“This facility will become a year-round educational center for the youth of Russia’s historical regions. More than 50 buildings will accommodate over 300 participants – future creators, leaders, and professionals,” Vladimir Saldo emphasized.
The national project “Youth and Children” and the Rosmolodezh programs implemented in the Kherson region were discussed at the site of the branch of the art cluster “Tavrida”.
