The investor will build a sports complex with a football field in Ramenki. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The facility with a total area of almost 10 thousand square meters will appear at the address: Minskaya Street, land plot No. 2a. The complex will include the main and administrative buildings, as well as a football field.

“The five-story main building will have a multi-purpose sports hall with an area of 730 square meters, a competition hall with stands and a balcony, rooms for playing backgammon, checkers, chess, as well as two gyms, rooms for individual training, eSports and sports programming. There will also be balconies and terraces on the third and fourth floors. Next to the main building there will be a football field measuring 90 by 45 meters with running tracks and areas for athletics. There will be a stand for 200 seats and an administrative and household block with coaching rooms and changing rooms for athletes,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The facades of the complex will be decorated with aluminum slats and wood-like plates, stained glass, porcelain stoneware and stemalite. The entrance group will be decorated with a media screen.

On the adjacent site, a sports and recreation complex will be built with two halls – a multifunctional one and a specialized one for padel tennis.

“Earlier, the committee issued the developer the permit documentation necessary to begin construction on a land plot of 2.14 hectares. After receiving notification of the start of work, the department’s inspectors will draw up a program of inspections that will take place throughout the construction cycle. During the on-site events, the quality of structures and materials will be monitored, as well as their compliance with the requirements of the project and the architectural and urban planning solution,” the department chairman specified.
