  • MIL-OSI Russia: Delegations from China’s top universities visited Polytechnic University

Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University recently hosted delegations from top Chinese universities: Tsinghua University (20th place in the QS ranking), Zhejiang University (49th place in QS), and Peking University (13th place in QS).

Study visits to prestigious partner universities in foreign countries are a mandatory element of the educational program at Chinese universities. That is why every summer students from China come to the Polytechnic University to develop scientific and educational cooperation and exchange best practices in working with young people.

The delegation of Tsinghua University (SPbPU’s strategic partner), headed by the deputy secretary of the party committee of the university’s Youth Union, Chen Zhihao, consisted of student activists (secretaries of faculty committees of the Komsomol, postgraduates and masters). The visit was organized within the framework of the elite program for training personnel reserves and future leaders of Tsinghua University, implemented under the auspices of the Communist Youth Union of China.

The introduction to the history and infrastructure of SPbPU began with a tour of the Main Academic Building (White Hall, library, portrait gallery) and the SPbPU History Museum. The key point was a visit to the Youth Trajectory Center in the Polytech Tower — a modern space for student life, project activities, and interaction with industry. At a meeting with Ivan Khlamov, Head of the SPbPU Youth Policy Department, the guests discussed options for involving young people in scientific and technical creativity, project work, developing leadership skills, and a mentoring system. Colleagues from Tsinghua presented the successful experience of their university ecosystem for supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, including the Lighthouse program, Challenge Cup and Entrepreneurship Competitions, as well as the Innovation Plus incubator, which has grown hundreds of startups with a total funding of about 5 billion rubles.

The study visit of the best students of Zhejiang University to the Polytechnic is a long-standing tradition that has been strictly observed throughout the years of strategic partnership between our universities. The envoys from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering were led by its international coordinator Qiu Yixin.

The program included an introduction to the historical heritage of the university, a visit to the modern laboratories of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Materials and Transport, and a working meeting with representatives of the SPbPU International Service. The students visited the innovative laboratories of IMMiT and learned about the latest developments of research groups and young scientists of the institute.

Chinese students were presented with opportunities to study at SPbPU, in particular within the framework of additional programs, summer and winter schools. The guests highly appreciated the educational potential of the Polytechnic University, including that already implemented in partnership with Chinese universities, and expressed interest in creating a joint program in the field of mechanical engineering.

In addition to students, the representative delegation from Peking University included Dean of the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering Peng Hailin, Dean of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering Zou Ruqiang, Professor of the Faculty of Physics Wang Xinqiang, and other scientists.

The visit was eventful: the guests were divided into groups according to their scientific interests to visit specialized laboratories, where they got acquainted with the advanced research of SPbPU in the field of new materials, energy and microelectronics. Of particular interest were the developments of carbon nanomaterials, artificial intelligence for chemistry and promising catalysts. The visit ended with presentations of scientific areas of both universities.

The past visits demonstrated the mutual interest of Russian and Chinese universities in deepening cooperation, the desire to organize interaction not only between leading scientists, but also among young researchers. As noted by representatives of SPbPU, such meetings help not only to exchange best practices in education and science, but also to create a solid foundation for future joint projects, student initiatives, entrepreneurship. Particular attention was paid to student mobility, academic exchange programs, joint participation in student conferences and youth initiatives. The doors of the Polytechnic University are always open to students of partner universities in China.

WELLINGTON, July 31 (Xinhua) — More than 36,000 nurses, midwives and health care assistants across New Zealand began a 24-hour strike on Wednesday morning after talks with authorities over wages and recruitment ended in failure.

The wages offered by the New Zealand Ministry of Health are not satisfactory for nurses and staff shortages are becoming a serious problem.

According to national radio station Radio New Zealand, the country’s Ministry of Health offered a 3 per cent pay rise over 27 months, while the New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO) counter-offered a 5 per cent pay rise over two years.

Meanwhile, data obtained by NZNO from the New Zealand Ministry of Health shows that more than half of day shifts in hospital surgeries were understaffed last year.

NZNO chief executive Paul Goulter has accused the government of failing to meet urgent demands for staff to fill positions identified as essential to ensure safe staffing.

“NZNO has expressed concern about the chronic and ongoing staff shortages throughout the collective agreement negotiation process that began in September last year,” Pg Goulter said.

However, life-saving services will continue to be provided. “The public can be assured that we have an agreement with NZNO to support life-saving services throughout the strike and our hospitals and emergency departments will continue to operate,” said New Zealand Health chief executive Dr Dale Bramley. –0–

YINCHUAN, July 31 (Xinhua) — The China-Central Asia Cooperation Center on Desertification Prevention and Control was launched on Wednesday under the Forestry and Grassland Administration of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The establishment of the center is an important step in implementing the outcomes of the 2nd China-Central Asia Summit and is intended to contribute to the construction of the green Belt and Road.

As it became known, under the auspices of the center, 6 demonstration practice-oriented bases will be created, primarily concerning the establishment of production with the specificity of sandy terrain, the development of plant varieties adapted to the conditions of sandy soils and the improvement of territories subject to erosion. It is planned to implement practical cooperation in the relevant areas with the countries of Central Asia. Deepening cooperation in technology transfer, project implementation, professional training and in other areas, as emphasized, should lead to an increase in the overall potential for preventing and combating desertification.

Ningxia is the only provincial-level region in China that has the status of a model zone for preventing and combating desertification, which pays serious attention to international cooperation: 24 cooperation projects have been implemented to date. Experts from 72 countries and regions of the world and international organizations have become familiar with Ningxia’s experience by personally visiting this Chinese region. It also periodically organizes international seminars on this issue.

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) — China’s manufacturing sector weakened slightly in July due to seasonal factors, but the fundamental conditions for economic growth remained in place, new industries are gaining momentum and business confidence continues to strengthen.

China’s manufacturing purchasing managers’ index (PMI) stood at 49.3 in July, down 0.4 percentage points from June, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed Thursday.

China’s manufacturing industry has entered its traditional low season, with the situation further affected by abnormally high temperatures and natural disasters, including heavy rains and floods in some regions, said NBS statistician Zhao Qinghe.

Despite the overall decline, Zhao Qinghe noted that a number of sub-indices showed positive dynamics. The business activity index in high-tech manufacturing was 50.6, and in equipment manufacturing – 50.3, both indicators remained above the threshold separating growth and decline.

Market expectations have improved markedly. The business expectations index rose to 52.6, up from 52 in June. Particularly optimistic were sectors such as automobile manufacturing, railway equipment manufacturing and electrical equipment manufacturing, with their expectations indexes exceeding 55.

Other positive signals revealed by the data include steady growth in the manufacturing index, continued price recovery and stable growth in large enterprises. -0-

CANBERRA, July 31 (Xinhua) — For the Australian federal government, recognizing Palestine is a matter of “when, not if,” Treasurer Jim Chalmers told ABC on Thursday.

“There are still a number of obstacles to recognizing a Palestinian state. For example, the treatment of hostages, their release, ensuring that Hamas plays absolutely no role,” Chalmers said.

He made the statement shortly before Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced his country’s intention to recognize Palestinian statehood at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in September.

On Tuesday, foreign ministers from 15 countries, including Australia and Canada, issued a joint statement reaffirming their “unwavering commitment” to a two-state solution for Palestine.

  • MIL-OSI Russia: The Ministry of Economic Development supported the Kaliningrad Region’s application for the construction of the Belaya Dune resort

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: Ministry of Economic Development (Russia) – Ministry of Economic Development (Russia) –

An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

On July 28–29, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Svyatoslav Sorokin visited the Kaliningrad Region on a working visit. One of the key topics was the development of infrastructure on the Baltic Sea coast. The Ministry of Economic Development gave a positive opinion on the region’s application to build the Belaya Dune resort — the project can receive preferential financing through the mechanism of treasury infrastructure loans.

The resort “White Dune” near the village of Yantarny has been applied for funding under the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”. The application involves the construction of engineering infrastructure – access roads, electricity and gas supply systems.

“The region is counting on treasury loans at 3% per annum for a period of 15 years. We have given a positive opinion on the application. The final decision will be made by the presidium of the government commission on regional development,” said Svyatoslav Sorokin.

The main topic of the trip was monitoring the implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Kaliningrad region”. Over 10 years, 400 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget within the framework of the program. These funds made it possible to build more than 200 objects – from roads and hospitals to coastal protection.

The Deputy Minister inspected the facilities in Svetlogorsk: work is underway to build an embankment and anti-landslide structures.

“The program remains a strategic instrument for the development of the region. It is important that the authorities of the Kaliningrad Region respond flexibly to changes related to the challenges of the time, including the consequences of sanctions pressure on business. We also discussed options for solving these problems with colleagues. A comprehensive approach is needed: maximum use of various types of support from the federal budget and prompt development of regional programs where necessary. The Kaliningrad Region is already taking serious steps in this direction,” noted Svyatoslav Sorokin.

Currently, the region has a Special Economic Zone with more than 300 residents. Companies have already invested over 300 billion rubles, creating jobs and tax returns.

“SEZ residents produce about 40% of all goods and services in the region and provide half of the tax revenues. They are key employers and investors,” the deputy minister emphasized.

During the visit, Svyatoslav Sorokin visited two key enterprises in the region. The Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies is a leading producer of plant protein for the feed industry, providing up to 15% of the needs of the entire feed industry in Russia. The company is one of the five largest taxpayers in the region.

The Avtotor Group of Companies is one of the largest employers in the region, and together with related industries, it provides employment for over 30,000 people. The company is currently implementing a project to launch the production of compact electric vehicles on its own technological platform.

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) — Beijing is stepping up efforts to restore power, clear roads and deliver essential supplies to residents displaced by flash floods and landslides caused by some of the most intense rainfall in the capital’s mountainous suburbs.

In Miyun District, one of the hardest-hit areas of the Chinese capital, a temporary supply center in the village of Xizhuangzi was bustling with activity as of the morning of July 30, with supplies of bottled water, instant noodles, sausages and canned eggs ready to be shipped out.

More than 60 tons of relief supplies were distributed across Miyun District on July 28 and 29, and four helicopters were deployed on the morning of July 30 to further deliver relief supplies. Repair crews were also dispatched to restore damaged communication and power lines, according to local authorities.

As of midnight on July 28, 30 people had been confirmed dead in Beijing, including 28 in Miyun District and two in Yanqing District. Authorities said the Miyun Reservoir had recorded its highest inflow, highest water level and fastest outflow since it was built in 1959.

In Yanqing, more than 4,200 people were evacuated. Some 488 rescue teams with a total of more than 8,300 personnel were dispatched to provide emergency assistance. Communications were restored to all previously cut-off villages, while damaged roads were cleared and basic utilities such as electricity were restored.

Taotiaogou, a remote village in Yanqing, was the hardest hit. After more than 48 hours of rescue work, its 49 residents were gradually brought to safety.

“I have never seen such a powerful flood in my life,” said 89-year-old Zhai Cheng’an, recalling how his home was quickly inundated by torrents of dirty water.

Zhai Yonghui, deputy secretary of the Taotiaogou village party branch, said the downpour intensified at 10:20 p.m. on July 26, breaking local rainfall records. Yanqing County plans to help residents of the devastated village start new lives elsewhere.

“The waters will recede and we will have our homes again. We believe in that,” he added.

As part of ongoing restoration work, train services on the Beijing-Baotou high-speed railway will resume on Thursday after being suspended due to heavy rains in Beijing and Hebei province earlier this week, China Railway Hohhot Group Co., Ltd. said.

Heavy rains also hit other parts of northern China.

In Hebei province, eight people were confirmed dead and 18 were missing in Xinglong County, while eight people were killed after a rain-triggered landslide hit a village in Luanping County. Ten people were confirmed dead in Shanxi province after a mid-size bus carrying 14 passengers went missing on the morning of July 27 amid days of heavy rainfall. -0-

  • MIL-OSI Russia: Chinese border town becomes key hub for importing Russian Kamchatka crabs

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) — Did you know that out of five Russian Kamchatka crabs eaten by Chinese, four came from the border town of Hunchun, (Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Northeast China’s Jilin Province), which is not actually a coastal town?

At the King Crab Exhibition Hall located in the Northeast Asia Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park in Hunchun, hundreds of blue and red king crabs from the Bering Strait live comfortably in a huge pool.

The cool air in the exhibition hall mixes with the faint salty taste of sea water. It turns out that the pool is filled with sea water from the “native land” of king crabs, and its temperature is maintained at about 2 degrees Celsius.

“The king crabs, which cost more than 320 yuan (US$44.5) per kilogram, were transported to China using original transport and water environment to ensure their longer life,” said Cui Ling, an employee of Hunchun Shengjin International Trade Co., Ltd., adding that July to August is the busiest time of the year. On average, up to 150 king crabs are sold per day through online and offline sales. These king crabs are shipped from here and delivered across the country within two weeks. In many regions, customers who order this seafood delicacy in the morning receive it the next day.

Why hasn’t the coastal city of Hunchun become the key hub for importing Russian Kamchatka crabs?

Previously, Kamchatka crabs imported from Russia to China had to be transported through the Republic of Korea and Japan, which led to higher costs and a deterioration in the quality of king crabs.

After Hunchun Port was approved as a specialized port for importing chilled seafood and edible aquatic animals, this “golden corridor” for importing king crabs into China was opened. In addition, the Kamchatka-Zarubino-Hunchun route made the transportation of aquatic products between China and Russia more stable and smooth.

To ensure the freshness of imported seafood, Hunchun Customs has opened a “green channel” to provide inspection and release services by appointment all year round and around the clock, speeding up customs clearance.

“In 2024, about 1.5 million pieces of king crab worth 3.31 billion yuan were imported into China through Hunchun Port, accounting for more than 80 percent of the country’s total market,” said Sun Jufeng, head of the Hunchun Port Management Service Center.

According to him, in recent years the efficiency of customs clearance has been constantly improving. If the driver registers in advance, the passage through the checkpoint can be completed in a matter of minutes.

Let us recall that last year, construction of a new terminal began in Hunchun on the territory of the checkpoint in order to meet the increasing volumes of cargo flow between China and Russia. The new terminal with a design capacity of 2 million tons will be put into operation during this year, and then the volume of transportation through the Hunchun checkpoint will increase more than fourfold.

In recent years, Chinese consumers’ interest in Russian Kamchatka crabs has grown rapidly. According to the General Administration of Customs of China, the total value of China’s imports of live, fresh and frozen crabs from Russia exceeded US$1.14 billion last year, up 16.7 percent from the previous year. -0-

  • MIL-OSI Russia: Comment: Dialogue and mutual benefit are the key to long-term stability in China-US trade relations

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) — The two sides had a frank, in-depth and constructive exchange of views on major topics of common interest during the latest round of China-U.S. economic and trade talks in Stockholm from Monday to Tuesday, sending a clear signal that the world’s two largest economies remain committed to dialogue, resolving differences and strengthening global stability.

Based on the consensus reached during the talks, the parties will continue to promote a 90-day extension of the pause in the 24 percent mirror tariffs of the US side and the countermeasures of the Chinese side.

The progress achieved in the talks once again demonstrates that as long as both sides follow the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and adhere to the principle of equal dialogue and consultation, they can effectively resolve differences, enhance mutual trust and push bilateral economic and trade relations in a healthy, stable and sustainable direction.

During the talks, the Chinese side emphasized that the essence of Chinese-American trade and economic relations is mutual benefit. China and the United States benefit from cooperation and lose from confrontation. The American side also stated that stable trade and economic relations between Washington and Beijing are of great importance for the economies of both countries and the world as a whole.

This shared awareness has become a key foundation for both sides to come together, engage in constructive dialogue and make tangible progress.

For decades, the two largest economies have been deeply integrated, with broad common interests and enormous potential for cooperation in trade and economic matters. Such strong economic complementarity cannot be easily destroyed by any artificial tariff barriers.

China approaches the consultations with 100 percent sincerity, firmly adhering to its principles without compromise, and consistently emphasizing the need to respect each other’s core interests. China’s position on the mirror tariffs unilaterally imposed by the United States is clear and consistent: they are essentially acts of unilateralism and protectionism that violate the rules of the World Trade Organization.

China is willing to properly resolve differences and find solutions through dialogue and consultation. However, such dialogue must take place on an equal basis. China’s right to development is inalienable, and its determination to safeguard its core interests and development rights remains unwavering. Any attempt to pressure China to make concessions on fundamental issues is unrealistic.

Some of the deeper problems in China-US trade and economic relations are difficult to resolve overnight, but progress begins with concrete steps. /The Chinese side/ hopes that Washington will move in the same direction as Beijing, implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and the positive momentum gained from the talks.

In this way, both sides can contribute to stabilizing their economic ties, strengthening mutual trust, reducing misjudgments, deepening cooperation, and quickly returning bilateral relations to the track of healthy and sustainable development. –0–

  • MIL-OSI Russia: The CSR discussed how platform employment regulation will develop

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: Ministry of Economic Development (Russia) – Ministry of Economic Development (Russia) –

An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

The Center for Strategic Research held a round table entitled “Platform Employment in the New Conditions: What Changes After the Law on the Platform Economy.” Together with representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, the State Duma, the expert and academic community, as well as leading digital platforms, they discussed the adopted law on the platform economy and future regulatory detailing at the level of by-laws.

According to the participants, the adopted law was an important step in the formation of a basic regulatory framework, but it is now that the most subtle and meaningful part of the work begins – filling this framework with tools, concepts and mechanisms.

The moderator of the round table, CEO of the CSR Pavel Smelov noted: “Russia is one of the few countries where digital platforms have become a truly systemic part of the economy. We have not just implemented technologies, we have created our own model – and this is a serious competitive advantage. Now our task is not to lose our leadership, to take the next step – to turn the platform economy into a full-fledged export model. It is no longer just about technologies, but about a new logic of the economic structure that can be transmitted beyond the country’s borders.”

Also, in his opinion, the key direction of the next stage is the issue of platform employment: “We are already living in a new reality: there is a platform, there is a platform economy, and we still continue to hold on to the old model of social security, as if nothing has changed. The social security system needs to be revised taking into account how the employment market is actually structured today. People are developing other principles of financial stability: investments, a safety net, additional income. Therefore, it is important not only to protect, but also to educate – to help people navigate modern work formats and make informed decisions. Especially when it comes to those for whom the platform is not their main, but additional employment.”

The Ministry of Economic Development emphasized that the implementation of the law will require a flexible and consistent approach, especially in terms of employment. The main focus in the coming months is work on by-laws, the launch of a digital platform registry mechanism, and the preparation of clarifications.

“Russia has made great strides in developing the platform economy: we already have our own effectively functioning models that are of interest abroad. But it is important not to stop there. Platforms are developing rapidly, and regulation should not slow down, but rather accompany this process, be flexible and targeted. We see that citizens make decisions based not only on the logic of the future, but also on current circumstances — and pensions and social guarantees are not always perceived as real values. Therefore, the platform can become a channel through which we will rethink social policy — at the level of product, convenience, and trust. We have examples when digital, platform services became a necessary tool for performers to legalize and comply with legal requirements, including the calculation and payment of taxes. Platform tools have proven their convenience and demand. In turn, this approach provides additional opportunities to ensure control by the state. Our task today is not to go to extremes, but to maintain an open dialogue, flexibility, and thoughtfulness. This is precisely the strength of the platform economy,” said Vladimir Voloshin, Director of the Department of Digital Development and Data Economy at the Ministry of Economic Development.

State Duma Deputy Stanislav Naumov reported that an expert council will be created under the Committee on Economic Policy, which will undertake in-depth study of unresolved issues.

“In September, we are ready to move on. For me personally, there are three priorities today. The first is export orientation: platforms should help Russian businesses enter foreign markets, and not just regulate access of foreign players to ours. The second is the development of internal B2B interaction, where online platforms can become a full-fledged infrastructure for cooperation between suppliers. And the third is the use of platforms to improve the efficiency of state and municipal procurement,” he said.

As for platform employment, according to the deputy, this is not just a regulatory issue – it is a question of filling the social fund and, as a result, a real opportunity to increase the minimum level of pensions in those regions where it is objectively insufficient today. “This is how I understand the social task of regulation,” he concluded.

Business supported the general vector, but drew attention to the need for a differentiated approach. Industry representatives emphasized that uniform standards for platforms with fundamentally different models — from marketplaces to service aggregators — could result in risks for flexibility and employment.

“The platform economy has already changed the market, and the self-employed regime has proven that people are ready to come out of the shadows if they are offered transparent and convenient conditions. Let’s not abolish what works, but rebuild the old – so that the economy, employment and the contribution system develop synchronously,” said Anton Danilov-Danilyan, Deputy Chairman of Delovaya Rossiya, head of the working group of transport service aggregators at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. According to Yuri Bogdanov, General Director of the Association of Digital Platforms, “it is digitalization, platform development and the tax regime on professional income that give the state a chance to oust gray practices through transparency.”

“Platform employment is being formed to a greater extent in industries with high demand for flexible types of employment, allowing for the expansion of participation of various groups of the population in the economy. Therefore, it is important not just to offer them standard social benefits, but to understand what they really need and what they are ready to use,” noted Rimma Chichakyan, Director of Legal Affairs and Government Relations at Yandex Taxi.

Ozon representative Alexander Vasiliev supported this position. “We are no longer living in an industrial economy, but in a post-industrial economy, and regulation should take this into account. At the same time, it is important to maintain a choice between different employment formats and not limit new models,” he noted.

The participants of the discussion agreed that the development of the platform economy does not require strict regulation, but rather fine-tuning and careful attention to specifics. Among the priority areas, the participants highlighted the need to clarify the criteria for the integrity of platforms, the formation of mechanisms for distinguishing employment from shadow schemes, as well as work on the status of the performer and protection tools. Particular attention was paid to the creation of a sustainable format for dialogue between the state, business and experts – both on the parliamentary platform and within the framework of the implementation of the law in practice.

The guys celebrated their anniversary at the vineyards of the Massandra company in the village of Malorechenskoye, in the southern part of the peninsula. Many nostalgic memories are associated with this place, because the team is coming here for the third time, everything here has become native and close.

At work, polytechnicians master the profession of a winegrower: they tie up vines, water and collect ripe bunches of grapes, and look after young vineyards. And in their free time, they explore the surrounding area, visit nearby cities, conquer the Crimean mountains, swim in the sea and organize unforgettable events.

“What are my feelings about the season? The most diverse! Each new day brings an unusually large number of emotions and impressions, something is constantly happening around – it overwhelms, even confuses from being unaccustomed to it,” shared her impressions of her first trip, “Django” candidate Dasha Shcherbinina. “It seems that I live some new, completely unreal life. • MIL-OSI Russia: Rosneft has created the first robotic complex in Russia for repairing oil pipes

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: Rosneft – An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Specialists from the Ufa scientific institute of Rosneft have made a real breakthrough – they have developed and patented the first Russian robotic complex for repairing pump and compressor pipes (NKT). This is a fully automated system that uses the most modern technologies for monitoring and managing processes.

The robotic complex is a modular design that allows changing the equipment configuration depending on the complicating factors common in the production region. Two technological lines allow not only to repair pipes, but also to apply a protective coating to their inner surface. The productivity of the complex reaches 21 thousand pipes per month.

The main advantage of the development is minimal human involvement. The entire complex process, including sorting, cleaning pipes from various types of contaminants and even such operations as turning and turning connecting couplings, is now performed automatically. The system’s operation is controlled by personnel remotely.

The introduction of robotic lines provides several advantages at once: production becomes more compact, safer and more efficient. As a result, the share of manual operations will decrease by 53%, while productivity will increase by 25%.

The project is a successful example of effective interaction between corporate science and production. The Ufa tandem plans to implement this direction not only at Rosneft facilities, but also to replicate its results to third-party oil companies interested in the development of domestic robotics and the effective use of innovations in the repair of tubing.

The introduction of advanced approaches and technologies is one of the key areas of the Rosneft-2030 strategy. The company pays special attention to innovative development, defining technological leadership as a key factor in competitiveness in the oil market.
