    Source: US FBI

ALBUQUERQUE – A Shiprock man is facing a federal murder charge after allegedly breaking into a home and fatally stabbing a man during a violent altercation in the early morning hours.

According to court documents, on Friday, June 27, 2025, Armondo Paul, 25, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, was arrested after officers from the Navajo Nation Police Department responded to a stabbing at a Shiprock residence. Upon arrival, officers found the victim deceased with a neck wound believed to be from a bladed weapon.

The investigation revealed Paul went to a home after midnight and turned off the power to that residence. After a young woman and her father exited their home to investigate, Paul forcibly entered their residence armed with a knife. After a brief struggle, Paul stabbed the male in his neck. Paul then fled the scene; he was apprehended later that day.

Paul is charged with second-degree murder. He will remain in custody pending trial, which has not been scheduled. If convicted of the current charge, Paul faces up to life in prison.

U.S. Attorney Ryan Ellison and Philip Russell, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Albuquerque Field Office, made the announcement today.

The Farmington Resident Agency of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Albuquerque Field Office investigated this case with assistance from the Navajo Nation Police Department and Department of Criminal Investigations. Assistant U.S. Attorney Zachary C. Jones is prosecuting the case.

A criminal complaint is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

NEWARK, N.J. – Five more members of the Marion Gardens street gang were sentenced by the Honorable Michael E. Farbiarz for their roles in the racketeering enterprise, U.S. Attorney Alina Habba announced.

On July 2, 2025, Roger Pickett, a/k/a “Zy G,” 24, was sentenced to four consecutive terms of life imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy and three counts of murder in aid of racketeering, each stemming from a separate gang-related murder.  He was also sentenced to an additional consecutive sentence of 50 years’ imprisonment, consisting of 20 years’ imprisonment for Hobbs Act robbery, and three ten-year terms of imprisonment for discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.

Also on July 2, 2025, Javon Williams, a/k/a “J45,” 28, was sentenced to 57 months’ imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy and Keith Anderson, a/k/a “Beef3,” 23, was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy.

On July 1, 2025, Quaseame Wilson, a/k/a “Qua Gz,” 28, was sentenced to 195 months’ imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy, Hobbs Act robbery, and aiding and abetting the discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence.  On June 26, 2025, Anthony Rogers, a/k/a “MG,” 25, was sentenced to 54 months’ imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy.

Earlier in June, three other members of the Marion Gardens street gang were sentenced for their roles in the racketeering conspiracy.  On June 17, 2025, Myron Williams, a/k/a “Money,” a/k/a “Tunchi,” 31, of Newark was sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy and murder in aid of racketeering, plus 240 months’ imprisonment for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, and 120 months’ imprisonment for discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, with all sentences to run consecutively.  Also on June 17, 2025, Jawaad Davis, 23, of Jersey City, was sentenced to 170 months’ imprisonment for his role in the Marion Gardens street gang, which included orchestrating a robbery that resulted in murder.  Additionally, on June 5, 2025, Khalil Kelley, a/k/a “Billski,” 26, of Jersey City, was sentenced, to life imprisonment, plus a consecutive ten-year term of imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy, for his role in the Marion Gardens street gang and a gang-related murder.

Three other individuals who previously pled guilty before trial are pending sentencing.  Each defendant will be sentenced before Judge Farbiarz in Newark as follows:

    Naim Richardson, a/k/a “Ninicks” July 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
    Andre Alomar, a/k/a “Dre8” July 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
    Herbert Thomas October 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:

Myron Williams, Khalil Kelley, Roger Pickett, Jawaad Davis, Anthony Rogers, Quaseame Wilson, Andre Alomar, Keith Anderson, Javon Williams, and Naim Richardson are all members and associates of the neighborhood street gang associated with the Marion Gardens Housing Complex. Since 2013, they and their fellow gang members have committed numerous acts of violence, including three separate murders, on March 29, 2021, Nov. 20, 2021, and Nov. 1, 2022.

On March 29, 2021, Kelley and other gang members lured a rival gang member outside by sending him Instagram messages pretending to be the victim’s fellow gang member. When the victim opened the door to his residence, Kelley and another gang member brandished firearms, and the victim was shot multiple times in the chest, killing him. Pickett and Myron Williams then picked up Kelley and other gang members after they abandoned the murder vehicle in Newark.

On Nov. 20, 2021, Myron Williams, Pickett, and Richardson lured a rival gang member outside by sending him Instagram messages pretending to be the second victim’s fellow gang member. Williams and another gang member shot the victim when he opened the door to his residence.

On Nov. 1, 2022, Davis facilitated the murder of the third victim by coordinating a narcotics transaction with the victim and the victim’s associate. When the victim and his associate arrived at the Marion Gardens Housing Complex to complete the narcotics transaction, they were robbed of their narcotics supply. During the robbery, Pickett and Wilson held the victim and his associate at gunpoint. After a struggle ensued, Pickett shot and killed the victim while his associate fled. Pickett then fled the Marion Gardens Housing Complex with Wilson.

For months, investigators observed and documented hundreds of narcotics transactions in and around the Marion Gardens Housing Complex.  The investigation likewise revealed that Herbert Thomas was a primary supplier of narcotics to the Marion Gardens street gang.

When each defendant was arrested on March 17, 2023, law enforcement seized contraband at several different locations, including heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, narcotics packaging materials, ammunition, bulletproof vests, and a loaded handgun.

U.S. Attorney Habba credited investigators of the Gang Intelligence Unit and the Homicide Unit of the Major Case Division of Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Prosecutor Esther Suarez, and special agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), under the direction of Special Agent in Charge L.C. Cheeks Jr., and investigators of the Jersey City Police Department, under the direction of Director James Shea, with the investigation leading to the convictions. She also thanked the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Stefanie Roddy, and the U.S. Marshals, under the direction of U.S. Marshal Juan Mattos, for their assistance.

This investigation was conducted as part of the Jersey City Violent Crime Initiative (VCI). The VCI was formed in 2018 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Jersey City Police Department, for the sole purpose of combatting violent crime in and around Jersey City. As part of this partnership, federal, state, county, and city agencies collaborate to strategize and prioritize the prosecution of violent offenders who endanger the safety of the community. The VCI is composed of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the FBI, the ATF, the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) New Jersey Division, the U.S. Marshals, the Department of Homeland Security – Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Jersey City Police Department, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office, New Jersey State Parole, the Hudson County Jail, and the New Jersey State Police Regional Operations and Intelligence Center/Real Time Crime Center.

The government is represented by First Assistant U.S. Attorney Desiree Grace, and Assistant U.S. Attorneys John Maloy and Javon Henry, of the Organized Crime and Gangs Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s Criminal Division in Newark.

  • MIL-OSI Europe: AMERICA/USA – The religious connotations of the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation”

Source: Agenzia Fides – MIL OSI

    youtube

Rome (Agenzia Fides) – The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), an organization responsible for distributing food to the population of Gaza, has been led since June 3 by evangelical preacher Johnnie Moore Jr., considered by Newsmax Magazine as “one of the 25 most influential evangelical leaders in the United States.”Moore replaces Jake Wood, a former Marine who resigned as executive director of the GHF, claiming that he “could not carry out the aid project in strict compliance with the humanitarian principles of solidarity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence, which I am not prepared to renounce.” This was not the only defection affecting the foundation, created in February 2025 in the US state of Delaware. Its headquarters in Geneva, which existed only formally, was dissolved at the end of June by the Swiss authorities. The Boston Consulting Group also publicly distanced itself from the project, noting in a statement that, in October 2024, some of its employees had volunteered to organize a team to create a humanitarian aid structure for Gaza, “without disclosing the full nature of the work and subsequently performing unauthorized tasks.” These individuals subsequently left the company. The arrival of Johnnie Moore Jr. accentuates the involvement of American evangelical communities close to Israel in the management of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF). Moore, President of the Congress of Christian Leaders, serves on the Board of Directors of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), which presents itself as “the leading nonprofit organization building bridges between Christians and Jews, blessing Israel and the Jewish people worldwide with humanitarian care and lifesaving aid.” Among its activities, the IFCJ assists Israeli soldiers with vouchers for food, clothing, furniture, and other essential items, as well as programs to support former soldiers, vulnerable soldiers, and “lone soldiers” (people who immigrate to Israel to enlist in the military and have no family in the country).Above all, the IFCJ promotes Jewish immigration to Israel as a “fulfillment of biblical prophecy.” According to its website, they state, “We have contributed to the fulfillment of prophecy by helping more than 760,000 Jews make aliyah, immigrate to Israel, since 1983.” Moore is also a member of the Anti-Defamation League’s Task Force for Minorities in the Middle East, the organization founded in 1913 to combat anti-Semitism in the United States.Presenting himself as a defender of religious freedom, Moore spoke out during the rise of the Islamic State (ISIS) regarding the plight of Christian and Yazidi minorities persecuted by jihadists. The current leader of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has been very active in the Middle East for years, where he has held meetings with political and religious leaders, including the crown princes of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Moore claims to have been actively involved in the signing of the “Abraham Accords,” the strategic pacts between Israel and some Arab states promoted under the aegis of the first Trump administration (2017-2021). His relationship with the current US president dates back to the 2016 election campaign, when Moore served as co-chair of Donald Trump’s evangelical advisory board. The following year, Moore and other evangelical leaders pressured Trump to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Trump subsequently appointed Moore to the US Commission on International Religious Freedom. The opaque nature of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation’s (GHF) funds has sparked controversy even within Israel. Opposition leader Yair Lapid has called the foundation a “shell company” covertly funded by the Israeli government itself. Lapid has used the same definition for another US organization working in Gaza with the GHF: Safe Reach Solutions (SRS). This company, along with UG Solutions (run by a former US Green Beret), has been commissioned by the GHF to provide armed protection for food distribution centers in Gaza. In practice, these are armed contractors who, according to the Israeli press, have been operating in Gaza since January 2025 without the supervision of the Shin Bet, the Israeli security service that also operates in the Palestinian territories. SRS is headed by Phil Reilly, a former CIA officer. Safe Reach Solutions (SRS) was incorporated in the state of Wyoming on November 20, 2024, and is believed to be linked to the American strategic consulting firm Orbis Operations. In the fall of 2024, the Israeli government commissioned Orbis to design a plan to distribute humanitarian aid in Gaza without going through UN agencies. The plan presented by Orbis envisioned the creation of a food distribution center managed by a private humanitarian organization, entrusting its security to private contractors in coordination with the Israeli army. This is the plan ultimately adopted by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) and the two contracting companies, SRS and UG Solutions.According to UN estimates, since the start of GHF operations in Gaza, more than 580 civilians have been killed and more than 4,000 injured in the foundation’s aid distribution centers. • MIL-OSI: From Investment to Real Estate: U.S. Accepts Bitcoin for Home Purchases, and LET Mining Helps Asset Growth

    Source: GlobeNewswire (MIL-OSI)

New York City, NY, July 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — As new federal guidelines enable cryptocurrency to qualify as a mortgage asset, U.S. homeowners can now leverage Bitcoin directly in home purchases—with LET Mining poised to support this evolution by helping investors grow and diversify their holdings through efficient, eco‑friendly cloud mining.

Last week, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte directed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to consider cryptocurrency holdings on U.S.-regulated centralized exchanges as qualifying assets in mortgage assessments, without requiring conversion to cash. This landmark shift could unlock homeownership opportunities for Bitcoin holders who previously faced forced liquidation or margin loans.

To capitalize on this growing trend, LET Mining, a crypto‑mining and financial services platform founded in 2021, offers a secure, sustainable path to increase Bitcoin assets through its green‑powered intelligent cloud mining infrastructure. By enabling investors to compound Bitcoin holdings over time, LET Mining empowers users to build crypto reserves that now directly translate into home-buying power.

“With Bitcoin now qualifying as a mortgage asset, investors need reliable, performance‑driven ways to grow their crypto holdings,” said Lillian Austen, Communications Director at LET Mining. “Our smart, renewable‑energy mining services help users scale their portfolios—and access the American dream through real estate.”

LET Mining’s smart cloud platform combines smart contracts, AI‑driven currency allocation, and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum mining efficiency. Its data centers rely on renewable energy and industrial-scale economies, reducing costs and carbon footprint while maximizing real output.

As crypto-backed mortgages and cash‑deal home purchases gain traction, LET Mining also streamlines treasury growth for users. Instead of selling Bitcoin at the time of purchase, investors can continue accumulating via mining and rely on crypto mortgages or cash offers backed by their growing reserves. This reduces tax friction, volatility concerns, and liquidity constraints that previously hindered crypto holders from entering the housing market.

Industry watchers anticipate only 1% of U.S. home purchases have involved crypto proceeds so far—but that figure is expected to rise sharply as institutional frameworks adapt, and platforms like LET Mining make growth accessible and sustainable.

From crypto volatility to traditional stock signals, Bluewave Nexor’s AI doesn’t just react to trends—it anticipates them. Users gain access to dynamic trading recommendations based on technical analysis, sentiment mapping, and behavioral forecasting.

Once a user signs up and deposits funds, the platform’s AI engine begins its role—analyzing live market feeds and delivering actionable insights. These can include potential buy/sell points, momentum surges, and risk indicators. The user then decides whether to trade manually or activate automated strategies using preset rules. This system is free for all customers to use, and the minimum capital you have to invest is only $250.

What makes Bluewave Nexor unique is its real-time adaptability. The system doesn’t follow a rigid pattern—it evolves. As market conditions change, so do the AI’s recommendations. It considers a broad set of factors, including market depth, historical trends, and even sentiment shifts drawn from digital media.

Bluewave Nexor also integrates essential risk controls such as stop-loss and take-profit thresholds, allowing users to maintain discipline during volatile periods. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH FUTURES TRADING
Futures transactions involve high risk. The amount of the initial margin is low compared to the value of the futures contract, so that transactions are “leveraged” or “geared”. A relatively small market movement has a proportionately larger impact on the funds that you have deposited or have to pay: this can work both for you and against you. You may experience the total loss of the initial margin funds as well as any additional funds deposited in the system. If the market develops in a way that is contrary to your position or if margins are increased, you may be asked to pay significant additional funds at short notice to maintain your position. In this case it may also happen that your broker account is in the red and you thus have to make payments beyond the initial investment.
    RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ELECTRONIC TRADING
Before you begin carrying out transactions with an electronic system, you should carefully review the rules and provisions of the stock exchange offering the system, or of the financial instruments listed that you intend to trade, as well as your broker’s conditions. Online trading has inherent risks due to system responses/reaction times and access times that may vary due to market conditions, system performance and other factors, and on which you have no influence. You should be aware of these additional risks in electronic trading before you carry out investment transactions.

  • MIL-OSI: Bluewave Nexor: This Bluewave Nexor App Sets New Standard in AI-Driven Trading with Unmatched Security and User Approval

    Source: GlobeNewswire (MIL-OSI)

New York City, NY, July 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — As digital transformation continues to redefine global markets, Bluewave Nexor has emerged as one of the most talked-about innovations in AI-driven trading. At a time when market unpredictability and data overload challenge even seasoned investors, this next-gen platform offers something different: clarity through automation. With AI at its core, Bluewave Nexor is attracting attention for its ability to turn complex trading decisions into efficient, user-driven actions.

What sets the platform apart is not just its performance—it’s the growing user base that spans both retail traders and financial strategists. As reports of increased accessibility, fast execution, and advanced analytics continue to surface, industry watchers are calling Bluewave Nexor a “breakthrough in intelligent finance.” From Australia to Europe, and across the Americas, the buzz isn’t slowing down.

With security, usability, and automation baked into its infrastructure, Bluewave Nexor is now widely seen as a symbol of where trading is headed. In a landscape filled with uncertainty, this platform offers a rare sense of stability and insight—precisely what traders have been looking for.

AI-Powered Trading at Its Core: The Technology Behind Bluewave Nexor

Behind the scenes of Bluewave Nexor is a sophisticated AI engine built to monitor markets, detect shifts in momentum, and deliver predictive trade suggestions in real time. This isn’t simple automation—it’s adaptive intelligence. The system learns from historical data and evolving price patterns, helping users act faster and more strategically.

At the heart of the platform is a proprietary algorithm that processes thousands of data points per second. From crypto volatility to traditional stock signals, Bluewave Nexor’s AI doesn’t just react to trends—it anticipates them. Users gain access to dynamic trading recommendations based on technical analysis, sentiment mapping, and behavioral forecasting.

Unlike many trading tools that require manual oversight or steep learning curves, Bluewave Nexor streamlines the experience. AI handles the analytics, while the user maintains control over trade execution, parameters, and risk preferences. The result is a hybrid model—advanced enough for professionals, yet intuitive enough for newcomers.

In 2025, where AI is rapidly becoming the backbone of finance, Bluewave Nexor stands out as a pioneer. It’s not just about speed; it’s about smarter, safer, and more personalized trading backed by real-time intelligence.

What Is Bluewave Nexor and How Does It Work?

Bluewave Nexor is an AI-enhanced trading platform designed to simplify and optimize how users participate in financial markets. It operates as both a web-based interface and a mobile-friendly app, offering 24/7 access to major assets like cryptocurrencies, stocks, and forex pairs.

Whether users choose short-term scalping or long-term positioning, the platform offers the flexibility and insight needed to make data-backed moves with confidence.

Security First: How Bluewave Nexor Protects Its Users

In a time when cyberattacks and data breaches are on the rise, Bluewave Nexor has made security one of its top priorities. From the moment a user registers, every interaction is encrypted using advanced protocols that meet global standards for financial technology.

The platform employs end-to-end SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and continuous threat monitoring to ensure a safe environment for both user data and transaction activity. Login access is device-restricted by default, adding an additional barrier against unauthorized entry.

Bluewave Nexor also maintains strict data segregation policies—meaning your personal details, trading history, and financial activity are never stored in a single vulnerable location. This multi-tiered protection model helps minimize the risk of identity theft or unauthorized fund withdrawals.

Beyond tech safeguards, Bluewave Nexor’s internal compliance standards are aligned with industry best practices, ensuring that users operate within a secure and transparent ecosystem. For traders, this means peace of mind—knowing their accounts are protected while they focus on performance.

WNS, a leader in the resilient high-growth and margin accretive Digital BPS market

WNS is a leading and trusted business transformation and services partner that uniquely blends deep industry knowledge with business process management, technology, analytics and AI expertise to create market differentiation for clients. This operating model enables strategic engagements that are critical to clients’ daily operations materialized in long-term contracts with recurring revenues streams. Through an expanded ecosystem of partners and network of delivery centers, WNS serves a large portfolio of blue-chip clients, such as3 United Airlines, Aviva, M&T Bank, Centrica and McCain Foods.

The high-quality business model of WNS, supported by non-linear pricing models and superior profitability has driven a c.+9% constant currency revenue growth on average over the last 3 fiscal years4, to reach $1,266 million of revenue5 in fiscal year 20254 with an 18.7%6 operating margin.

Global organizations are in constant need of strategic partners to support their transformation to enhance efficiency and accelerate growth. This continues to be a key driver of the Digital BPS market and WNS targets revenue growth of +7% to +11% for FY2026.

    Immediate unlocking of value

This transaction will position Capgemini as a leader in Digital BPS blending horizontal and vertical process expertise, with a global footprint. With combined revenues of €1.9 billion in 2024 in Digital BPS, this will strengthen Capgemini’s ability to accompany clients on their business and technology transformation journeys.

The mix of WNS and Capgemini’s complementary offerings and clients will immediately unlock cross-selling opportunities. It will also lay down the foundations to build the capabilities to seize the Intelligent Operations strategic market opportunity.

Intelligent Operations – Agentic AI creates a paradigm shift that opens a strategic opportunity

The largest opportunity for global organizations to create value with Gen AI and Agentic AI lies in the fundamental redesign of their operations and business processes. It will attract a significant share of their AI investments as they seek to become AI-powered companies to lead their market. This is creating demand for a new type of business process services: Intelligent Operations.

Intelligent Operations answers these business needs, providing a consulting-led approach to transform and operate horizontal and vertical business processes leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI. It addresses clients’ goal of efficiency, speed and agility through process hyper-automation, while significantly improving business outcomes by combining data, AI and digital.

AI technologies trigger a paradigm shift in delivering business process services: from labor-intensive services to being consulting-led and tech-driven. In parallel, client focus has shifted from efficiency gains toward end-to-end value creation and business outcomes, opening opportunities to add non-linear revenues (i.e. transaction-based, subscription-based or outcome-based models). This is creating a rapidly growing market opportunity.

Combining the capabilities and scale required to lead in Intelligent Operations

Both Capgemini and WNS are already pioneering Intelligent Operations. Capgemini with its consulting-led end-to-end transformation of processes, advanced AI tools and technology stacks, and BPS platforms, while WNS has developed a set of sector-specific AI-led solutions recently augmented by the acquisition of Kipi.ai7 to strengthen its data, analytics and AI capabilities.

The combination of Capgemini and WNS will act as a catalyst to lead in Intelligent Operations providing the required scale and unique set of capabilities from Strategy & Transformation consulting, to horizontal and sector expertise, platform offerings to deep AI and technology capabilities.

This combination will also leverage the significant investments made by Capgemini in AI through training, offers and its 25 strategic partnerships, including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Mistral AI and NVIDIA. The Group’s leadership is recognized by its clients, with over €900 million of Gen AI bookings in 2024, and by market analysts such as Forrester, IDC and ISG.

This transaction will reinforce Capgemini as a business and transformation partner to those enterprises who want to become AI-powered businesses.

    Value creation

Based on calendar year 2024 published information, the combined entities would have generated a revenue of €23.3 billion at a 13.6% operating margin6 in 2024.

The Group expects accretion to normalized EPS, before synergies from the combination, of 4% in 2026.

Capgemini expects revenue synergies run-rate of €100 million to €140 million by the end of 2027. Costs and operating model synergies are anticipated to reach an annual pretax run-rate of between €50 million and €70 million by the end of 2027.

With the benefits of these synergies, the accretion on normalized earnings per share should reach 7% in 2027.

    Smooth integration

WNS and Capgemini have a natural cultural fit and share common values that will facilitate a smooth integration of the teams, helped by the Group’s track record of successful integrations. Furthermore, the integration will be straightforward into Capgemini’s Global Business Services activities.

    Key transaction terms and timeline

The contemplated transaction will be implemented by way of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under the laws of Jersey. The transaction has been unanimously approved by both Capgemini’s and WNS’ Boards of Directors.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Royal Court of Jersey and WNS’ shareholders, as well as to receipt of customary regulatory approvals and other conditions. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur by the end of the year.

Full details of the terms and conditions of the transaction are set out in the transaction agreement, which may be obtained, free of charge, on the SEC’s website (http://www.sec.gov) when available, and WNS’ website at https://www.WNS.com.

    Financing

Capgemini has secured a bridge financing of €4.0 billion, covering the purchase of securities ($3.3 billion), as well as the gross debt and similar obligations8 of around $0.4 billion and the €0.8 billion Capgemini bond redeemed in June 2025.

The Group plans to refinance the bridge with available cash for around €1.0 billion and the balance by debt issuance.

    Q2 and H1 2025 performance

The Group expects Q2 2025 year-on-year growth at constant currency to be slightly better than the -0.4% reported in Q1 2025. The Group also expects for H1 2025 the operating margin to be stable year-on-year at 12.4%.

Due to the nature and timing of this announcement, the actual Q2 and H1 2025 performance may slightly differ from the above-mentioned expectations. H1 2025 publication will take place as planned on July 30, 2025.

    Outlook

Capgemini’s financial targets for 2025 do not take into account this transaction and are therefore unchanged:

    • Revenue growth of -2.0% to +2.0% at constant currency;
    • Operating margin of 13.3% to 13.5%;
    • Organic free cash flow of around €1.9 billion.

WNS, a leader in the resilient high-growth and margin accretive Digital BPS market

WNS is a leading and trusted business transformation and services partner that uniquely blends deep industry knowledge with business process management, technology, analytics and AI expertise to create market differentiation for clients. With digital-led transformation solutions deployed to clients across 8 industries where it deploys its highly automated platforms to deliver stronger business outcomes, WNS is a leader in Digital Business Process Services (BPS).

Furthermore, the integration will be straightforward into Capgemini’s Global Business Services activities.

  • MIL-OSI: Personal Loans for Fair Credit Upto $5,000 Direct Lenders Guaranteed Approval By Loans At Last

    Source: GlobeNewswire (MIL-OSI)

New York City, NY, July 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —

As economic pressures continue to challenge U.S. households, many consumers with mid-tier credit scores are turning to personal loans for fair credit to manage unexpected expenses, consolidate debt, or fund necessary purchases. These loans provide structured repayment terms that may be more accessible than traditional financing while offering lower rates than high-cost subprime lending.

    >>> Applicants interested in exploring personal loan options can review lender >>>

Fair credit, typically defined as a FICO score between 580 and 669, represents a large segment of the population. According to Experian, nearly 18% of Americans fall within this range. With inflation, rising housing costs, and medical bills straining household budgets, the demand for financial products tailored to this group is growing.

A Federal Reserve report highlights that over 60% of Americans would struggle to cover a $400 emergency cost without borrowing or selling personal items. For borrowers with fair credit, personal loans provide an alternative to installment loans and payday loans, offering fixed monthly payments and clear terms.

    >>> Applicants interested in exploring personal loan options can review lender >>>

Why Personal Loans for Fair Credit Are Increasingly Popular

Borrowers with fair credit often find themselves in a unique position. Their credit scores may limit their access to the most favorable loan terms from traditional banks or credit unions, but they typically qualify for better options than those available to individuals with poor credit.

Personal loans for fair credit are commonly used for:

    • Covering emergency medical expenses
    • Repairing or replacing essential household appliances
    • Addressing urgent car repairs
    • Managing unexpected travel for family needs
    •  Consolidating high-interest debt into a single monthly payment

These loans offer predictability through fixed monthly installments, helping borrowers plan their budgets while addressing immediate financial needs.

How Lenders Evaluate Personal Loan Applications for Fair Credit

While a credit score is a factor, lenders offering personal loans to borrowers with fair credit often consider a wider range of criteria. This includes:

    • Income level: Demonstrating the ability to meet repayment obligations
    • Employment history: Stability of employment can influence loan offers
    • Debt-to-income ratio: Lenders assess existing obligations to ensure borrowers are not overextended
    • Length of credit history: A longer, positive credit history can work in a borrower’s favor

This broader evaluation helps individuals with fair credit access personal loans with more favorable rates than subprime options, while still addressing lender risk.

Market Trends Driving Interest in Personal Loans for Fair Credit

Several trends contribute to the growing demand for personal loans for fair credit:

Inflation and rising living costs: Essentials like rent, groceries, and utilities have increased in cost, leaving less room in household budgets for unexpected expenses.

Credit card interest rates: With average credit card APRs climbing, many borrowers seek personal loans to consolidate balances and reduce monthly interest costs.

Digital loan platforms: Technology has made loan comparison and application faster and easier. Borrowers can submit a single application and receive multiple loan offers online, without visiting physical branches.

Desire for structured repayment: Borrowers often prefer the predictability of fixed-rate personal loans to variable-rate or revolving credit options.

Common Borrowing Scenarios for Fair Credit Personal Loans

Borrowers with fair credit often use personal loans for a range of purposes beyond emergency needs. Some common scenarios include:

Home repairs: Replacing a malfunctioning furnace, repairing a roof, or addressing plumbing issues without turning to high-interest credit cards.

Medical procedures: Funding dental work, minor surgeries, or treatments not fully covered by insurance.

Moving expenses: Covering the cost of relocation for work or family reasons.

Wedding or event costs: Financing large personal events that require lump-sum payments.

Educational expenses: Paying for certifications, training programs, or educational materials not covered by student loans.

These use cases reflect the versatility of personal loans as a tool for managing planned and unplanned expenses.

Responsible Borrowing Practices for Fair Credit Loans

Consumers exploring personal loans for fair credit are encouraged to take steps that support sound borrowing decisions:

Review all loan terms carefully — Understand interest rates, fees, and the total cost of the loan over its term.

Borrow only what is necessary — Taking out a larger loan than needed can increase repayment stress.

Confirm lender licensing — Work only with lenders licensed to operate in your state, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.

Plan for repayment — Ensure monthly payments fit within your budget to avoid late fees or credit score impact.

While marketing language may suggest guaranteed approval or no-credit-check loans, reputable lenders typically conduct some level of review to ensure loans are offered responsibly.

Regulatory Considerations in the Personal Loan Market

Personal loans for fair credit fall under the oversight of both state and federal regulations designed to protect consumers. Lenders are required to:

    • Disclose all fees, rates, and repayment terms clearly
    • Avoid unfair or deceptive lending practices
    • Comply with fair lending laws that prohibit discrimination based on race, gender, or other protected characteristics

Borrowers benefit from reviewing their rights under laws like the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) when considering loan offers.

The Role of Digital Lending Platforms

Online platforms have transformed the personal loan market by giving borrowers the ability to submit a single application and compare multiple loan offers. These platforms connect borrowers with networks of licensed lenders offering loans suited to different credit profiles, including fair credit.

Digital lending platforms help reduce application time and allow borrowers to evaluate options from the convenience of home. However, borrowers should still review each offer carefully to choose the one that best aligns with their financial needs.

TUCSON, Ariz. – Julio Cesar Aguirre, 42, of Mexico, was charged by criminal complaint on July 2, for Attempted Carjacking, Use and Discharge of a Firearm During and In Relation to a Crime of Violence, and Alien in Possession of a Firearm. Aguirre had his initial appearance in federal court in Tucson today.

  • MIL-OSI Security: FORMER EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE RESIDENT SENTENCED TO FEDERAL PRISON FOR CHILD PORN CRIMES

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Daniel R. McCaffrey, 41, formerly of Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison for the transportation of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and abusive sexual contact with a minor female who had not yet reached 12 years of age. The sentence was announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

U.S. Attorney Heekin said: “There is no penalty severe enough for those who harm our children, and my office will continue to aggressively pursue maximum punishment for these types of crimes.  This disgusting defendant not only victimized children online, he also sexually abused a child he had access to on Eglin Air Force Base. The substantial sentence that has been imposed reflects the severity of his crimes, but it cannot make up for the grave harm he has inflicted upon the most vulnerable members of our community. I am deeply appreciative of the incredible work of the agents and investigators with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations to bring this heinous criminal to justice.”

A jury found McCaffrey guilty of these charges after a federal trial.  Trial records reveal the defendant maintained a child pornography collection on a hidden micro SD card in his residence, where he lived with his then wife and two minor daughters.  McCaffrey’s wife was active duty United States Air Force at the time.  Multiple witnesses testified about the victimization McCaffrey personally inflicted upon the minor female to whom he had access. The child pornography he possessed reflected his penchant for minor females under the age of 12 years old.

“The FBI is committed to protecting the most vulnerable individuals in our communities, and especially our kids,” said FBI Jacksonville Special Agent in Charge Jason Carley. “Those who abuse innocent children should know that the FBI and our partners will never stop working to identify you, and we will coordinate the full force of our resources to seek justice for your victims.”

McCaffrey’s sentence of imprisonment will be followed by a lifetime term of supervised release and a requirement to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

The case involved a joint investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Office of Special Investigations of the United States Air Force.  The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys David L. Goldberg and Jessica S. Etherton.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice and led by the U.S. Attorney’s Offices and the Criminal Divisions Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), it marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. TALLAHASSEE & PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – United States Attorney John P. Heekin announced today that three previously deported aliens have been indicted separately by a federal grand jury for illegal reentry into the United States.

  • MIL-OSI United Nations: What time is it on the Moon? It’s all relative…

    Source: United Nations MIL OSI

Surely, you might think, we can just agree that one Earth time zone can be used for “Moon time”? Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), for example. How hard can it be? Unfortunately, this doesn’t work, for several reasons.

Here on Earth, timekeeping is easy to take for granted: we divide our world into 24 time zones, based on longitude and the planet’s rotation, and can tell the time based on the position of the Sun in the sky.

But on the Moon, the rules are different: one lunar “day” is approximately 29.5 Earth days long, and the Moon’s equatorial regions can experience up to 14 days of continuous sunlight. On some of the Moon’s tallest mountains, dubbed “peaks of eternal light,” the Sun never sets.

On top of that, physicists and science fiction fans will know that time isn’t the same on the Moon as it is on Earth. Place two perfectly synchronised clocks – one on Earth and one on the Moon – and, after just one Earth day, the lunar clock would be ahead by about 56 microseconds. That might not sound like much, but for spacecraft navigation, this tiny discrepancy could be critical.

Uniting efforts to standardize lunar time

For a Moon time zone to work, aspiring lunar actors will need to agree on a common time standard that is reliable, traceable to Earth-based time, and usable by everyone. The UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) is helping to lead the charge to make this a reality.

In 2024, the UN’s International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (ICG) established a dedicated working group to focus on lunar positioning, navigation and timing, standardise lunar time and trace it back to UTC that we use on Earth, for the benefit of all future lunar missions.

Peace on Earth, peace on Moon

Coordinating seamless timekeeping on the Moon is part of a broader UN mission to ensure that lunar activities, whether public, private, scientific, or commercial, are safe, peaceful and sustainable. To that end, UNOOSA convened the first United Nations Conference on Sustainable Lunar Activities in June 2024, gathering heads of space agencies, legal experts, astronauts, companies, and academics from across the globe to discuss common ground, share concerns, and reaffirm the need for transparent, inclusive lunar governance mechanisms.

    © NASA/Jordan Salkin/Keegan Bar

View of Earth from the NASA Earth Observatory

One such mechanism to further international cooperation is the new Action Team on Lunar Activities Consultation (ATLAC), which is designed to help foster dialogue and formulate recommendations on how lunar exploration and activities can be coordinated internationally. ATLAC will work to finalize its workplan for the significant coming years and identify priority topics – such as coordinated lunar timekeeping – to ensure lunar activities proceed in a cooperative and orderly manner.

Humanity is entering a new era of lunar exploration featuring a record number of spacefaring nations and organizations that could reshape our relationship with our closest celestial neighbours for generations to come.

Member States will be able to work with UNOOSA to preserve the Moon as a domain of global cooperation, guided by the Outer Space Treaty’s core principle that “the exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries.”
