    In almost 15 years, small and medium businesses have purchased about 6.7 thousand real estate properties outside the center of the capital under preemptive rights. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

    “Small businesses are actively interested in non-residential real estate outside the center of Moscow. This is due to the uniform development of the urban environment and high consumer and business activity in different areas of the capital. Thus, since 2011, representatives of small and medium businesses have purchased from the city under the preemptive right about 6.7 thousand non-residential premises and buildings with a total area of more than 1.3 million square meters outside the Central Administrative District. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, almost 200 entrepreneurs took advantage of this opportunity – they acquired over 26.5 thousand square meters of real estate. This is almost twice as much as in the same period last year, when small and medium businesses privatized almost 100 objects with a total area of more than 14.1 thousand square meters,” commented Vladimir Efimov.

    Redemption by preemptive right is a measure to support small and medium-sized businesses, enshrined in Federal Law No. 159-FZ of July 22, 2008. Such transactions are concluded without a tender. In the north of the city, more than one thousand objects with a total area of about 212 thousand square meters were also registered as property, in the southwest – 938 premises with a total area of 168 thousand square meters, and in the northeast of the city – about 820 objects, the area of which is almost 148.5 thousand square meters,” she noted.

He launched the first version of the platform in January 2024 — entirely by himself: he thought out the architecture, wrote the code, ran the first campaigns, communicated with users, and supported the site.

    — When I created NSUJobs, I was driven not just by an idea, but by a mission: to help every student and graduate realize their potential. Students and graduates are constantly faced with the task of finding a job, part-time jobs, internships. Until now, no service has been able to fully and qualitatively satisfy these requests. Popular platforms are focused on the mass market, mostly line personnel.     There are three China-Europe rail freight corridors in China.     According to R. Jurakhonzoda, within the framework of this initiative, quotas for studying in Chinese universities are allocated annually for Tajik students. The two countries are actively implementing joint educational and scientific projects and carrying out academic exchanges. Thus, the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi has established a partnership with the Tianjin Vocational and Technical College of Urban Construction Management, the vice-rector said.

    R. Jurakhonzoda noted that in recent years there has been a positive trend in cultural and humanitarian exchanges between the two countries. A striking example of this, according to him, is the launch in Tajikistan of the first “Lu Ban Workshop” in Central Asia, aimed at training engineering personnel for the industrialization and modernization of the country. The activities of this workshop cover such areas as geodesy, intelligent cartography, construction, architecture, water and heat supply, as well as renewable energy sources.

    “We plan to introduce new formats of cooperation with Chinese universities. This is not only a contribution to the development of education, but also strengthening the friendship between our peoples,” he added.

    Speaking about the upcoming 2nd China-Central Asia Summit, which will be held in June, the Vice-Rector expressed hope for further deepening of the strategic partnership, especially in the field of high technology.

    He emphasized that the Tajik Technical University is interested in developing cooperation with Chinese universities in such areas as digitalization of education, artificial intelligence and smart technologies. Within the framework of the Lu Ban Workshops, it is planned to implement new joint programs that will allow training specialists in demand in various sectors – from agriculture to energy and industry, added R.     UNITED NATIONS, June 2 (Xinhua) — The United Nations General Assembly (GA) on Monday elected former German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock as the president of its 80th session.

    In a speech after her election, A. Baerbock promised to defend the fundamental purposes and principles of the UN Charter and to help Member States find consensus.

    A. Baerbock will take up her new position in September this year, replacing the Chairman of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, Philemon Young. Her term of office will be one year.

    A. Baerbock was born in December 1980 in Hanover, Germany. From December 2021 to May 2025, she served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany. Since 2013, she has been a member of the Bundestag /parliament/, and from 2018 to 2022, she served as co-chair of the Green Party. –0–
