From January to May, capital city customers concluded over 28 thousand contracts with entrepreneurs from the regionsSuppliers portal. The total amount of contracts amounted to 7.2 billion rubles. This is 10.8 percent more than for the same period in 2024. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
“Over 12 years of operation, the supplier portal has become an indispensable resource for businesses from various constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Over the first five months of this year, more than 28 thousand contracts worth over seven billion rubles were concluded with suppliers from the regions on the portal, which is almost 11 percent higher than the contracting volume for the same period in 2024. Most often, Moscow government agencies ordered construction, medical, household goods from the regions, including household appliances, as well as office supplies, communications equipment and software. Almost half of the contracts with regional suppliers fell into these categories,” said Maria Bagreeva.
Currently, the supplier portal has over 58 thousand state and municipal customers. Every day, about 1.5 thousand contracts are concluded on the platform. More than 90 percent of entrepreneurs on the site are small and medium-sized businesses.
“In early June 2025, the number of registered entrepreneurs on the supplier portal exceeded 375 thousand, since 2021 the figure has increased by 51 percent. The portal attracts businesses with the opportunity to supply their goods and provide services in different regions, as well as a high level of digitalization of processes and the efficiency of transactions. The key regions – suppliers of the capital in the first five months of this year were the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk regions. 17.2 thousand contracts worth 4.9 billion rubles were concluded with them. This is 61.4 percent of the total number of transactions with regional suppliers on the portal,” added the head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy

Simplified registration via email allows you to view information on the portal, but does not allow you to participate in purchases. The supplier portal has been operating since 2013. Last year, the volume of purchases on the platform reached 121.7 billion rubles, exceeding the 2023 figure by 20 percent. And in the first five months of 2025, customers have already made more than 237 thousand purchases worth 46.8 billion rubles.
