BEIJING, May 19 (Xinhua) — Commercial housing prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities in China remained generally stable in April 2025, data released by the National Bureau of Statistics showed Monday.
According to the agency’s statistics, compared to March 2025, housing prices in the cities in question remained at the same level or fell slightly in April of this year. Prices continued to fall year-on-year, but the rate of decline slowed further. -0-
