to combat terrorism, separatism and extremism. This is a shared concern and India hopes that zero tolerance for terrorism will be strongly upheld,” the EAM said in his opening remarks during a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Monday.

Last month, the SCO Defence Ministers’ Meeting held at Qingdao could not adopt a Joint Statement after India’s concerns on terrorism did not reflect in the document.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who had attended the meeting, had laid down the broad contours of India’s transitional shift in its policy against terrorism and had also called upon the member countries to unite in eliminating the menace for collective safety and security.

“I understand that they could not adopt a Joint Statement. I also understand that member countries could not reach consensus on certain issues and hence the document could not be finalised. On our side, India wanted concerns on terrorism reflected in the document, which was not acceptable to one particular country, and therefore the statement was not adopted,” the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal had said during a regular media briefing held in New Delhi on June 26.

On June 24, while spotlighting the barbaric Pahalgam terror attack and India’s subsequent Operation Sindoor to dismantle terror infrastructure across the border, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval had also called for the urgent need to shun double standards in the fight against terrorism and take decisive actions against UN-proscribed terrorists and entities.

Addressing the 20th meeting of the Security Council Secretaries of the SCO Member States in Beijing, NSA Doval had said that India is deeply concerned about continued threat from terror groups designated by United Nations Security Council (UNSC), including Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) — two of the most dangerous and state-supported terror outfits operating out of Pakistan – besides Al Qaeda, ISIS and its affiliates.

In his intervention, he highlighted the need to shun double standards in the fight against terrorism and take decisive actions against UN-proscribed terrorists and entities like LeT, JeM and their proxies and dismantle their terror eco-systems.

Reiterating that any act of terror including cross border terrorism is a crime against humanity, India had called on SCO members to hold accountable the perpetrators, organisers, financiers and sponsors of acts of cross border terror and to help bring them to justice.

During his visit, NSA Doval had also held discussions with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi who is also a Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

  • MIL-OSI USA: Representatives Sorensen, Kaptur, and Doggett Call for Investigation into Deadly Texas Floods

Source: United States House of Representatives – Congressman Eric Sorensen (IL-17)

In a Letter to President Trump, NOAA Leadership, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Representatives Want Answers to What Contributed to the Deaths of More Than 100 Americans

Representatives Eric Sorensen (IL-17), Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), and Lloyd Doggett (TX-37) are demanding answers from President Donald Trump, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) leadership, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on why hundreds of Americans were unprepared to evacuate from the deadly Texas floods. In a letter they sent to the current Administration, the representatives are calling for an urgent review of the disaster to determine if staffing shortages, stalled forecasting improvements, or insufficient flood preparedness contributed to the deaths of more than 100 people.

“As someone who has reported on dangerous floods for my neighbors as a meteorologist in my local community, I know how critical it is for NWS meteorologists, local media, and emergency management coordinators to work together seamlessly and quickly to share urgent warnings,” said Congressman Sorensen. “The deadly toll of the flash floods that hit Texas last week beg the question of what went wrong with the warning systems in place and what more could have been done to prevent this tragedy. The Trump Administration’s cuts to NOAA and the NWS are already having a real impact on the accuracy of our nation’s weather forecasting, creating cause for major concern. That is why I am calling on President Trump, NOAA, and the Army Corps of Engineers to undertake a full-scale investigation into what went wrong and what can be done to prevent catastrophes like this in the future.”

“This flood was not just a natural disaster but a failure of foresight and leadership,” said Congresswoman Kaptur. “A changing climate is rewriting the rules of weather, and our federal agencies must keep pace. The American people deserve a weather warning system that does more than sound the alarm. It must be fully staffed and ready to act to ensure that everyone in harms way receives it. This letter is a demand for accountability, but more importantly, it’s a demand for lives to be protected anywhere severe weather strikes.”

“As Texans in my state are faced with much pain and uncertainty, we cannot wait to ask the hard questions,” said Congressman Doggett. “Effective oversight saves lives. That is why we need a full account of the ways in which the Trump administration’s recent actions have undermined the federal response, both before and after this catastrophe. Learning from these failures and recognizing that weather intensification driven by climate change increasingly endangers lives will help prevent more tragedies.”

You can read the full letter HERE.

Since President Trump took office, there has been a 15% reduction in National Weather Service (NWS) staffing that has begun to degrade forecasting capabilities and operational capacity at NWS offices across the country.

As the only meteorologist in Congress, Congressman Sorensen has been a fierce advocate for protecting and strengthening NOAA and the NWS from cuts. Starting last year, he has been warning about the impact of Project 2025’s plans to dismantle and privatize NOAA and the NWS. As the Department of Government Efficiency began making cuts to the agencies, Congressman Sorensen has been speaking out, introducing legislation, and calling on the Administration to bring a stop to the disastrous cuts. He recently introduced the Weather Workforce Improvement Act to help the NWS fully staff critical positions at their offices and the Rural Weather Monitoring Systems Act to help strengthen weather forecasting in rural America.

  • MIL-OSI USA: Bean, Hern Introduce “Apples to Apples” Act to Bring Medicare Transparency for Seniors

Source: United States House of Representatives – Representative Aaron Bean Florida (4th District)

WASHINGTON—U.S. Congressman Aaron Bean (FL-04) and U.S. Congressman Kevin Hern (OK-01) recently introduced H.R. 4093, the Apples to Apples Comparison Act, so that consumers have accurate data when deciding between Medicare Advantage (MA) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) for their healthcare coverage.

With Medicare spending projected to reach a staggering $1.3 trillion this year and a majority of Medicare beneficiaries now enrolled in Medicare Advantage, the stakes have never been higher. Flawed data leads to flawed decisions—and getting it wrong could jeopardize access, benefits, and the quality of care for millions of seniors. The Apples to Apples Act will require the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to more accurately compare costs and health outcomes to ensure that seniors are able to select healthcare policies that best reflect their needs.

Upon introduction, Congressman Bean said: “Healthcare decisions are complicated enough, and seniors shouldn’t have to compare apples to oranges in order to make good choices. The Apples to Apples Act ensures that seniors have accurate and comparable information when choosing which Medicare program works best for their lifestyle and budget.”

“Greater transparency is needed in all aspects of the healthcare market, because transparency helps patients. The Medicare market has long needed new transparency measures. This bill will do the job. It’s important for us to understand how the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) uses their cost data, and ensure they are bringing fair market prices to seniors across this country. Our seniors deserve the best care at the lowest price, and I’m proud to cosponsor this bill to help us get there,” said Congressman Hern.

BEIJING, July 14 (Xinhua) — China on Monday urged Japan to learn from history and be prudent in its military and security words and actions as this year marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Jiang Bin made the statement in response to a reporter’s request to comment on Japanese government sources’ reports that Japan plans to export six Abukuma-class frigates to the Philippines.

The official reiterated China’s position that cooperation between relevant countries in the areas of defense and security should not be directed against third parties or harm their interests.

Jiang Bin recalled the grave historical responsibility of Japanese militarism for its actions during World War II, including the invasion and colonial rule of neighboring countries such as China and the Philippines, as well as the occupation of islands in the South China Sea.

In recent years, Japan, going beyond the framework of its peace constitution and the principle of “exclusively defensive policy,” has been continuously increasing the export of weapons and military equipment abroad, the official representative stated.

He said such actions looked like reckless attempts to create “inner circles,” sow chaos in the South China Sea and bring instability to the Asia-Pacific region as a whole.

“We call on the Japanese side to deeply rethink its activities, learn from history, exercise caution in its statements and actions in the military and security spheres, and take more steps to help protect peace and stability in the region,” the official representative concluded. –0–

BEIJING, July 14 (Xinhua) — Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Malta’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism Ian Borg in Beijing on Monday.

Wang Yi, also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, said Malta plays a unique and positive role in matters of world peace and stability.

China hopes to work with Malta to maintain high-level political trust, mutual respect, mutual understanding and mutual support, and firmly fulfill mutual commitments on issues affecting each other’s core interests and major concerns, the Chinese Foreign Minister noted.

He indicated that China is willing to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with Malta in areas such as trade, investment, culture and tourism, science and education, and continue to maintain positive communication and cooperation in international affairs.

Speaking about China-EU relations, Wang Yi noted that the most important experience and lesson learned from the 50 years of development of China-EU relations is that bilateral relations are positioned as partnerships, not competition, and their leitmotif is dialogue and cooperation.

The Chinese Foreign Minister stressed that China and the EU, as two leading global powers, civilizations and markets, should understand, respect and value each other.

Wang Yi called on both sides to view the mutually beneficial and win-win nature of bilateral relations from the perspective of development, jointly promote the process of human civilization, and maintain world peace and stability.

    J. Borg, for his part, stated that Malta highly values relations with China, always regards them as a priority area of its diplomacy, firmly adheres to the one-China principle, actively participates in the Belt and Road Initiative and invites more Chinese friends to visit Malta.

The Maltese side also believes that the EU and China should be partners, not rivals, and that differences between them should be properly resolved through dialogue and consultation, said J. Borg, expressing his readiness to continue to play an active role in stimulating the development of European-Chinese relations. –0–

Source: Government of Canada News (2)

July 14, 2025 – Ottawa, Ontario – Department of Finance Canada

In the election, Canadians called for change – and Canada’s new government is moving with urgency to deliver this change. Budget 2025 will spend less and invest more to catalyze private capital, unleash investment, and build the strongest economy in the G7.

As the new government prepares for the tabling of Budget 2025 in the fall, the Minister of Finance and National Revenue, the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, is launching pre-budget consultations. Starting today, until August 28, 2025, Canadians can participate in the consultations by sharing their thoughts on key issues at Canada.ca/YourBudget.

Consultations will focus on bringing down costs for Canadians – building on measures such as the middle-class tax cut which saves a two-income family up to $840 a year and removing GST on new homes under $1 million for first-time buyers. Consultations will also emphasize job-creation, including measures to build more homes, expedite nation-building projects, and bolster Canada’s defence industrial capacity.

In the weeks to come, the Minister of Finance, alongside Secretary of State, Wayne Long, and Parliamentary Secretary, Ryan Turnbull, will also be meeting with stakeholders and individuals across the country as part of the pre-budget consultation process.

This Budget will deliver on the new government’s mandate to bring down costs, keep communities safe, diversify trade, and build one strong Canadian economy. With a responsible fiscal plan – we will spend less, invest more, and build Canada as an economic force for decades to come.

  • MIL-OSI Asia-Pac: SOIC’s Artificial Intelligent Identification Navigation Assistance System Wins Silver at the 2025 Edison Awards

    Source: Republic of China Taiwan

Maritime navigation often faces challenges such as heavy fog and poor visibility at night. In such conditions, traditional radar and Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) often struggle to provide real-time and intuitive navigational information. The “Artificial Intelligent Identification Navigation Assistance System” addresses this pain point by integrating AI-based image recognition with thermal imaging and visible light camera technologies. Even in nighttime or adverse weather, the system can accurately identify surrounding vessels, significantly enhancing visual perception capabilities.

By fusing data from maritime radar and AIS, the system offers a real-time, intuitive visual navigation interface that enables quick awareness of surrounding vessel movements. Additionally, through AI-powered predictive analysis, it can recognize up to 17 vessel types under all weather conditions and effectively detect vessel activity within a 2-nautical-mile range, actively alerting users to potential navigation risks and helping to prevent collisions.

The system has already been integrated with cameras from Merit Lilin Ent. Co. and Creative Sensor Inc., and deployed on vessels from Pier 22 Co. Yachts and Porrima. Future plans include expanding into unmanned vessel applications, further advancing AI capabilities in maritime operations.
