  • MIL-OSI USA: Wilson Post Office Dedicated in Honor of Milton F. Fitch, Sr.

Source: US Congressman Don Davis (NC-01)

WILSON, N.C. – Congressman Don Davis (NC-01) and the United States Postal Service hosted a dedication ceremony Saturday, May 17, at Wilson Community College to rename the Wilson Post Office in honor of Milton F. Fitch Sr., a World War II veteran, community leader and pioneering postal worker whose legacy helped transform eastern North Carolina.

The renaming followed the passage of legislation sponsored by Congressman Don Davis and signed into law by former President Joe Biden on January 2, 2025. H.R. 6750, which secured the support of the entire North Carolina delegation, officially designated the federal facility at 501 Mercer Street Southwest in Wilson as the “Milton F. Fitch, Sr. Post Office Building.”

“Milton F. Fitch, Sr. is a remarkable and key figure in eastern North Carolina’s history. He devoted his life to serving our country and community,” said Congressman Davis. “Renaming this post office honors a letter carrier who broke barriers, inspired others, and left a lasting impact on Wilson and North Carolina.”

Fitch’s history was deeply rooted in service to his country. He served in World War II and played a key role with the Red Ball Express, a massive truck convoy that delivered supplies to Allied troops. After returning home, he became a letter carrier in Wilson with the postal service, paving the way for future generations.

Beyond his postal career, Fitch dedicated his life to advocacy. As lead plaintiff in a lawsuit, he successfully compelled the City of Wilson to pave 23 miles of unpaved roads in African-American neighborhoods.

“This naming of the Wilson Post Office is a recognition of Milton Fitch, Sr.’s service to our country during World War II and his groundbreaking advocacy for civil and voting rights during a very difficult moment of American history,” said former Congressman G.K. Butterfield. “Mr. Fitch was the letter carrier in the Wilson community during my childhood. We all loved and respected him. I extend my deep appreciation to Congressman Don Davis for his commitment to this naming and his stellar work in obtaining unanimous support from the entire North Carolina delegation.”

Fitch also held leadership roles in numerous fraternal and community organizations, including the Prince Hall Masons, where he was elected Most Worshipful Grand Master in North Carolina.

His wife, Cora Whitted Fitch, was also a passionate community leader, a dedicated educator, and was elected to the Board of County Commissioners. Together, they raised five children; Dr. Jerome Fitch, retired NC Superior Court Judge Milton “Toby” Fitch, Jr., the late Attorney Patricia Maria Fitch, Dr. Christine Fitch, and Dr. Ernestine Fitch, M.D., whom followed in their footsteps with careers in public service, education, and healthcare.

“My family and I are very pleased and happy for my father to be recognized in this fashion,” said Milton F. “Toby” Fitch, Jr., son of Milton F. Fitch, Sr., retired NC Superior Court Judge, and former NC State Senator. “Words cannot express it. To us, recognizing him and having an institution such as the main Post Office in Wilson, where my father worked, means so much. We thank Congressman Don Davis for honoring my father this way.”

Milton F. Fitch, Sr. passed on November 2, 1995. The dedication ceremony brought together elected officials, community members, and family to celebrate his life and legacy of service, leadership, and impact that will be forever embedded in the Wilson community.

Rumford, ME – Today, U.S. Senator Susan Collins delivered remarks at a dedication and open house at the new Rumford fire station. The new station is dedicated to Peter Chase, a former Deputy Fire Chief and Town of Rumford Selectman who passed away in 2022. Members of the Chase family, including his wife Rhonda and his son, Auburn Fire Department Chief Bob Chase, were in attendance for the ceremony, which was held on the same day as Deputy Chief Chase’s birthday.
“This is a celebration of more than a modern facility for firefighters. As we dedicate this building to Peter Chase, we honor an inspiring life of service,” said Senator Collins during her remarks. “From Deputy Fire Chief, to Selectman, to his work on several town and county commissions, Peter devoted himself to his community. This is a wonderfully touching way to mark what would have been Peter’s 72nd birthday.”
“Rhonda, Bob, and all members of his wonderful family, please know that this new fire station is a fitting memorial to a remarkable example of the spirit of Maine,” she continued. “Bob, let me congratulate you for carrying on your father’s legacy in Auburn and for your recognition as Maine’s Fire Chief of the Year for 2024. That spirit lives on in the firefighters who selflessly put their lives on the line to protect our families, our homes, and our businesses.”
After touring the old station—which was constructed in 1923—in May of 2022, Senator Collins secured $1 million in Congressionally Directed Spending to support the construction of the new station in the Fiscal Year 2022 omnibus appropriations package. The new station includes two additional bays and additional clearance for trucks, as well as a decontamination area, and sleeping space for the firefighters.
Senator Collins has long been an advocate for Maine’s firefighters and first responders. Through her role on the Senate Appropriations Committee, she secured more than $31 million in Congressionally Directed Spending through the Fiscal Year 2024 appropriations process for projects across the state that will support local law enforcement, fire and rescue stations, and emergency response services.

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

WASHINGTON – Renard Levenberry, 29, of Washington, D.C., was sentenced today to a total of 180 months in prison for multiple convictions stemming from two different shootings at Starburst Plaza during the summer of 2024, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro and Chief Pamela Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).

Mr. Levenberry pleaded guilty February 24th in D.C. Superior Court to one count of aggravated assault while armed and one count of possession of a firearm during a crime of violence in relation to a June 13, 2024, shooting, and to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm in relation to an August 20, 2024, shooting.

According to the government’s evidence, on June 13, 2024, Levenberry was at Starburst Plaza—an often-crowded public plaza located at 1501 Maryland Avenue, NE.  Levenberry robbed an individual during an attempted drug transaction.  When the victim pursued Levenberry, the Defendant shot the victim in the leg before escaping.

On August 20, 2024, Levenberry was again in Starburst Plaza when an unknown individual entered the area on a moped. Upon seeing that person and without provocation, Levenberry pulled out a black semiautomatic pistol and began firing at the moped driver.  The moped driver appeared to fire one shot back at Levenberry.  One of the shots Levenberry fired struck a bystander who was waiting at a nearby bus stop.

Both shootings were captured on video and the government’s investigation was supported by DNA and ballistics evidence.

In announcing the sentence, U.S. Attorney Pirro and Chief Smith commended the work of those who investigated the case from the Metropolitan Police Department.  Finally, they commended the work of Assistant U.S. Attorneys Benjamin Helfand and Kraig Ahalt, who investigated and prosecuted the case.

  • MIL-OSI Russia: Strengthening connectivity between China and Russia’s border regions promotes bilateral people-to-people exchanges and trade

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: People’s Republic of China in Russian – People’s Republic of China in Russian –

Source: People’s Republic of China – State Council News

HARBIN, May 17 (Xinhua) — Sergei Mikhailov from the Far East has just returned from Suifenhe City, northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, where he went for a medical checkup and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment.

“I came here on the recommendation of a Chinese friend. After a medical examination, the doctor explained to me where I had problems in my body. Then they prescribed me medication,” the Russian said.

In recent years, the number of Russians seeking TCM treatment at the Suifenhe People’s Hospital has been steadily growing. Hospital employee Liu Simin noted that many Russians come as part of group tours to undergo medical examinations. “At the hospital, foreigners receive the same quality treatment and at the same prices as the Chinese,” he explained.

Sergey said he did not have a language barrier because the clinic provides professional medical translators for the convenience of foreign patients, which made it easier for him to communicate with doctors. After visiting the hospital, he enjoyed shopping and trying Chinese cuisine.

Trucks and tourist buses ply between the busy Suifenhe and Pogranichny checkpoints. Russian travelers love shopping: in Suifenhe they can often be seen with suitcases and bags.

Meanwhile, Russian goods are also popular in Suifenhe. “Rossa Empire”, the largest Russian commodity distribution center in Suifenhe, has become a landmark of the city with its rich collection of Russian goods and food products.

“More than 220 foreign trade enterprises are based in the center, where they import more than 5,000 items into China,” said Zhang Jiaqiang, director of the company that runs the center, adding that the center has a live streaming facility to promote international online sales.

The Suifenhe Bonded Zone has also played an important role as an economic driver for the promotion of cross-border trade.

Li Wei, CEO of Heilongjiang Zinnbach Biotechnology Co., Ltd., said his company is the first domestic brewery to set up production in the Suifenhe Bonded Zone. The company, which enjoys a tax-favored policy of “customs import and VAT refund,” enjoys zero tariffs on all imported raw materials such as malt, hops and yeast.

According to statistics from Suifenhe Customs, in 2024, the volume of cargo passing through the local automobile checkpoint exceeded 1 million tons for the first time, reaching 1.225 million tons. This year, the average daily number of vehicles passing through the automobile checkpoint was about 300 vehicles, 50 units more than in 2024.

In addition, Suifenhe is also an important stop on the China-Europe rail freight route, with nearly 9,000 freight trains carrying around 88,000 TEU (20-foot container equivalent units) passing through every year.

The local road and rail checkpoints in Suifenhe are among 19 border crossings on the China-Russia border in Heilongjiang Province, according to the provincial government website.

On May 7, after the ice on the Heilongjiang River completely melted, seasonal river traffic resumed between the three ports along the China-Russia border river, namely Heihe, Tongjiang and Fuyuan, and the three corresponding ports on the Russian side.

“The annual river service has resumed. The speed of customs clearance has become particularly fast, which is convenient for those of us who frequently travel between China and Russia,” said Jiang Haibo, a resident of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, who took the river ferry service at Tongjiang Port.

Situated just 1 km from the Russian river port of Nizhneleninskoye in the Jewish Autonomous Region, Tongjiang has become an important trade route between China and Russia, with an annual throughput of 500,000 people and 600,000 tons of cargo.

“I am from the village of Nizhneleninskoye. It takes no more than half an hour to get from Tongjiang to my home by ferry, and here you can quickly and easily go through customs,” said Russian tourist Victoria Figol.

Tongjiang’s rail network is connected to the Trans-Siberian Railway in Russia. Goods exported from Tongjiang via Khabarovsk in Russia can directly reach the interior of Russia and even further afield, to European countries such as Germany. This crossing is 800 km shorter than via the port of Suifenhe. -0-

Understanding the Financial Struggles of Bad Credit Borrowers

The Reality of Living with a Low Credit Score

In today’s financial landscape, having a low credit score can feel like a brick wall between you and financial security. Many individuals find themselves in this situation due to missed payments, high debt-to-income ratios, or unexpected life events like job loss or medical emergencies. Regardless of the reason, the impact is the same: fewer options for financial help when it’s needed most.

Consumers with poor or limited credit histories often face rejections when applying for traditional loans. This creates a cycle of financial exclusion, where borrowers can’t qualify for the very credit products that might help them stabilize their finances. The irony is frustrating and disheartening for many Americans facing urgent needs.

Why Traditional Loans Aren’t Always the Answer

Personal loans from banks or credit unions usually come with strict credit score requirements, often demanding a minimum FICO score of 650 or higher. For those with bad credit or no credit, getting approved is almost impossible without a co-signer, significant collateral, or a lengthy credit review process.

This is where fast-approval lending becomes an attractive option. Instead of spending days or weeks waiting on a bank decision, individuals can turn to online lending marketplaces that offer fast access to short-term loans—even if their credit score is below 600.

The Emotional Weight of Financial Instability

It’s not just about numbers on a credit report—it’s about peace of mind. Constantly worrying about rent, utility bills, car repairs, or emergency expenses can take a toll on a person’s mental health and overall well-being. The inability to access emergency funding can turn manageable problems into crises, particularly for people already living paycheck to paycheck.

Online payday loans with high approval rates provide a lifeline in these moments. While not a long-term solution, these loans offer fast cash loans online that can cover pressing expenses until the next payday. When handled responsibly, they can serve as a temporary bridge over troubled waters.

The Role of Online Lending Platforms

Today, platforms like MoneyMutual have emerged as top choices for individuals searching for the best payday lenders for personal finance loans with bad credit scores. These platforms do not issue loans directly. Instead, they connect borrowers with a network of vetted lenders offering short-term and emergency loan options.

MoneyMutual has gained popularity by streamlining the loan application process, making it accessible for consumers who might otherwise be left behind. With its commitment to no upfront fees and a soft-credit check model, it opens doors to fast cash solutions for individuals who need them most.

Need fast cash but have bad credit? Apply with MoneyMutual now and connect with lenders in minutes—no upfront fees, no obligation, just options!

What Is Bad Credit and How ItAffects Loan Access

Understanding Bad Credit: What the Numbers Really Mean

When lenders assess a borrower’s financial reliability, one of the first tools they look at is the FICO credit score. This score typically ranges from 300 to 850. A score below 580 is widely considered “poor credit” and may immediately disqualify someone from receiving loans from traditional financial institutions. Factors that can contribute to a low credit score include:

    • Missed or late payments
    • High credit utilization
    • Defaulted accounts or bankruptcy filings
    • Limited credit history
    • Errors or unresolved disputes on a credit report

Borrowers with these issues are often labeled as high-risk, regardless of their current financial stability or intention to repay. This stigma significantly limits options when emergencies arise, which is exactly where payday loans for bad credit fill a critical gap.

Why Traditional Personal Loans Exclude Poor Credit Borrowers

Banks and credit unions have long relied on rigid underwriting criteria. Even if you have a steady job, consistent income, and a valid checking account, those with bad credit scores are often deemed ineligible unless they have collateral or a co-signer. This slows down approval times and adds layers of friction that make it difficult for people in urgent financial situations to secure help.

In contrast, fast approval lending solutions focus less on credit score and more on income verification and banking history. For many borrowers, this shift represents the difference between getting emergency funds within 24 hours versus enduring weeks of delay and rejection.

The Hidden Cost of Financial Marginalization

Being denied a loan isn’t just an inconvenience—it can lead to serious consequences. Without access to short-term funding, people often delay rent payments, utility bills, car repairs, or healthcare costs. These delays can compound financial stress, damage credit even further, and even lead to evictions or job loss in extreme cases.

Platforms offering emergency loans for bad credit acknowledge this urgent reality. That’s why a lender network like MoneyMutual is structured to provide a fast, frictionless way to connect borrowers with options—even when traditional banks say no.

The Rise of Alternative Lending Platforms

The increasing demand for personal finance loans with bad credit scores has fueled the rise of online lending marketplaces. Platforms like MoneyMutual remove the need for in-person applications and stringent credit requirements by acting as intermediaries. Instead of issuing the loan themselves, they link borrowers with vetted lenders who specialize in short-term bad credit loans.

This system offers several distinct benefits:

    • Quick pre-qualification without impacting your credit score
    • Faster application turnaround compared to traditional financial institutions
    • Customized loan matches based on your income, location, and loan amount requested

Don’t let bad credit hold you back—get up to $5,000 in emergency funds from trusted lenders with MoneyMutual. Apply now in just 5 minutes!

How Payday Loans Work (And Why They’re Often a Lifeline for Bad Credit Borrowers)

The Basics of Payday Loans: Fast Cash for Urgent Needs

Payday loans are a form of short-term, high-interest personal lending designed to help borrowers cover emergency expenses until their next paycheck. The appeal of payday loans lies in their speed, simplicity, and broad accessibility—even for individuals with bad credit scores or no credit history at all.

Here’s how a typical payday loan works:

    • The borrower submits a quick online application, often without undergoing a hard credit inquiry
    • Loan approval decisions can take just minutes, with funding delivered within 24 hours
    • The borrowed amount—typically ranging from $100 to $5,000—is repaid, with fees and interest, on the borrower’s next payday or over a few scheduled installments
    • Lenders often require proof of income, a valid ID, and an active checking account

Because of their fast approval lending process and minimal paperwork, payday loans can be ideal for individuals in financial distress who need funds for rent, utility bills, car repairs, or medical costs not covered by insurance.

Accessibility Matters: Why These Loans Serve a Critical Need

Traditional lenders tend to reject applicants who don’t meet strict credit score criteria. This leaves millions of Americans underserved. Payday loans help fill this gap by focusing more on current income rather than credit history. Platforms like MoneyMutual specialize in connecting borrowers with top approval lending options from a wide network of nontraditional lenders.

This is particularly helpful for individuals who:

    • Have recently experienced job loss or bankruptcy
    • Have no co-signer or collateral available
    • Are self-employed or receive gig economy income
    • Are seeking no credit check payday loans

By widening access to emergency funds, payday lenders offer a safety net to individuals who would otherwise have no viable options.

    Loan Structure: Understanding the Terms

    Payday loans typically include:

    • Loan amounts: Ranging from $200 to $5,000 depending on the lender and borrower’s income
    • Repayment term: Commonly two to four weeks, but some lenders offer bad credit installment loans with longer repayment schedules
    • Fees and interest: Can vary widely; APRs can exceed 300% in some cases depending on state regulations

Disclaimer: Interest rates and terms vary by lender. Always review the loan agreement carefully and ensure you understand the total repayment amount, including fees.

It’s important to understand that payday loans are not designed for long-term borrowing. Misuse or repeated rollovers can result in a cycle of debt. For this reason, many states now regulate the number of payday loans a borrower can take within a certain timeframe.

    Why Responsible Use Is Critical

Despite the convenience, payday loans can pose financial risks if not used wisely. A borrower who takes out a loan without a realistic repayment plan may face:

    • Overdraft fees from their bank account
    • Additional penalties from missed payments
    • Damaged credit if defaults are reported
    • A reliance on repeated borrowing to make ends meet

Responsible use of emergency loans for bad credit means borrowing only what you can afford to repay, reviewing all terms, and selecting lenders who disclose clear fee structures upfront.

    Why MoneyMutual Stands Out

What differentiates MoneyMutual from other loan sources is its ability to:

How MoneyMutual Works: What Borrowers Can Expect

A Lending Marketplace, Not a Direct Lender

MoneyMutual is not a direct payday lender. Instead, it operates as a free-to-use online lending marketplace, designed to connect borrowers—especially those with bad credit scores—with a trusted network of payday and installment lenders. The platform simplifies the borrowing process by eliminating the need to apply individually to multiple lenders.

With just one online form, users can potentially access offers from dozens of lenders, most of whom specialize in fast approval lending and accept applications from individuals with limited or damaged credit histories.

    Step-by-Step Application Process

Borrowers using MoneyMutual can expect a straightforward, fast-track experience:

Step 1: Submit the Secure Online Form

    • The initial application takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
    • You’ll be asked for basic details including name, contact info, employment status, and monthly income.

    Step 2: Match with Lenders

    • After submission, your request is routed through MoneyMutual’s lending network.
    • You may receive one or more payday loan offers or installment loan options, depending on your qualifications.

Step 3: Review and Choose Your Offer

    • Carefully review the loan terms, repayment dates, interest rates, and fees before selecting a lender.
    • Each lender’s terms may differ, so comparing options is key to finding the best fit.

    Step 4: Receive Funds

    • If approved, funds can be deposited into your bank account in as little as 24 hours.
    • Some lenders may fund loans the same business day, especially if the application is completed early.

Disclaimer: Funding timelines vary by lender and may depend on bank processing times. Not all users will receive same-day deposits.

    Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for loan offers through MoneyMutual’s platform, borrowers must meet basic criteria:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have a steady income of at least $800 per month
    • Possess an active checking account
    • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

These lenient requirements make MoneyMutual one of the top platforms for people seeking no credit check payday loans and emergency loans for bad credit with minimal barriers.

    Loan Amounts and Approval Details

    • Loan amounts typically range from $200 to $5,000, though actual offers vary based on income and the lender’s underwriting practices.
    • Many participating lenders do not perform hard credit checks, meaning the process does not negatively impact your FICO score.
    • Approval decisions can often be made instantly.

Disclaimer: Loan amounts, APRs, and repayment terms vary by lender. Always review all documentation and verify final rates on the official website, as pricing is subject to change at any time.

    How MoneyMutual Protects Borrowers

Trust and transparency are crucial when borrowing online. MoneyMutual emphasizes:

    • Data security: The platform uses 256-bit encryption to protect personal and financial data.
    • No borrower fees: MoneyMutual charges nothing to the consumer for connecting with lenders.
    • No obligation: Receiving an offer doesn’t bind you to accept it. You’re free to decline any offer that doesn’t meet your needs.

These protections contribute to MoneyMutual’s reputation as a top approval lending portal that prioritizes consumer access without compromising data privacy.

Bills can’t wait—and neither should you. Use MoneyMutual today and see loan offers from trusted lenders, even if your credit is below 600!

How MoneyMutual Compares to Other Payday Lending Platforms

Why Comparison Matters in Bad Credit Lending

When it comes to fast cash loans online—especially for borrowers with bad credit scores—the choice of lending platform can dramatically impact your experience. While many services advertise rapid funding and easy approvals, not all deliver the same level of accessibility, transparency, or borrower protections. That’s why comparing options is essential before committing to any payday loan.

    What Makes MoneyMutual Unique

MoneyMutual is designed specifically to help borrowers who may struggle to secure loans through traditional channels. Unlike most financial institutions that require strong credit history and complex paperwork, MoneyMutual prioritizes convenience, speed, and flexibility. It connects users to a wide array of payday loans for bad credit and emergency loan options with minimal barriers.

    Borrowers benefit from:

    • A quick, 5-minute online application
    • Loan amounts ranging from $200 to $5,000
    • No minimum credit score required to apply
    • No hard credit checks that impact your credit profile
    • No upfront fees to use the service
    • Potential funding within 24 hours of approval
    • Access to a large network of lenders offering top approval lending

These advantages position MoneyMutual as one of the most competitive platforms in the bad credit lending space.

    Comparing to Other Lending Services

Other platforms like Speedy Cash, CashNetUSA, and LendingTree also offer short-term or personal loans, but they cater to different borrower profiles.

Speedy Cash offers same-day funding, but often requires in-store visits and may include service fees. It’s not available in every state and typically requires stronger credit than MoneyMutual.

CashNetUSA focuses on online installment loans, but most of its offerings are geared toward borrowers with at least fair credit. It may also involve hard credit pulls and charges higher fees, especially in states with minimal payday loan regulation.

LendingTree, while offering a wide variety of personal loans, is more tailored toward individuals with good to excellent credit scores. Their partner lenders often perform detailed credit checks, and funding times may vary greatly based on the lender’s requirements.

    In contrast, MoneyMutual emphasizes:

    • Speed
    • Accessibility for low-credit borrowers
    • Free matching service with no obligation to accept offers
    • Broad lender network that welcomes applicants who need bad credit installment loans or no credit check payday loans

Disclaimer: Features, loan terms, and availability vary by lender and state. Always verify details with the official website, as pricing and availability are subject to change at any time.

    Final Takeaway

While all lending platforms offer value to specific audiences, MoneyMutual’s focus on fast approval lending and minimal credit barriers makes it especially appealing for borrowers seeking immediate financial help without being penalized for past credit challenges. It offers a flexible, trustworthy way to explore lending options without unnecessary risk or delays.

Advantages and Drawbacks of Using MoneyMutual

The Advantages: Why So Many Choose MoneyMutual

MoneyMutual has become one of the most trusted names in fast approval lending, particularly for borrowers with bad credit scores who feel shut out by traditional banks. Its advantages center around speed, accessibility, and user convenience.

    1. Fast Application and Funding Process

The online application takes just five minutes to complete. Once submitted, users may receive loan offers within minutes. If approved, many lenders can deposit funds into your account in as little as 24 hours. This rapid process makes MoneyMutual one of the most efficient ways to secure emergency loans for bad credit.

    2. No Credit Score Requirement

One of the biggest barriers to borrowing is the credit check. MoneyMutual’s lender network includes partners who offer no credit check payday loans, making it ideal for individuals with credit scores below 580—or no credit history at all.

    3. Free to Use

Borrowers pay nothing to use MoneyMutual. There are no hidden sign-up fees or service charges. Instead, MoneyMutual earns revenue through partnerships with lenders, not from consumers seeking help.

    4. Wide Network of Lenders

The platform connects borrowers to dozens of lenders, improving the chances of securing an offer that matches the borrower’s financial situation and repayment ability. This increases access to bad credit installment loans, as well as shorter-term payday loans.

    5. High Approval Odds for Challenged Credit

Thanks to its lenient eligibility standards and large lender base, MoneyMutual is a go-to option for those in search of top approval lending that doesn’t punish them for previous credit missteps.

    6. Data Privacy and Security

The platform uses 256-bit encryption to protect all user data, ensuring that sensitive financial and personal information is securely handled during the application process.

The Drawbacks: What Borrowers Should Consider Carefully

Despite the clear advantages, there are some important considerations to keep in mind. Payday loans, even through trusted platforms like MoneyMutual, come with potential drawbacks if not approached responsibly.

    1. High Interest Rates and Fees

Many lenders in the network charge significantly higher annual percentage rates (APRs) than traditional banks or credit unions. It’s not uncommon for payday loans to carry APRs ranging from 200% to over 400%.

Disclaimer: Always read all terms and conditions provided by the lender. Interest rates, loan amounts, and repayment schedules vary, and fees can increase the total cost of the loan.

    2. Short Repayment Periods

Most payday loans must be repaid by your next paycheck—usually within two to four weeks. This short window can make repayment difficult if you experience additional unexpected expenses.

    3. Not Available in All States

MoneyMutual’s services are not currently available in certain states, including New York and Connecticut, due to local payday loan regulations.

    4. Potential Debt Cycle Risk

As with any payday loan, repeated borrowing or rolling over loans can lead to a long-term debt cycle. Borrowers must use these loans responsibly and only for true emergencies.

    5. No Guaranteed Approval

While top approval lending rates are common on MoneyMutual, there is no guarantee of receiving an offer. Loan approval still depends on income verification, banking history, and lender-specific requirements.

Balanced Perspective: Is It Worth It?

    For borrowers who:

    • Need quick access to cash
    • Have limited or poor credit
    • Understand the short-term nature and costs of payday loans
    • Are confident they can repay on time

MoneyMutual can be a reliable and efficient solution. However, it’s not a replacement for long-term financial planning or a sustainable debt strategy. Those unsure of their ability to repay should explore alternatives such as credit unions, financial counseling, or secured lending options.

Borrowing Best Practices: How to Use Payday Loans Responsibly

Understanding the Purpose of Payday Loans

Payday loans are designed for short-term use only. They are not long-term financial solutions, nor are they suitable for covering ongoing expenses such as monthly bills or recurring debts. When used appropriately, these loans can help cover urgent needs—such as medical emergencies, car repairs, or utility disconnections—until your next paycheck arrives.

That said, responsible use is critical. This section outlines practical strategies and borrower behaviors that help maximize the benefits of fast approval lending while minimizing the risk of financial harm.

Borrow Only What You Absolutely Need

It can be tempting to borrow the maximum amount available. However, it’s wiser to request only the amount required to cover your immediate expense. This keeps your repayment manageable and reduces the total cost of interest and fees.

For example, if you only need $400 to cover a car repair, avoid borrowing $800 unless you are certain you can afford to repay the full amount plus associated fees.

    Create a Clear Repayment Plan

Before accepting any loan—especially one with a short repayment window—calculate your ability to repay it on time. Late payments can result in overdraft fees from your bank, added interest from the lender, and further damage to your credit profile.

Look for lenders that offer bad credit installment loans if you need more time to repay in smaller, more manageable portions.

Disclaimer: Failing to repay your payday loan on time can result in additional fees and may negatively affect your financial stability. Borrow responsibly and only when necessary.

    Avoid Rollovers and Extensions

Some lenders offer the option to “roll over” or extend your loan if you can’t repay it on time. While this may seem like a lifeline, it usually comes at a steep cost. Rollovers often involve new fees and interest, making the loan even more expensive.

Repeated rollovers are one of the leading causes of the payday loan debt cycle, where borrowers take new loans just to repay old ones.

Know the Terms Before You Accept

Always read the loan agreement in full before signing. Key items to look for include:

    • Total repayment amount
    • Annual percentage rate (APR)
    • Fees and penalties for late or missed payments
    • Repayment schedule
    • Options for early repayment, if allowed

Reputable platforms like MoneyMutual disclose these terms clearly. They also connect borrowers only with lenders who follow all applicable state and federal laws.

    Explore Alternatives When Possible

While no credit check payday loans can be a helpful option in emergencies, it’s worth exploring alternatives such as:

    • Personal loans from credit unions
    • Employer paycheck advances
    • Local nonprofit or religious financial assistance programs
    • Secured loans using a vehicle or savings account as collateral

These alternatives may carry lower interest rates or longer repayment terms and can be more sustainable over time.

Use Payday Loans Only in True Emergencies

Responsible borrowers treat emergency loans for bad credit as a last resort—not a routine financial tool. Consider a payday loan only if:

    • The expense cannot be delayed
    • You’ve exhausted other options
    • You are confident in your ability to repay on time
    • The loan solves the problem without creating new ones

Bad credit shouldn’t mean no help. Apply with MoneyMutual today and get matched to trusted payday lenders offering fast approval and fair terms!

    Conclusion & Final Thoughts

For millions of Americans, bad credit scores represent more than just a number—they represent limited access to the tools needed to stabilize their financial lives. Unexpected expenses don’t wait for perfect credit. In these moments, payday loans for bad credit can serve as a crucial bridge between immediate financial needs and the next paycheck.

Platforms like MoneyMutual play a vital role in helping people regain a measure of control. By offering a fast approval lending process, zero upfront fees, and a streamlined experience, MoneyMutual helps borrowers find funding quickly—often within 24 hours. Whether you’re dealing with a car breakdown, a utility shutoff, or a sudden bill, the platform provides access to vetted lenders who are willing to work with applicants who may have been turned away elsewhere.

However, with that access comes responsibility. Borrowers must be diligent about repayment schedules, read every loan agreement carefully, and avoid rolling over balances. Payday loans, while helpful in emergencies, are not designed for long-term use. Misuse can lead to high costs, spiraling debt, and long-term financial instability.

By following responsible borrowing practices, reading the fine print, and using loans strategically, consumers can make the most of what top approval lending platforms like MoneyMutual offer. It’s not about chasing easy money—it’s about having a trusted option when you truly need it.

    Pricing and Terms Disclaimer

Loan amounts, APRs, repayment terms, and lender practices vary by provider and by state. MoneyMutual is not a direct lender and does not control the rates or fees of the lenders within its network. Borrowers are encouraged to carefully review all loan offers and disclosures before accepting any terms. Pricing is subject to change at any time—always verify the latest details directly at the official MoneyMutual website.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are the best payday lenders for bad credit?

The best payday lenders for bad credit are those that offer fast approval, transparent loan terms, and don’t require a high credit score. Platforms like MoneyMutual connect borrowers with a large network of lenders who specialize in personal finance loans for bad credit scores, increasing the likelihood of approval and providing flexibility in repayment terms.

Can I get approved for a personal loan with a bad credit score?

Yes. Many online lenders specialize in fast approval lending options specifically for people with bad credit scores. These lenders often focus more on income verification and active bank accounts rather than traditional credit checks, making it easier to get approved for payday loans for bad credit.

What is a no credit check payday loan?

A no credit check payday loan is a short-term loan that does not require a traditional hard inquiry on your credit report. These loans are often available to borrowers with poor or limited credit histories and are designed to provide emergency loans for bad credit with minimal barriers to entry.

How quickly can I receive a payday loan through MoneyMutual?

With MoneyMutual, you may receive loan offers within minutes of submitting the form. If approved, funds from fast cash loans online can be deposited into your bank account as soon as the next business day. Actual timing may vary depending on lender processing and bank policies.

Disclaimer: Not all applicants will qualify for next-day funding. Always review lender timelines carefully.

How much can I borrow with a payday loan if I have bad credit?

Loan amounts through MoneyMutual’s network typically range from $200 to $5,000, depending on your income, state regulations, and lender criteria. These loan amounts are common for bad credit installment loans and short-term payday loans.

Disclaimer: Loan amounts and terms vary by lender. Always confirm all pricing and terms with the official lender before accepting an offer.

Are payday loans safe to use if I have bad credit?

When used responsibly, payday loans can be a helpful short-term financial tool. However, they come with high interest rates and short repayment periods. Platforms like MoneyMutual offer access to top approval lending partners that are transparent about their terms, but it’s important to borrow only what you can repay.

Will applying for a payday loan affect my credit score?

In most cases, applying through a service like MoneyMutual does not affect your credit score because participating lenders typically perform a soft credit check or none at all. If you move forward with a loan and miss payments, some lenders may report it, which could impact your credit.

What are the risks of payday loans for bad credit?

Risks include high APRs, short repayment windows, and the potential for entering a debt cycle if loans are rolled over repeatedly. It’s critical to understand all the terms before accepting personal finance loans with bad credit scores, especially when using no credit check payday loans.

Are there fees to use MoneyMutual?

No. MoneyMutual is free for borrowers to use. The platform makes money through partnerships with lenders, not through hidden service fees or borrower charges. You will only pay interest or fees if you accept a loan from one of the lenders.

MoneyMutual is available in most states, but due to local regulations, it does not operate in New York and Connecticut. Availability of specific emergency loans for bad credit may vary by state, so always check eligibility based on your location.

Understanding the Pain Points of Bad Credit Borrowers

Why Millions Are Locked Out of Traditional Lending

When facing an unexpected financial crisis—such as a broken-down vehicle, sudden medical bill, or overdue rent—most people turn to banks, credit cards, or personal lines of credit for help. But for individuals with a credit score under 600, those options often aren’t available. Denial is the norm, not the exception.

Banks typically require a strong credit history, high income documentation, and sometimes collateral just to consider a loan. If you’ve experienced job loss, missed payments, or even identity theft that hurt your credit, your application is likely to be rejected before it’s even reviewed.

This is the daily reality for millions of Americans living with bad credit. The lack of access to fast loan approval—especially when time is critical—only deepens the financial stress.

The Emotional and Financial Toll of Bad Credit

The pain goes beyond numbers. Being turned away repeatedly for credit is more than just frustrating—it can feel humiliating. It’s a cycle of embarrassment, anxiety, and helplessness.

    Common situations include:

    • Falling behind on rent or mortgage payments
    • Utility shut-off notices for electricity, gas, or water
    • Emergency car repairs needed to keep a job
    • Out-of-pocket medical costs not covered by insurance
    • Groceries and childcare becoming unaffordable due to gaps in income

These aren’t luxury problems—they’re survival-level situations. The people in these scenarios aren’t irresponsible; they’re underserved.

    Why Traditional Lenders Say No

Banks and large lenders rely heavily on FICO-based scoring systems. If your score is below 670, you’re considered “subprime.” Under 580? “Very poor.” These categories trigger automatic denials—even when a borrower can clearly demonstrate current income or a willingness to repay.

The result: high rejection rates, long application timelines, and inaccessible credit. In response, the instant payday loans market has emerged as a fast, frictionless alternative.

Disclaimer: Payday loans can carry high interest rates and should be viewed as short-term, emergency financial tools—not long-term solutions. Always review repayment terms in full before accepting any loan offer.

Need fast cash with bad credit? Apply with MoneyMutual in minutes—no fees, no hard credit check. Get matched to lenders today and receive funds as soon as tomorrow!

    • No obligation: Receiving offers does not require acceptance. Borrowers can compare terms freely.
    • Secure and private: Personal information is encrypted and never sold to third parties.

    How MoneyMutual Works – Step-by-Step

A Simple Process from Start to Funds

One of the biggest advantages of using MoneyMutual for instant payday loans is how straightforward the process is. Unlike traditional lenders that require stacks of paperwork, in-person meetings, and long waiting periods, MoneyMutual simplifies every stage of the borrowing experience.

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how to use the platform:

Step 1: Fill Out the Short Online Form

The process begins with a quick online application that asks for some basic information:

    • Your name and contact details
    • Employment status and monthly income
    • Bank account information (to facilitate direct deposit)

The form typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete and is submitted securely through an encrypted server.

Note: MoneyMutual uses this information only to match you with eligible lenders. Your credit score is not the sole determining factor.

Step 2: Get Matched with Lenders

After submitting your form, MoneyMutual sends your information to its network of participating lenders. These lenders review your details and decide whether to offer a loan based on your income and repayment ability—not your credit score.

In many cases, you’ll receive multiple offers so you can compare:

    • Loan amounts
    • Repayment terms
    • Fees and APRs

This creates a competitive lending environment, giving you the opportunity to choose what works best for your budget.

Step 3: Review Offers and Accept Terms

If you receive a loan offer that fits your needs, you can electronically sign the agreement right from your device. There’s no obligation to accept any offer, and you’re encouraged to read all terms carefully.

    This step includes:

    • Reviewing the total repayment amount
    • Understanding the payment due date
    • Identifying any fees or penalties for late repayment

Disclaimer: Be sure to fully review the lender’s terms and conditions before signing. Terms vary significantly between lenders, and not all borrowers will qualify for the same rates or approval amounts.

Step 4: Receive Funds — Often Within 24 Hours

Once your agreement is signed, the lender will begin the funding process. Many users report receiving funds in their checking account by the next business day, and in some cases, the same day—depending on bank processing times and lender policies.

This fast turnaround is a primary reason why MoneyMutual is a top choice for same-day payday loans and emergency financial relief.

Streamlined Access with No Credit Check Hassles

Because many lenders in the MoneyMutual network do not require a hard credit pull, the approval process is typically faster than traditional methods. This is especially useful for borrowers looking for:

    • no credit check payday loans
    • fast loan approval without score-based rejection
    • cash advances based on income, not credit history

Disclaimer: While many lenders avoid hard inquiries, some may conduct soft checks or verify certain financial data. Always read each lender’s disclosure before accepting any offer.

Emergency expense? Get up to $5,000 with no hard credit check. Apply with MoneyMutual today and see offers from lenders in under 5 minutes—it’s free and easy.

Eligibility and Requirements for Bad Credit Payday Loans

    Who Qualifies to Use MoneyMutual?

One of the reasons MoneyMutual is considered among the best bad credit loan platforms is its commitment to accessibility. The service is designed for individuals who may not meet the rigid criteria of traditional lenders but still have the means and intent to repay a short-term loan.

To apply for a payday loan through MoneyMutual, applicants typically need to meet the following basic criteria:

    • Be at least 18 years of age or older
    • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
    • Have a consistent source of income (employment, benefits, or other verifiable streams)
    • Possess an active checking account (used to deposit loan funds and schedule repayments)
    • Provide a valid email address and phone number for communication

These requirements ensure that lenders have enough information to assess repayment capability—without relying on credit scores alone.

    No Credit Score? No Problem.

Unlike traditional personal loans that almost always involve hard credit inquiries, lenders in the MoneyMutual network often focus on your current income and bank account activity. This is why the platform is a preferred option for borrowers seeking no credit check payday loans.

If you have a low credit score or a “thin” credit file, you’re still likely to be considered, provided you meet income and identity criteria.

Disclaimer: Meeting these requirements does not guarantee loan approval. Each lender has its own specific underwriting guidelines, and approval decisions are based on a combination of factors.

    Income Verification and Flexibility

Most lenders on the platform accept various types of income, including:

    • Full-time or part-time employment
    • Freelance or self-employed income
    • Government benefits (e.g., Social Security or disability)
    • Unemployment payments (in some cases)

Because the approval process is primarily focused on cash flow rather than creditworthiness, this makes MoneyMutual a flexible and inclusive choice for a wide range of applicants.

Important Note: Some lenders may request recent pay stubs, direct deposit proof, or bank statements to verify income. These documents help ensure you’re matched to a loan offer you can realistically repay.

    Avoiding Common Disqualifiers

While the requirements are relatively lenient, some factors may lead to disqualification, such as:

    • Not having a bank account in your name
    • Inconsistent or unverifiable income
    • Providing false or incomplete information on the application
    • Already having an outstanding unpaid payday loan

Being upfront and accurate in your application increases your chances of being approved for instant payday loans with no credit check.

Stop stressing over loan rejections. MoneyMutual helps bad credit borrowers get matched with trusted lenders fast. Apply now and get funds as soon as 24 hours!

Exact Pricing, Interest, and Repayment Information

Understanding the Real Cost of Payday Loans

While MoneyMutual offers a free-to-use platform that connects borrowers with multiple lenders, it’s important to understand that each lender sets its own terms—including interest rates, fees, and repayment timelines.

Payday loans, especially those for bad credit borrowers, often carry higher APRs compared to traditional personal loans. This is due to the increased risk lenders take on by offering fast loans with no credit check.

Loan offers you receive through MoneyMutual may include:

    • Loan amounts between $100 and $5,000
    • APRs ranging from 200% to 600% or more, depending on the lender, loan size, and repayment duration
    • One-time fees or origination charges, added to the total repayment amount
    • Repayment periods typically between 14 and 30 days, though some lenders offer extensions or installment options

Disclaimer: The above figures are estimates only. Actual loan terms, including APRs and repayment schedules, vary by lender and borrower profile. Always read your loan agreement carefully before proceeding.

MoneyMutual’s Role in the Pricing Process

MoneyMutual itself does not set or control loan terms. It acts as a marketplace, allowing you to compare offers. You will never pay a fee to MoneyMutual to submit a loan request or to view available offers.

All fees, interest rates, and total repayment amounts are disclosed by the lender before you agree to anything. This ensures you can make an informed decision without any hidden charges.

    Repayment Expectations and Default Risks

Once you accept a loan, repayment is typically due on your next payday. This repayment is usually automatically withdrawn from your bank account. If you’re unable to repay on time, you must contact your lender to arrange an extension—though this may come with additional fees or interest.

Failing to repay a payday loan can result in:

    • Additional late fees or rollover penalties
    • Reports to collection agencies
    • Long-term damage to your credit profile
    • Potential legal action in extreme cases

Disclaimer: Payday loans are short-term financial tools and should not be used as ongoing financial support. Borrowers are responsible for repaying loans in full on time. Always ensure you can meet your repayment obligations before accepting a loan offer.

    Pricing Transparency Disclaimer

Loan pricing is entirely determined by third-party lenders in the MoneyMutual network. Rates, fees, and approval amounts may change frequently based on market conditions, risk evaluations, and borrower-specific factors.

Pricing Notice: Please refer to the official MoneyMutual website for the most current loan ranges, APR disclosures, and fee structures. All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Final loan agreements will contain exact repayment terms and total loan cost breakdowns.

Safety, Data Privacy, and Legitimacy of MoneyMutual

Why Trust Matters in Online Lending

When you’re dealing with urgent financial stress, handing over personal and banking information to an online platform can feel risky. This is why trust, transparency, and digital security are absolutely essential when choosing where to apply for a loan—especially in the instant payday lending space.

MoneyMutual has positioned itself as a secure and reputable loan connection platform used by millions of Americans. It doesn’t lend money itself, but it connects users to lenders who specialize in bad credit loans, many of which offer no credit check payday loan options.

Data Protection: How Your Information Is Handled

MoneyMutual uses 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of security trusted by banks and major e-commerce platforms. This ensures that the personal details you submit—such as your Social Security number, employment status, and banking details—are transmitted securely and protected from interception or misuse.

    Additionally:

    • The platform does not sell your data to outside parties.
    • Lender partners must adhere to strict compliance and data-handling practices.
    • Users are only contacted by lenders when matched with a legitimate offer.

These practices align with modern standards for consumer privacy and reflect MoneyMutual’s commitment to borrower safety.

    Recognized Reputation and User Satisfaction

MoneyMutual has served over 2 million users and continues to earn high visibility in the online payday loans space. Its transparency around what it is—and what it is not—sets it apart from predatory lending services.

Unlike deceptive websites that claim to offer guaranteed approval with hidden terms, MoneyMutual:

    • Discloses upfront that it is not a direct lender
    • Explains that loan terms vary by lender
    • Provides clear access to support and educational resources

While individual loan experiences vary, the platform itself consistently receives strong feedback for ease of use, speed, and security.

Disclaimer: Always use caution when sharing sensitive financial information online. While MoneyMutual uses secure systems, no online transaction is entirely risk-free. Borrowers should also independently research any lender offer they choose to accept.

Red Flags to Avoid in Other Lending Platforms

MoneyMutual’s model is built on trust and user education. That’s why it’s important to avoid platforms that:

    • Request upfront payments or “processing fees”
    • Guarantee approval before reviewing your application
    • Withhold loan terms until after you commit
    • Lack customer support or contact transparency

    By contrast, MoneyMutual:

    • Does not charge borrowers
    • Does not guarantee approval
    • Provides access to real lenders with clear disclosures

This transparency makes it a leader among platforms for bad credit payday loans.

Bills piling up? Apply through MoneyMutual and get payday loan offers in minutes—even with bad credit. It’s safe, secure, and completely free to use!

    Customer Reviews and Real-World Experiences

What Real Borrowers Say About MoneyMutual

When you’re dealing with financial pressure, hearing from others who have been in your shoes can make a major difference. One of the reasons MoneyMutual stands out as a leading platform for instant payday loans is its strong track record of user satisfaction among people with bad credit.

Across online forums, third-party review platforms, and social media, borrowers repeatedly highlight three key strengths:

    • Speed: Many report receiving funds within 24 hours
    • Ease of use: The application process is often described as simple and quick
    • Accessibility: Even those with credit scores below 600 have received offers

These themes show up consistently, making it clear that the platform delivers where others fail.

    Common Themes in Feedback

Here’s a breakdown of what users most often praise—and where they share words of caution:

    Positive Experiences:

    • “I was denied by two banks, but I had a loan offer from MoneyMutual’s partners within 15 minutes.”
    • “I needed $400 to cover rent. The process was simple and the funds were in my account the next morning.”
    • “I liked that I wasn’t locked into anything. I got three loan offers and picked the one with the lowest total cost.”

    Constructive Feedback:

    • Some users express frustration with high APRs, especially if they didn’t fully read the lender terms.
    • A few users misunderstood that MoneyMutual is not the lender, which caused confusion about who to contact for support.
    • Those who delayed repayment mentioned that fees increased quickly when communication with the lender broke down.

These insights reinforce the need to:

    • Carefully review the repayment schedule
    • Compare offers before accepting
    • Contact the lender—not MoneyMutual—if issues arise

Responsible Borrowing Insights from Real-World Use

One of the most consistent takeaways from actual borrower stories is the importance of responsible use. Borrowers who used payday loans as short-term tools—rather than ongoing cash flow support—were more likely to have positive outcomes.

This section of the user base includes:

    • People facing temporary gaps in income
    • Gig workers awaiting payments
    • Families covering urgent bills between paychecks

By positioning MoneyMutual as a platform that empowers users to make informed choices, these reviews help underline its reputation in the online payday loan space.

Disclaimer: Individual results and experiences vary. User reviews shared here are representative but not predictive. Borrowers should always read and understand loan terms before accepting an offer, and seek financial counseling if repayment may be a challenge.

Comparison: MoneyMutual vs. Other Top Payday Loan Platforms

How MoneyMutual Stacks Up Against Its Competitors

While MoneyMutual is widely considered a top choice for bad credit payday loans, there are other platforms in the online lending space that offer similar services. These include CashUSA, BadCreditLoans, and Check Into Cash. Each has its own strengths and limitations depending on what a borrower needs.

MoneyMutual operates as a loan marketplace rather than a direct lender. It connects users with a network of lenders offering payday loans, cash advances, and short-term loan products. It’s ideal for those with low credit scores, thanks to its no minimum credit score requirement and income-based qualification model. Loan requests take under five minutes to submit, and offers can arrive within minutes.

In contrast, CashUSA tends to serve borrowers with slightly stronger credit profiles. It also allows for higher maximum loan amounts—up to $10,000—but its approval process may take longer and typically favors those with a credit score above 580.

BadCreditLoans also offers a marketplace model and is friendly to low-credit applicants. Like MoneyMutual, it does not require a hard credit check and offers flexible personal loan and payday loan options. However, application times tend to be longer, and its lender pool may be smaller in certain states.

Check Into Cash differs from the others in that it operates as a direct lender with physical store locations in many areas. While it provides payday loans and short-term cash advances, the process is often in-person and may involve more paperwork. It’s better suited for those who prefer face-to-face service or need a storefront for same-day cash pickup. However, this comes at the cost of convenience and digital accessibility.

What Makes MoneyMutual a Leading Choice?

    • Fast digital application: Submit your request in less than five minutes.
    • No hard credit checks required: Great for people with limited or poor credit histories.
    • Free-to-use platform: No upfront or hidden application fees.
    • Lender competition: Multiple offers may be available, giving borrowers more control over their terms.
    • Fully online experience: From application to funding, everything is done digitally—no store visits or manual forms required.

MoneyMutual is especially ideal for those who need instant payday loan approval, are dealing with bad credit, and prefer a no-obligation, comparison-based loan shopping experience.

Disclaimer: Each lender in MoneyMutual’s network sets their own approval criteria, interest rates, and terms. Approval and funding speed may vary based on your financial profile and the lender’s policies. Always review full loan terms before signing.

Get financial relief when it matters most. Apply with MoneyMutual and access quick loan offers with no upfront fees—perfect for urgent expenses.

    FAQs About Using MoneyMutual

    Is MoneyMutual a Direct Lender?

No, MoneyMutual is not a direct lender. Instead, it is a secure online marketplace that connects borrowers with a wide network of short-term lenders. These lenders specialize in instant payday loans, cash advances, and bad credit loan products. MoneyMutual helps streamline the process by allowing you to submit one form and receive multiple loan offers based on your information.

Will Applying Affect My Credit Score?

Submitting a loan request through MoneyMutual will not trigger a hard inquiry on your credit report. In most cases, participating lenders conduct soft credit checks, which do not impact your score. However, if you choose to accept a loan offer, the lender may perform additional verification before final approval.

This makes MoneyMutual especially useful for those searching for no credit check payday loans and borrowers looking to avoid damage to already low credit scores.

Disclaimer: While most lenders avoid hard inquiries during the pre-qualification stage, final approval or funding may involve limited credit verification. Always confirm the credit check policy with your selected lender before accepting the loan.

How Fast Can I Get My Money?

Many borrowers receive their funds within 24 hours, often by the next business day. Some lenders may offer same-day cash deposit, depending on the time you apply and your bank’s processing policies. This rapid turnaround is one of the reasons MoneyMutual is ranked among the top platforms for fast payday loans online.

Can I Use MoneyMutual If I’m Unemployed?

Possibly. While full-time employment is the most commonly accepted form of income, some lenders on the MoneyMutual network may consider:

    • Part-time work
    • Self-employment
    • Disability or Social Security benefits
    • Unemployment income

The key requirement is that you must have a consistent and verifiable income source and an active checking account. Lenders want to ensure you have the ability to repay the loan, even if your credit score is low or nonexistent.

What Happens If I Miss a Payment?

Missing a loan payment can lead to several consequences, including:

    • Additional late fees or penalties
    • Higher overall repayment costs
    • Potential reports to debt collectors
    • Difficulty qualifying for future loans

If you’re concerned about repayment, contact your lender immediately to request an extension or alternate arrangement. Do not wait until the due date passes—open communication may help you avoid default.

Disclaimer: Payday loans are short-term tools intended for emergency use only. If you’re unable to repay the full amount on time, borrowing more may worsen your financial situation. Always review your loan terms in full and understand the consequences of nonpayment before signing.

Is There a Fee to Use MoneyMutual?

No. MoneyMutual is completely free to use for borrowers. There are no application fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges associated with submitting your information or receiving loan offers.

Lenders on the platform pay to be part of the network, so the platform remains accessible to users without financial barriers.

    How Do I Contact Support?

MoneyMutual offers access to customer support through its website, where you can:

  • Terror Inc.: How Pakistani Army has hijacked the state acting as an agent of Chaos & Conflict

    Source: Government of India

    Source: Government of India (4)

Pakistan’s economy has long ceased to be a level playing field. While democratic institutions, civilian enterprises, and private sector innovation struggle to survive under chronic political instability and fiscal mismanagement, one institution not only survives but thrives i.e. the Pakistani Army. Far from being merely a military force, the army has built an unrivalled corporate empire that operates through a vast network of foundations, front companies, and patronage networks. This economic leviathan has embedded itself across vital sectors including real estate, banking, agribusiness, manufacturing, media, and logistics. Its control is not informal it is institutional, legalized through special exemptions, military-backed land ordinances, and bureaucratic dominance. As a result, the military runs a parallel economy that undermines competition, distorts public policy, and undermines democracy.

The cornerstone of the Pakistan Army’s corporate empire lies in its foundations i.e. semi-governmental yet commercially active entities that were originally set up for the welfare of ex-servicemen but have since evolved into sprawling conglomerates. The Fauji Foundation, founded in 1954, is the most powerful of these entities. Ostensibly a charitable trust, Fauji operates over three dozen subsidiaries including Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC), Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL), Fauji Oil Terminal & Distribution Company (FOTCO), and Askari Bank. FFC alone is one of Pakistan’s largest fertilizer producers, consistently generating billions in revenue and dividends, a significant portion of which goes back to the army. Askari Bank, likewise, operates under military supervision, with its board stacked with retired generals, and acts as a key financial vehicle for other military-affiliated ventures.

Another major player is the Army Welfare Trust (AWT), which controls more than 25 commercial enterprises. These range from AWT Investments and Askari General Insurance to sugar mills, textiles, trucking, and aviation services. In real estate, the Army’s footprint is massive. Through the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), the military has become the largest land developer in Pakistan, with projects in cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Gujranwala, and Bahawalpur. DHA projects often involve coercive land acquisition, where civilian and minority-owned lands are seized under the pretext of national security or public interest, only to be converted into luxury gated communities for serving and retired officers.

The Pakistan Air Force operates the Shaheen Foundation, which manages diverse assets including FM radio stations, construction companies like Shaheen Builders, travel agencies, and educational institutions. The Pakistan Navy runs the Bahria Foundation, whose holdings include Bahria Maritime Services, Bahria University, and port-related logistics. Together, these four military foundations operate over 100 subsidiaries spanning dozens of industries, including grain storage, packaging, medical services, cement, and even advertising.

Despite being commercial entities, these businesses are shielded from competition and financial scrutiny. They enjoy tax exemptions, priority access to government contracts, and the use of military logistics and infrastructure. Their dominance pushes out private enterprises and distorts the market. Civilian regulators often headed by retired officers fail to hold them accountable. Moreover, much of the income generated is not reinvested into national development but siphoned off for the elite military class. The benefits of these ventures rarely trickle down to the rank-and-file soldiers, let alone the public. Instead, they create a closed-loop economy where military officers retire into boardrooms and continue to wield economic and political influence.

This commercial empire also acts as a platform for political control. The military uses its economic levers to shape media narratives, buy influence in the judiciary, and co-opt politicians. Media groups like the Nawa-i-Waqt Group and Bol News have faced closure or harassment when deviating from military narratives, while ISPR the army’s media wing actively funds propaganda campaigns and online troll armies. Business leaders who fund opposition parties are often subjected to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) probes, tax audits, or asset seizures. Through these tactics, the military consolidates not just wealth but unchallenged authority.

However, the most dangerous and opaque part of the army’s economic footprint lies in its integration with Pakistan’s narco-terror complex. From the days of the Soviet-Afghan war, when the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) under General Akhtar Abdur Rahman facilitated heroin production and smuggling to fund covert Mujahideen operations, the army’s involvement in narcotics has grown into a transnational pipeline. Opium grown in Afghanistan is processed in makeshift labs across Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, then transported via Balochistan’s Makran coast and Karachi ports. The logistics for these movements are often handled through military-controlled transport units, particularly those attached to the National Logistics Cell (NLC), which has long enjoyed immunity from customs inspections.

Key individuals who are linked to this drug-financed ecosystem include former ISI chiefs like Hamid Gul and Shuja Pasha, both of whom oversaw extensive intelligence operations involving militant financing during their tenures. The Haqqani Network, long a proxy of the ISI, operated with impunity across the Af-Pak region and controlled smuggling routes for both arms and drugs. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD), and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) have all received funding via hawala channels sourced from narco-trafficking and arms sales. The proceeds are laundered through front charities such as the Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF) and ostensibly other organisational fronts registered in Gulf states.

In recent years, the growing convergence between Pakistan’s military and drug cartels operating in the Middle East, particularly in UAE and Oman, has given rise to a “military-narco-intelligence” axis. Front companies tied to retired army officials like Lt. Gen. Javed Nasir (former ISI chief) and certain members of the notorious business family have been implicated in narcotics laundering investigations across the Gulf and UK. The black money generated through this system is used to fund proxy wars in Jammu & Kashmir, Afghanistan, and increasingly Africa, where Pakistani mercenaries are now known to operate in conjunction with both Chinese and Turkish military logistics.

The arms trade is another critical node in this network. Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), based in Wah Cantt, manufactures everything from bullets and grenades to mortars and automatic rifles. While officially intended for the Pakistani military, these arms often find their way into conflict zones. Documented recoveries of POF-manufactured arms in India’s Jammu & Kashmir state, Syria, Libya, and Nigeria underscore how the ISI uses weapon flows to back proxy forces. Smuggling routes operate across the Durand Line, Baluchistan’s desert terrain, and even through diplomatic pouches. Pakistani naval assets, particularly cargo shipments flagged through Bahria Maritime Services, have been used for covert arms transfers. Intelligence intercepts in East Africa and the Persian Gulf have pointed to Pakistani arms deliveries to Hamas and Hezbollah intermediaries.

Pakistan’s terror infrastructure is essentially sustained through this fusion of narco profits, arms trade, and ideological training. Groups like Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), LeT, and JeM have training facilities, safehouses, and logistical support provided by elements within the army or the ISI. Interrogations of captured operatives have repeatedly revealed training stints at army-run camps in Muridke, Bahawalpur, and Muzaffarabad. These groups serve multiple functions, they destabilize India, threaten Afghanistan, and help maintain chaos that justifies international military aid. Even China, despite its Balochistan investments, has turned a blind eye to this nexus, so long as its economic interests remain protected.

The role of state-affiliated institutions in laundering terror funds further reinforces the military’s omnipotence. The Habib Bank scandal in the United States, where the Pakistani bank was fined for facilitating transactions linked to terrorism, was just the tip of the iceberg. Banks like Askari Bank and Summit Bank, both closely tied to military interests, have come under scrutiny for suspicious transactions involving Gulf donors and shell companies. In Karachi, businessmen with ties to the MQM and ISI have also been accused of channelling narcotics profits into real estate and construction firms.

The political consequences of this militarized economy are immense. Civilian governments, lacking control over the purse or arms, are reduced to caretakers. Parliament has little say over defence budgeting. The judiciary, itself often filled with pro-military judges or intimidated through surveillance, rarely challenges army operations. In 2022, the controversial removal of Prime Minister Imran Khan initially backed and later discarded by the military illustrated how no political leader is safe from Rawalpindi’s coercive power once they deviate from script. Khan’s campaign to expose army interference led to mass arrests, internet blackouts, and an orchestrated crackdown, executed with both police and ISI coordination.

The Pakistani military’s role as an agent of regional chaos has long been subsidized by foreign powers seeking to use it as a counterweight to India’s rise. The United States alone has funnelled over $33 billion in military and economic aid to Pakistan since 2001, including $14.5 billion in Coalition Support Funds, much of which empowered the ISI’s proxy terror infrastructure rather than dismantling it. Simultaneously, the IMF has approved 23 bailout programs, the latest being a $1.02 billion package on 9th May 2025, effectively rescuing a bankrupt regime without civilian accountability. China, under the $62 billion CPEC initiative, has fortified its alliance with Pakistan’s military, funding dual-use infrastructure while arming it with drones, radar systems, and port access.

Turkey, too, has become a critical enabler exporting Bayraktar drones, expanding joint training, and backing Islamist networks aligned with Pakistani interests. Following India’s recent precision strikes on Pakistani airbases, including key terror installations in Muridke and Bahawalpur, these powers have grown visibly uneasy, fearing that India’s assertiveness could dismantle the utility of Pakistan as a destabilizing tool. Their aid, veiled as strategic cooperation, in reality props up a militarized state whose primary export is instability used not only to bleed India but also to disrupt the emergence of a multipolar Asia where India could assert sovereignty independent of Western or Chinese-led frameworks i.e. G2 Consensus.

  • MIL-OSI USA: Rep. Gregory W. Meeks Reintroduces Three Capital Market Bills

Source: United States House of Representatives – Congressman Gregory W Meeks (5th District of New York)

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Gregory W. Meeks (NY-05) reintroduced three pieces of legislation aimed to further capital formation and provide additional transparency and opportunities for investors.

“I’m proud to reintroduce three bills today that strengthen transparency, empower investors, and support smart, inclusive growth in our capital markets,” Rep. Meeks said. “From closing loopholes in multi-class share disclosures to giving all issuers the ability to responsibly explore public offerings, and protecting the integrity of investment vehicles relied on by everyday Americans, these bills are focused on ensuring that our financial system works for everyone—not just the well-connected. Each of these measures reflects thoughtful, bipartisan collaboration and a shared commitment to expanding opportunity, enhancing market fairness, and helping families across the country build long-term financial security. I look forward to working with my colleagues to advance this important legislation.”

H.R. 3357Enhancing Multi-Class Share Disclosures Act would close documented gaps in transparency around multi-class governance structures for the benefit of traditional investors.  Multi-class governance structures allow corporate insiders or beneficial owners to hold an outsized amount of voting power relative to their shares. This could limit other investors’ abilities to influence management, direct strategy, and hold misaligned boards accountable. Under current rules, the difference between a corporate insider’s voting power and their ownership interest – regardless of how large that gap may be – is either not fully disclosed or lacks clarity. This commonsense legislation makes sure that investors have the clearest information available to make the best possible decisions.

H.R. 3381 Encouraging Public Offerings Act of 2025 co-led by Rep. Meeks (D-NY) and Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO). The bipartisan legislation ensures that all issuers can test the waters on going public in order to gauge interest and feasibility before committing to a public offering.

Lastly, H.R. 3383Increasing Investor Opportunities Act is another bipartisan measure led by Reps. Meeks and Wagner. This bill addresses two issues facing Closed-End Funds (CEFs) which are investments for many individual retail investors with long-term saving goals including Americans saving for retirement. CEFs face two major challenges in today’s marketplace: threats from hostile activist investors looking to wage takeover campaigns, and limitations on their investments into private funds. The legislation would protect CEFs by restricting the amount of CEF shares that hostile activist investors and their affiliates can acquire to no more than 10% and remove informal SEC guidance that limits the ability of CEFs to invest in private funds to no more than 15% of its net assets.

“The value of military service to our nation cannot be overstated, and I am proud of the commitment that these nominees have shown to serving their country,” said Pallone. “These nominees showed outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements, leadership, and motivation in serving our country. Our nation’s service academies are some of the highest caliber institutions that are committed to graduating leaders of character, honor, and integrity. New Jersey’s 6th Congressional District is home to so many bright and qualified students. I wish all of the nominees the very best of luck in the future and thank them for their willingness to serve.”

Young artists from various schools in Middlesex and Monmouth counties participated in this year’s art competition. Local judges chose first, second and third place winners. Young artists can gain confidence in themselves and their abilities by displaying their work and having it evaluated by knowledgeable judges.”

Pallone also announced the winners of the 2025 Congressional App Challenge. The competition encourages students to explore STEM education and highlights the value of computer science.

First Place: Ekya Dogra, Sahil Ghosh and Adithiya Venkatakrishnan, all from Edison Academy Magnet School, with the app RADR: Rapid Amber Detection Response, which is an initiative to enhance amber alerts & assist in child abduction cases.  The core mission is to provide a faster, more efficient way of not just tracking abducted children, but any suspected vehicles supplementing law enforcement officers with autonomous technology.

Second Place: Ishaan Kunwar from Edison High School with the app CataSight, which aims to detect cataracts in fundus images, which are images of the back of the eye taken with an ophthalmoscope (fundus camera), using a machine learning approach that involves a Multilayer Perceptron Layer (MLP) model. The web app, developed using Streamlit, allows users to upload a fundus image and receive a diagnosis of “Cataract” or “Normal,” along with the probability of the prediction, which is out of 1 and rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places.

Third Place: Neerav Gupta from John P. Stevens High School, with the app Symptix, an innovative app designed to assist users in navigating healthcare information and making informed decisions about their health. At its core, Symptix leverages cutting-edge AI technology to provide fast and reliable medical guidance based on user input. One of the key features of the app is an AI-powered chatbot, powered by the Gemini 1.0 pro model, which allows users to input their symptoms and receive an instant diagnosis.

“The Congressional App Challenge is an important platform for students to showcase their skills in programming and computer science while supporting the next generation’s interest in STEM subjects. I will continue to support investments in STEM education so that our country remains at the forefront of innovation and research. I congratulate this year’s winners and encourage everyone who has an idea to submit it for the competition next year,” said Pallone.

Finally, Pallone announced the winners of the tenth-annual Poetry Showcase. The Poetry Showcase coincides with National Poetry Month, which is celebrated during the month of April. The showcase allows students of all ages to express themselves in writing under one of three thematic categories: civic engagement, the environment, and social justice.

“The Poetry Showcase is a wonderful opportunity for students of all ages to express themselves in writing while exploring themes that I believe resonate with their community,” Pallone concluded. “This year, we received over 600 submissions, which is a testament to our students’ dedication to literature and language. I want to thank everyone who participated and commend them for their commitment to this literary art.”

  • MIL-OSI Security: District of Arizona Charges 310 Individuals for Immigration-Related Criminal Conduct this Week

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

PHOENIX, Ariz. – During the week of enforcement operations from May 10, 2025, through May 16, 2025, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona brought immigration-related criminal charges against 310 individuals. Specifically, the United States filed 125 cases in which aliens illegally re-entered the United States, and the United States also charged 170 aliens for illegally entering the United States.  In its ongoing effort to deter unlawful immigration, the United States charged 15 individuals responsible for smuggling illegal aliens into and within the District of Arizona.

These cases were referred or supported by federal law enforcement partners, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO), ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), U.S. Border Patrol, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

    Recent matters of interest include:

United States v. Angelica Ramos-Lopez: On May 10, 2025, Angelica Ramos-Lopez, a United States citizen, was charged with Conspiracy to Transport an Illegal Alien, Birth Certificate Fraud, and Aggravated Identity Theft. On May 9, 2025, Ramos-Lopez approached the State Route 85 immigration checkpoint near Gila Bend in a vehicle with a child lying down in the backseat, covered by a blanket from head to toe. Ramos-Lopez presented a birth certificate and United States passport for the child with a birth year of 2017 that listed Ramos -Lopez as the mother. However, the child who was in the vehicle provided a different name than the one found on the birth certificate and stated that the driver was his stepmother. In a post-Miranda interview, Ramos-Lopez admitted that she did not know who the child was, but that she knew the child was undocumented. Ramos-Lopez told officers that she was getting paid to transport the child from Mexico to Phoenix, Arizona. Ramos-Lopez stated that the birth certificate was real, but it belonged to her biological son, not the child passenger. [Case Number: MJ-25-6234]

United States v. Yolanda Mendivil-Diaz: On May 13, 2025, Yolanda Mendivil-Diaz was charged with Reentry of a Removed Alien. Mendivil-Diaz was previously removed from the United States in 2014 after being convicted for Conspiracy to Sell or Transfer Narcotic Drugs, a felony offense, in the Superior Court of Arizona. [Case Number: MJ-25-3192]

United States v. Jose Herrera Daniel: On May 14, 2025, Jose Herrera Daniel was charged by criminal complaint for attempting to illegally export ammunition from the United States into Mexico. The complaint alleges that United States Customs and Border Protection officers searched Daniel’s car at the Douglas Port of Entry and found 6,399 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition hidden in the vehicle. [Case Number: MJ-25-9008]

A criminal complaint is simply a method by which a person is charged with criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent until evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

These cases are part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime. Operation Take Back America streamlines efforts and resources from the Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETFs) and Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN).

    Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: People’s Republic of China in Russian – People’s Republic of China in Russian –

Source: People’s Republic of China – State Council News

BEIJING, May 17 (Xinhua) — The Beijing Municipal People’s Government has decided to provide 20,000 additional license plates for new energy vehicles (NEVs), on top of the 40,000 license plates it allocated in January this year, aiming to further meet the transportation needs of car-less families, local authorities announced Friday.

In 2025, the total quota for passenger car license plates in Beijing will be 160,000 units. This figure includes 100,000 units under the annual quota system and another 60,000 new license plates for NIE. According to the Beijing Transportation Bureau, the additional license plates are exclusively for NIE.

The measure will bring the number of electric vehicle license plates provided to car-free families this year to 118,400, the department said.

Starting from May 26, households that applied for a license plate can enter the city’s special points-based lottery system to check their ranking. Once verified, households will receive a certificate of confirmation of receipt of a license plate quota, which will be valid for 12 months.

Beijing authorities have taken various measures to combat traffic congestion and air pollution, including introducing a lottery system for license plates for internal combustion engine vehicles in 2011 and allocating quotas for license plates for electric vehicles a few years later. -0-

  • MIL-OSI USA: Congressman Johnson Meets With Local Head Start, SNAP, Medicaid Stakeholders To Discuss Drastic Trump-Republican Cuts

Source: United States House of Representatives – Representative Hank Johnson (GA-04)

Congressman Held Roundtable With Local Stakeholders

STONECREST, GA – On Friday, May 9, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) gathered local nonprofits, parents and experts in the field of providing critical services to children in need, including the YMCA, Head Start, Easter Seals, Sheltering Arms and others to discuss the impact of drastic cuts to programs that keep children safe and healthy.

“I’m seeing firsthand what Republican program cuts could jeopardize – it’s a very serious dilemma our country now faces,” said Rep. Johnson. “Are we going to invest in people, or are we going to give tax cuts to those at the top? I’m also struck by how many medical and service providers’ livelihoods are at stake – there are so many people whose job it is to deliver these services. I, for one, am going to keep fighting for these critical programs.”

The Republican budget bill moving through Congress cuts Medicaid and food assistance by $1 trillion, ripping away basic needs programs that help tens of millions of everyday Americans. The Republican budget will cause nearly 14 million Americans to lose their health care and raise health care costs for millions more. Hospitals across America will close, critical services will be cut, and as one of the roundtable participants said, people will die. The Republican budget takes food assistance away from millions of kids, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities.

Federal dollars underpin the services upon which all Georgians — including babies and toddlers — rely. Without these dollars, hospitals will continue to close, more children will be food insecure, and parents will be unable to work due to lack of childcare. These funding reductions will harm all Georgians and the state’s economy; however, the effects will be felt most severely by those most vulnerable, including children.

The Congressman was joined by a parent whose Medicaid grants helped his 10-month-old with leukemia and a mother whose twins’ access to Head Start lets her earn a living during the day. Also in attendance Hanah Goldberg, Director of Research and Policy, GEEARS; Alejandra Martinez, Director of Family Services, Sheltering Arms; Andria McMichael, Vice President of Early Learning, YMCA of Metro Atlanta Head Start; Donna Davidson, President & CEO of Easter Seals of North Georgia (ESNG); Polly McKinney, Advocacy Director, Voices for Georgia’s Children; Chad Jones, Vice President for Business Development, View Point Health; Matt Pieper, Chief Executive Officer, Open Hand Atlanta.

“We are worried about any cuts,” said Donna Davidson, President & CEO of Easter Seals of North Georgia. “All of the children in our program, whether its federal funding for Head Start, Medicaid or SNAP – any cuts to those programs would be devastating to so many families that are already dealing with challenges.”

  • MIL-OSI USA: Sánchez offers amendment to help workers displaced by Trump’s chaotic trade policies

Source: United States House of Representatives – Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (38th District of CA)

WASHINGTON – During the markup of the Republican tax bill, Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee Ranking Member Linda T. Sánchez (D-Calif.) introduced an amendment to provide Trade Adjustment Assistance to workers and small businesses displaced by trade. The Republican-led committee blocked the amendment in a 19–24 party-line vote

Video of her statement introducing the amendment is available HERE and the text follows:

“This tax bill is a desperate attempt from Republicans to kowtow to corporations, while they turn their backs on millions of hardworking Americans.

Prices on everyday goods are rising, retirees are watching their savings evaporate as markets swing wildly, farmers are losing access to key export markets, many small businesses are on the verge of closing their doors forever, and jobs are being lost.

It’s time to put an end to the economic damage. A tax bill that creates massive deficits and gives handouts to billionaires will not do that. We must use this opportunity to restore stability in our trade and economic policy before the damage is too far to reverse.

That’s why I am offering an amendment to renew Trade Adjustment Assistance and modernize the program, including by streamlining the eligibility criteria for farmers, workers, and businesses. This language comes from the COMPETES Act, which Congress passed on a bipartisan basis in 2022.

Under my amendment, displaced workers would be eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance through 2031. My amendment would also ensure port workers and workers in the trucking industry will be eligible to apply for TAA if they unfairly lost their jobs due to tariffs imposed by President Trump since January 20th of this year.

Since its inception, TAA has helped millions of trade-displaced workers attain the necessary skills, credentials, resources, and support they need in order to return to work. At least 192,000 workers have pending TAA petitions with the Department of Labor. That includes 17,240 new applicants since President Trump took office to March — a nearly 10 percent increase in less than two months.

Despite the fact that this data was updated monthly, no new data has been available since March 3rd, just after the Trump administration began to wreak havoc on our economy with the Canada and Mexico tariffs and the April 2nd global tariffs.

Wow. I wonder why? Could it be that the Trump administration is scared of Americans finding out the real cost of his chaotic trade policies?

Not only are prices going up, but Americans working in trade-related industries literally have their jobs on the line, including the thousands of port workers from Los Angeles and Long Beach that live in my district.

Every one container that arrives in the port supports four jobs in the Los Angeles economy. Yet, imports at the Port of Los Angeles are currently down by 35% from the same time last year. If this trend continues, empty shelves and layoffs will follow.

We also cannot forget the truck drivers who help transport essential goods across the country. These truck drivers will lose from declining truck volumes and higher operational costs.

We cannot abandon our workers. They need relief now.

Over 8,000 workers with pending TAA applications are in my Republican Ways and Means colleagues’ districts:

    • Chairman Smith currently has 1,272 workers with pending TAA applications.
    • Representative Adrian Smith – 295 workers
    • Representative Mike Kelly – 60 workers
    • Representative Schweikert – 250 workers
    • Representative LaHood – 1,097 workers
    • Representative Estes – 528 workers
    • Representative Miller – 35 workers
    • Representative Murphy – 120 workers
    • Representative Van Duyne – 1,382 workers
    • Representative Feenstra – 197 workers
    • Representative Carey – 387 workers
    • Representative Miller – 125 workers
    • Representative Yakym – 2,442 workers

All with pending trade adjustment claims. They cannot afford to be left in limbo any longer, waiting for Congress to renew Trade Adjustment Assistance.

I call on my Republican colleagues to support my amendment to renew TAA and offer some relief to their constituents who have unfairly lost their jobs due to this administration’s stupid and irresponsible trade policies.”

Introduction: The Allure and Risks of Fast Wealth in 2025

In an era where digital side hustles and AI-powered income streams dominate headlines, the idea of building fast wealth in 2025 has never been more appealing—or more confusing. With countless systems promising shortcuts to financial freedom, one platform gaining viral attention is the Fast Wealth program, paired with the Get Dumb Money Works System. It claims to offer a 30-second phone ritual that unlocks subconscious wealth pathways, helping users move from “broke by default” to a wealth-oriented mindset.

But with bold promises come even bolder questions: Is this method truly effective? Can a mindset shift alone lead to passive income and financial breakthroughs? Or is this just another cleverly packaged affiliate marketing funnel?

This in-depth review will explore the complete Fast Wealth ecosystem, examining what’s real, what’s risky, and what users need to know before diving in.

Let’s find out if this is the best Fast Wealth method in 2025—or just another hyped-up shortcut that fails to deliver.

    Understanding the Fast Wealth Program

The Fast Wealth program is marketed as a beginner-friendly solution for those seeking to make money online in 2025. At its core, the platform claims to simplify the often complex world of affiliate marketing and digital income generation. Focusing on mindset shifts and “easy-to-follow steps,” it promises to guide users through a process that allegedly delivers quick and repeatable financial results.

    What the Program Includes

Fast Wealth offers access to a digital portal that features training videos, quick-start guides, and daily rituals. These are designed to help users align their subconscious thoughts with wealth-oriented behaviors. Much of the marketing centers around the idea that wealth creation isn’t just about tactics—it’s about reprogramming how you think and act around money.

Although the material is light on technical depth, it attempts to cover topics such as:

    • Affiliate product promotion strategies
    • Simple funnel templates and copywriting hooks
    • The “Get Dumb Money” 30-second ritual
    • Daily repetition for subconscious habit installation

    Accessibility and Platform

The program is distributed through ClickBank, one of the most well-known digital product marketplaces. This provides a level of payment security and support that many users value, especially when dealing with emerging personal finance products.

    Refund Policy and Pricing

At the time of writing, the Fast Wealth program is available for a one-time fee of $39. It also comes with a 120-day money-back guarantee, promoted as no-questions-asked.

Disclaimer: Always check the official website for the most accurate pricing and refund information. Offers and access terms may change without notice.

    What the Program Promises

The core promise of the Fast Wealth system is speed. By following simple steps and engaging with the Get Dumb Money ritual daily, users are told they can generate results quickly, without needing prior experience, a website, or enormous startup costs. However, specifics on how the actual income is earned remain vague, and the promotional materials rely heavily on emotional appeal rather than data-backed claims.

Discover the 30-second phone ritual claiming to rewire your wealth mindset—start your Fast Wealth journey today before this exclusive offer expires.

Delving into the Get Dumb Money System

The Get Dumb Money System is a central piece of the Fast Wealth platform, promoted as a breakthrough subconscious technique for rewiring the way users think about wealth. Branded as a “30-second phone ritual,” it is designed to be simple, repeatable, and instantly actionable—ideal for those looking to see fast changes without extensive learning curves or heavy workloads.

    What Is the 30-Second Ritual?

At the heart of the system is a short audio or video sequence that users are instructed to engage with daily, typically using their phone. The ritual is framed as a tool to reprogram the subconscious mind by:

    • Interrupting old, scarcity-based thought patterns
    • Installing a new identity rooted in abundance and financial confidence
    • Replacing the default “broke mindset” with what the system calls a “Money Magnet Identity”

It draws on popular behavioral psychology techniques such as visualization, repetition, and affirmations, though no scientific studies are cited within the material to back up the claimed financial outcomes.

Psychological Framing: From Scarcity to Wealth Identity

The creators suggest that most people fail financially because they’ve been unknowingly programmed to self-sabotage. The Get Dumb Money System aims to counteract this through:

    • Daily mental pattern resets
    • Anchoring thoughts of success through simple sensory triggers (like phone rituals)
    • Using repetition to create “automatic abundance behaviors”

While this approach aligns with some foundational theories in neuroscience and self-development, the financial claims tied to it, like attracting money “effortlessly,” should be viewed cautiously.

Disclaimer: While mindset and behavior training may offer personal benefits, there are no guarantees that this will directly result in income generation. Financial success typically requires consistent effort, strategic planning, and a mix of proven actions.

    Why It Appeals

The system’s simplicity is its strongest selling point. With no technical skills required and no lengthy modules to absorb, it attracts those who feel overwhelmed by more complex business models. It also heavily appeals to emotional pain points, like frustration with debt or feeling stuck financially.

However, the lack of transparency about how it connects to actual revenue generation (e.g., affiliate links, ad monetization, digital sales) limits its credibility when evaluated strictly as a wealth-building method.

    Evaluating the Legitimacy

While the Get Dumb Money System and the broader Fast Wealth program are marketed with confidence and urgency, it’s crucial to examine their legitimacy through a more objective lens. Many systems in the “make money online” category walk a fine line between motivation and manipulation, and this one is no exception.

    Common Red Flags

Several warning signs have been raised by users, watchdog reviewers, and independent analysts:

    • Vague implementation steps – Much of the material relies on emotional framing rather than practical, step-by-step strategies.
    • Generic content – Some users report that the advice inside mirrors free content already available through YouTube or public affiliate training forums.
    • Hidden upsells—Although the entry price is low, there are suggestions that additional costs or offers are presented after purchase.
    • Lack of transparency—The system does not have a visible team behind it, and many of the testimonials provided are not independently verified.

    Trust Ratings and External Reviews

Online security and scam-detection platforms have flagged the FastWealth.io and GetDumbMoney.com websites with low trust ratings. This doesn’t automatically confirm a scam, but it does indicate a lack of verifiable reputation, which is especially concerning in the financial advice space.

    For instance:

    • Scam Detector rates FastWealth.io poorly, citing domain anonymity and promotional vagueness.
    • MalwareTips and Infoquu both note patterns that match standard high-risk digital product funnels, such as exaggerated claims, refund overuse, and unsourced testimonials.
    • The language used throughout promotional materials also mirrors known psychological manipulation techniques, often seen in short-term marketing scams.

What Does This Mean for Serious Users?

Those seeking legitimate financial transformation should proceed with caution. While the system may provide motivational value or encourage personal reflection, it does not offer a documented path to income. The real risk lies in confusing “mindset enhancement” with reliable financial models.

The absence of precise business mechanics, such as affiliate commission structures, marketing funnels, or asset-building frameworks, makes it challenging to categorize Fast Wealth as a genuine wealth-building tool.

Disclaimer: Individuals should conduct their research and consider multiple sources of information before investing in any income-generating system. Transparency, documented success stories, and verified user support are key indicators of a program’s credibility.

Ready to ditch the broke mindset? Activate your “Money Magnet Identity” now with the Get Dumb Money ritual. Fast Wealth access just one click away.

    User Experiences and Reviews

User feedback offers some of the most revealing insights into the real-world impact of the Fast Wealth program and the Get Dumb Money System. In a mix of public reviews, blog analyses, and discussion forums, user experiences tend to be polarized, ranging from motivated praise to deep skepticism.

    Positive Impressions

Some early adopters express appreciation for the mindset-shifting elements. These users highlight:

    • A sense of empowerment after engaging with the 30-second ritual daily
    • Motivation to take action on personal goals and financial planning
    • Appreciation for the simplicity of the system, especially for those overwhelmed by traditional business courses

In these cases, it seems the Get Dumb Money System serves as a daily motivator or personal development tool—less of a business method and more of a confidence-building exercise.

    Common Criticisms

However, many users and reviewers raise recurring concerns:

    • Lack of actionable strategies – The system often stops short of providing detailed monetization paths.
    • Recycled concepts – Much of the advice is general and widely available for free in self-help and affiliate marketing spaces.
    • Overreliance on emotional triggers – Critics point to how the sales material leverages fear, shame, or urgency rather than focusing on practical skills.
    • Unexpected upsells or vague guarantees – While a refund is promised, some users claim that the process isn’t as seamless as advertised.

    Expert Commentary

Financial experts tend to view the Get Dumb Money System with caution. Without concrete business frameworks or evidence-based strategies, it falls into the category of motivational marketing, not financial education. Professionals emphasize that sustainable income is built through structured models involving time, effort, and strategy, not just mindset rituals.

Some finance bloggers label the system as a psychological placebo—something that might feel helpful in the short term but lacks the tools for long-term transformation unless paired with real-world income action steps.

Disclaimer: Personal experiences may vary widely depending on expectations and background. While some may benefit from motivational elements, this program should not be mistaken for a proven business model or substitute for proper financial planning.

    The Psychology Behind “Dumb Money”

To understand the full pitch behind the Get Dumb Money System, it’s essential to break down the psychology of the term “dumb money.” While the phrase may sound dismissive, it actually refers to a well-documented concept in behavioral finance, often used to describe the emotional decision-making patterns of retail investors or untrained participants in the financial system.

    What Is Dumb Money?

In financial markets, “dumb money” typically refers to capital invested by individuals who lack institutional insights, real-time data, or technical analysis experience. These investors often:

    • Buy high due to hype or fear of missing out (FOMO)
    • Sell low during market dips driven by panic.
    • Follow viral trends without a long-term strategy.
    • Rely on surface-level promises rather than fundamentals.

The Fast Wealth program leverages this concept by suggesting most people are programmed to operate from a “broke by default” mindset. The Get Dumb Money System claims to rewire this mental default using subconscious rituals and repetition.

Smart Money vs. Dumb Money Behavior

Whereas “dumb money” follows emotions, “smart money” behaves based on:

    • Long-term planning and portfolio diversity
    • Data-backed investment models
    • Consistent financial education
    • Strategic patience, even during downturns

By labeling the old mindset as “dumb money,” the system aims to position its users as future “smart money thinkers”—though it does this without providing direct education on investing, markets, or budgeting.

    Why This Framing Works

Psychologically, this narrative is highly compelling for marketing purposes. It:

    • Creates a clear “us vs. them” identity
    • Encourages people to believe their struggles are due to subconscious conditioning
    • Offers a daily ritual as an easy fix for a complex, deeply rooted issue

While this can inspire change on a surface level, it’s important to distinguish between mindset work and actual financial tools or knowledge.

Disclaimer: Reprogramming mental habits can support personal growth, but it should be paired with financial education and proven wealth strategies for meaningful, lasting outcomes.

    Alternatives to Consider

While the Fast Wealth program and the Get Dumb Money ritual may offer motivational value, those serious about achieving long-term financial results should explore alternative approaches. These alternatives are grounded in transparency, practical action, and well-established principles in personal finance.

    Legitimate Wealth-Building Strategies

There are proven paths to financial growth that don’t rely on hype, secrecy, or vague subconscious reprogramming. Some of the most effective strategies include:

    Financial Education

Learning the basics of budgeting, investing, debt management, and passive income creation remains one of the most reliable ways to build wealth. Many free or low-cost resources exist that offer:

    • Step-by-step guides on affiliate marketing
    • Training on building high-converting websites and funnels
    • Education on digital product creation, freelancing, and real estate
    • Courses on financial literacy, trading, and portfolio diversification

    Diversified Income Streams

Real wealth often comes from multiple, sustainable income sources rather than a single system. Examples include:

    • Affiliate marketing is built on niche content websites or YouTube channels
    • Print-on-demand or drop-shipping businesses with real customer value
    • Creating and selling digital products (e-books, templates, online courses)
    • Long-term investing through index funds, ETFs, or dividend-yielding stocks

    Long-Term Planning

A key contrast to “get rich quick” platforms is the emphasis on patience and strategy. Individuals serious about wealth accumulation in 2025 should consider:

    • Setting realistic financial goals over a 12–36 month period
    • Tracking expenses, income, and performance over time
    • Reinvesting profits back into scalable systems (ad spend, automation tools, etc.)
    • Consulting certified financial advisors for major decisions

    Trusted Platforms and Tools

Instead of relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, users can explore platforms that are widely reviewed and offer community support, transparent pricing, and educational infrastructure. These include:

    • Udemy, Coursera, and Skillshare for learning monetizable skills
    • Shopify and Gumroad for launching online stores or products
    • ConvertKit or Systeme.io for email marketing and digital sales automation
    • Personal finance apps like YNAB or Mint for budgeting and goal tracking

Disclaimer: No single platform or tool guarantees success. Results depend on the time, energy, and strategic thinking each individual brings to the process. Any new system or investment should be researched thoroughly and aligned with your personal goals.

    Conclusion and Final Thoughts

The Fast Wealth program and the Get Dumb Money Works System offer fast financial results through mindset shifts, daily rituals, and simple steps anyone can follow. For beginners overwhelmed by more technical wealth-building paths, the idea of a 30-second phone ritual unlocking a new financial identity may feel empowering and approachable.

However, beneath the polished marketing and motivational messaging, there are critical gaps. The program lacks transparency, provides a limited actionable strategy, and relies heavily on emotional appeal. While mindset plays a role in long-term success, it must be supported by concrete actions, skill-building, and a realistic understanding of how income is actually generated.

Many users will find that the system functions more as a motivational tool than a proven income vehicle. Suppose you’re looking to achieve fast wealth in 2025, truly. In that case, it’s crucial to balance inspiration with education and prioritize platforms and tools with a clear track record of delivering real-world results.

Those serious about transforming their financial life should use discernment, dig deeper than surface-level promises, and commit to models that combine mindset with measurable strategy.

It may be helpful as a personal development tool, but results can vary widely.

Is the Fast Wealth system a scam?

Bonus: Top 5 Legitimate Strategies for Building Fast Wealth in 2025

While the Fast Wealth program and the Get Dumb Money System have garnered attention, it’s essential to explore proven methods for wealth accumulation. Here are five strategies that individuals serious about financial growth in 2025 might consider:

    1. Affiliate Marketing with Reputable Programs

Engaging in affiliate marketing through established platforms can be a reliable income stream. By promoting products or services and earning commissions on sales, individuals can build passive income over time. It’s crucial to choose programs with transparent terms and proven track records.

    2. Investing in Dividend-Paying Stocks

Building a diversified portfolio that includes dividend-paying stocks can provide regular income and potential capital appreciation. This long-term strategy requires research and, often, consultation with financial advisors to align investments with personal financial goals.

    3. Creating and Selling Digital Products

Developing digital products such as e-books, online courses, or software tools allows individuals to leverage their expertise and generate income. Platforms like Teachable or Gumroad facilitate the distribution and sale of such products to a global audience.

    4. Real Estate Crowdfunding

Participating in real estate crowdfunding platforms enables investors to contribute to property ventures with relatively low capital. This approach can offer exposure to real estate markets without the responsibilities of direct property management.

    5. Developing a Niche Blog or YouTube Channel

Creating content around a specific niche can attract a dedicated audience. Monetization avenues include advertising revenue, sponsored content, and merchandise sales. Consistency and quality content are key to building and maintaining an engaged following.

Disclaimer: The strategies mentioned above involve varying degrees of risk and require due diligence. It’s advisable to consult with financial professionals before making investment decisions. Friday, May 16, 2025

    Contact: (916) 210-6000, agpressoffice@doj.ca.gov

OAKLAND – California Attorney General Rob Bonta today issued the following statement regarding the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s decision to uphold AB 5 in Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, Inc. v. Bonta. The case was brought by the California Trucking Association, along with Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, Inc. (OOIDA) in the Southern District of California. Plaintiffs argued that applying AB 5 to drivers who own their trucks and lease their services to motor carriers violates the Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution. In today’s decision, the Ninth Circuit disagreed, concluding that AB 5 neither discriminates against interstate commerce nor imposes an excessive burden upon it.

“We’re pleased with Court’s decision today to uphold AB 5’s protections. This landmark law is essential in preventing the exploitation of workers misclassified as independent contractors, including in the trucking industry, and ensures a more just and equitable economy for all Californians. The California Department of Justice remains steadfast in our commitment to standing up for the rights of our workers to receive the benefits and protections to which they are legally entitled.”

  • MIL-OSI Banking: More power to the people

    Source: – Press Release/Statement:

Headline: More power to the people

Canada is entering the age of customer-owned power generation

By Phil McKay, Senior Director, Distributed Energy Resources and Grid Integration, Canadian Renewable Energy Association

Welcome to the new age of customer-owned power generation! The promise of making your own electricity, at your own apartment, house or business, is within reach. On-site, or Behind-the-Meter (BTM) solar and energy storage, can power your appliances, heating, cooling, cars and anything else you can think of. This can provide emergency backup power and protect against energy cost fluctuations. Smart BMS (Building Management Systems) can provide usage data and controls to improve your lifestyle and your business profitability.

So who is holding the key to unlocking these benefits? Your electricity utility.

Right now, Canada’s utility professionals are protecting customers by keeping costs low and reliability high. While wrestling with a whole new world of energy needs: People need more electricity because they are electrifying things that never used to get plugged in; data centres are changing the game; industrial processes are shifting.

The dominant, central power-production model that has been used to push huge amounts of electricity along transmission and distribution lines has already been disrupted. Wind, solar and energy storage are scalable solutions, allowing power-generation projects to contribute energy and services to the grid in hundreds of locations distributed across Canada.

Now, electricity grids need more resilience in the face of a changing climate, and they must meet new demands from customers connecting fleets of electric vehicles and power-hungry data centers. People want cleaner power and a more equitable distribution of infrastructure to support their communities.

As a result, we’re seeing the next disruption. Canada is about to cross the milestone of 100,000 solar projects installed behind meters by customers like you and me.

Over the past three years as the Executive Director of CanREA’s Electricity Transition Hub, I have learned a lot about Canada’s electricity utilities and system operators. We recently concluded this three-year capacity building project, supported by NRCan’s SREPs funding.

I’ve had the chance to work with dozens of utilities and system operators, helping them make sense of the overwhelming volume of information on the clean-energy transition, and bridge the gap between global learnings and Canada’s specific regional needs.

Continuing with CanREA as Senior Director, Distributed Energy Resources and Grid Integration, I will expand our work with utilities, system operators, regulators, government agencies and other organizations, while also addressing the next big disrupter: behind-the-meter (BTM) distributed energy resources (DERs).

I will work with CanREA’s growing BTM membership of solar installers, suppliers and supporting organizations, to address the barriers to a full-scale transformation of neighbourhoods, cities, industrial parks and rural networks.

At this moment in Canada’s future energy story, the ability to produce and manage power on-site is not available to everyone. There are financial barriers to upgrade a legacy system, both at the utility level and within Canada’s existing building stock.

There are also connection barriers, with some utilities having prohibitive requirements, or processes based on legacy-protection schemes. Unlocking every electricity meter in the country demands a standardized connection approach and financial mechanisms that allow everyone to participate.

There has been a lot of progress in some areas of the country. In other places, customers just can’t get at the same opportunities. I think everyone should have the opportunity to build, buy and grow their clean-energy lifestyle or business in their own way, through strong policies, supportive regulations and standards that keep everyone safe and empowered.

Until Canada’s net-zero emissions economy is within reach, the knowledge-transfer from global learnings to Canadian contexts will not be complete. That’s why I’m excited to work on these two complimentary programs: our Utility GRID Integration Program focuses on finding answers to some of the utility sector’s toughest questions; our BTM Program focuses on hearing from the ‘boots on the ground’ (or on the roof).

Contact us for more information on either of these two exciting programs and to learn more about membership options that work for you.

As CanREA’s new Senior Director, Distributed Energy Resources and Grid Integration, I am really looking forward to leading these two programs and supporting the industry in the months and years ahead, as we bring in learnings from around the world and chart the course for Canada’s just, affordable, resilient and clean power system of the future.

  • MIL-OSI USA: ICE, joint partner investigation results in illegal alien, alleged human smuggler from Mexico indictment for first material support of terrorism charges against CJNG Member

Source: US Immigration and Customs Enforcement

WASHINGTON — An indictment unsealed May 16 in the Western District of Texas is the first in the nation to charge a Mexican national with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization based on her involvement with the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación, including providing the cartel with grenades and engaging in alien smuggling, firearms trafficking, bulk cash smuggling, and narcotics trafficking on its behalf, following a groundbreaking U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and joint law enforcement partner investigation.

“We will never allow criminal gangs and cartels to terrorize American communities,” said Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. “The days of unchecked gang and cartel violence are over.”

“Cartels like CJNG are terrorist groups that wreak havoc in American communities and are responsible for countless lives lost in the United States, Mexico, and elsewhere.” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “This announcement demonstrates the Justice Department’s unwavering commitment to securing our borders and protecting Americans through effective prosecution.”

According to court documents, Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez, 39, of Mexico, conspired with others to provide and did attempt to provide grenades to CJNG, a designated foreign terrorist organization. Additionally, Navarro-Sanchez, is charged with conspiracy to smuggle and transport aliens in the United States, straw purchasing and trafficking in firearms, bulk cash smuggling conspiracy, and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Co-defendant Luis Carlos Davalos-Lopez, 27, of Mexico, is charged with conspiracy to smuggle illegal aliens into and transport aliens in the United States, straw purchasing and firearms trafficking. Co-defendant Gustavo Castro-Medina, 28, of Mexico, is charged with straw purchasing and firearms trafficking, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

On Feb. 20, the U.S. Department of State announced the designation of eight international cartels, including CJNG, as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and specially designated global terrorists. This designation makes available much stronger criminal charges in the fight to secure our nation’s borders. CJNG is a transnational criminal organization that controls a significant portion of the narcotics trafficking trade and has a presence in nearly every part of Mexico and dozens of other countries, including the United States. In addition to trafficking fentanyl, CJNG engages in money laundering, bribery, extortion of migrants, taxing of migrant smugglers, and other criminal activities, including acts of violence and intimidation. According to the State Department, CJNG has conducted attacks on Mexican military and police with military grade weaponry, the use of drones to drop explosives on Mexican law enforcement, and assassinations or attempted assassinations of Mexican officials.

On Jan. 20, President Trump directed ICE, the Justice Department and other agencies to pursue total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations because they pose extremely serious threats to the United States, including by jeopardizing a stable and secure border. These and other criminal organizations commit brutal and intolerable violent crimes related to narcotics and firearms trafficking, money laundering, extortion, and other criminal acts. They also are responsible for huge flows of illegal immigration into the United States. They organize and facilitate all manners of illicit travel and immigration into the United States through the southern and northern borders and rely on co-conspirators and organization members operating in various countries throughout North and South America. This situation is untenable and threatens our national security. ICE, DOJ and its law enforcement partners are committed to protecting the United States against invasion, working urgently toward the goal of total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, aggressively enforcing our immigration laws, and maximizing the impact and effectiveness of all available law enforcement tools.

“Supplying grenades to a designated terrorist organization — while trafficking firearms, narcotics, and human beings — is not just criminal; it’s a direct assault on the security of the United States,” said ICE acting Director Todd M. Lyons. “Sanchez acted as a key enabler of violence who empowered cartels and terrorist organizations. Her crimes extended beyond smuggling; she was involved in firearms trafficking, bulk cash smuggling conspiracy, and a conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Her actions endangered countless lives and undermined our efforts to protect the nation’s borders and communities. Confronting this level of criminality demands more than resolve — it requires a unified, all-of-government response, and that’s exactly what we demonstrated today: a coordinated effort to identify, disrupt, and bring to justice those who profit from violence and human suffering.”

“As alleged, the defendant engaged in multiple of the most insidious kinds of criminal activity: firearms trafficking, narcotics trafficking, human and bulk cash smuggling, and even providing grenades to CJNG,” said Matthew R. Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Today’s announcement demonstrates the Criminal Division’s hard work and commitment to eliminate cartels and foreign terrorist organizations like CJNG.”

“The slew of federal charges we have brought against Navarro-Sanchez sends a monumental message through the ranks of cartels like CJNG—now designated as a terrorist organization—along with those who support them in various capacities, that U.S. law enforcement is turning up the pressure to crack down on unlawful immigration practices and to dismantle the smuggling of illicit drugs and firearms,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Margaret Leachman for the Western District of Texas. “These crimes, all included as allegations in the indictment, do nothing but place human lives on both sides of the border in grave danger, while loading the pockets of criminals who profit off of them.”

“The arrest of Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez should send a clear message to people who wish to align themselves with terrorist groups that they will be sought out and held to the highest extent of the law,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “I’m extremely proud of the dedicated men and women of the FBI and its law enforcement partners who work tirelessly every day to protect Americans and keep our communities safe.”

“The brutality and destruction inflicted by cartels and terrorist organizations is devastating communities across the United States and around the world,” said Bureau of Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Acting Director Dan Driscoll. “The capture and arrest of Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez demonstrates what international law enforcement cooperation can achieve when united against the threat posed by these violent networks. ATF and our partners will use every tool at our disposal to relentlessly hunt down, dismantle, and bring to justice every trafficker, every cartel operative, and every individual who dares to threaten the safety and sovereignty of our communities.”

“This case lays bare the true nature of the threat we face,” said Drug Enforcement Administration Acting Administrator Robert Murphy. “A cartel associate providing support to a designated foreign terrorist organization is not just a criminal threat — it is a national security threat. DEA will use every tool of law enforcement to dismantle CJNG and its network that floods our streets with poison, traffics in human lives, and wages violence against law and order. We are not just keeping our communities safe from dangerous, illegal drugs — we are fighting a national security crisis.”

Since its establishment, Joint Task Force Alpha’s work has resulted in increased coordination and collaboration between both domestic and foreign law enforcement; precedent setting indictments, extraditions and prosecutions; more than 365 domestic and international arrests of leaders, organizers, and significant facilitators of these crimes; more than 334 U.S. convictions; more than 281 defendants sentenced, including significant jail sentences imposed; and substantial seizures and forfeitures of assets and contraband including millions of dollars in cash, real property, vehicles, firearms and ammunition, and drugs. ICE Homeland Security Investigations El Paso, the FBI, ATF, and DEA assisted by the U.S. Border Patrol, investigated the case. ATF Legal Attachés in Mexico City and the Mexico Attorney General’s Office also known as Fiscalía General de la República Firearms Trafficking Unit provided substantial assistance. The CBP’s National Targeting Center, and ICE HSI’s Human Smuggling Unit in Washington, D.C. also provided assistance with the investigation.

Human smuggling is a multibillion-dollar industry for transnational criminal organizations that do not value human safety and take advantage of vulnerable people. HSI investigates human smuggling networks that pose a national security and public safety risk, jeopardize lives, or engage in violence, abuse, or extortion.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Myers and JTFA Associate Director Ian Hanna of the Western District of Texas, and Trial Attorney Marie Zisa of the Criminal Division’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section. The Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs and Judicial Attachés in Mexico provided substantial assistance. The Justice Department thanks its Mexican law enforcement partners, who arrested Navarro-Sanchez on May 4, during an enforcement operation.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime. Operation Take Back America streamlines efforts and resources from the Department’s Project Safe Neighborhood.

This case is also part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces Strike Force Initiative, which provides for the establishment of permanent multi-agency task force teams that work side-by-side in the same location. This co-located model enables agents from different agencies to collaborate on intelligence-driven, multi jurisdictional operations to disrupt and dismantle the most significant drug traffickers, money launderers, gangs, and transnational criminal organizations. The OCDETF El Paso / Las Cruces Strike Force is comprised of agents and officers from HSI, CBP, DEA, FBI, IRS Criminal Investigation, the U.S. Marshals Service, ATF, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, and the El Paso Police Department.

Individuals across the world can report suspicious criminal activity to the ICE Tip Line 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 866-DHS-2-ICE. Highly trained specialists take reports from both the public and law enforcement agencies on more than 400 laws enforced by ICE.

The charges contained in an indictment are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

  • MIL-OSI Security: Lakewood Homicide Suspect Captured by U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Colorado Springs

    Source: US Marshals Service

Denver, CO – The U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force located and arrested a Lakewood homicide suspect Wednesday night in Colorado Springs.

Philix Baca, 20, is wanted by the Lakewood Police Department (LPD) on a felony arrest warrant for first-degree murder in connection to the April 13, 2024 shooting death of a 14-year-old male in Lakewood. A warrant for Baca’s arrest was issued on April 15, 2024. In the days following the homicide, multiple co-defendants were apprehended, but Baca fled and had been on the run since.

On Wednesday, Task Force Officers (TFOs) from LPD’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) who are assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service’s Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF) in Denver developed information indicating Baca may be in the Colorado Springs area. The LPD TFOs joined Deputy U.S. Marshals in Colorado Springs as well as other COVOTF TFOs from the Fountain Police Department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to set up a surveillance operation. While conducting surveillance, a person matching Baca’s description was observed exiting a vehicle and going inside a residence in the 5000 block of Whimsical Drive in Colorado Springs. COVOTF investigators then obtained a search warrant for the residence.

Due to the violent nature of the case and the potential of the suspect being armed, COVOTF investigators requested assistance from the Colorado Springs Police Department’s Tactical Enforcement Unit (TEU) in contacting the residence. CSPD TEU executed the search warrant at the residence and Baca was safely taken into custody.

Baca was transported to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center where he was booked on the outstanding homicide warrant.

The success of this arrest represents a culmination of extensive cooperative investigative efforts between the Lakewood Police Department, U.S. Marshals Colorado Violent Offender Task Force, Colorado Springs Police Department, Fountain Police Department, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The Colorado Violent Offender Task Force is a multi-jurisdictional fugitive task force that targets the most violent offenders to include those wanted for murder, assault, sex offenses, and other serious offenses throughout the state and country.  Nationally, the U.S. Marshals Service fugitive programs are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, eight regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.

Source: Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI Crime News (b)

BEAUMONT, Texas – A Beaumont man has been sentenced to federal prison for violent crime violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Abe McGlothin, Jr.

Patrick Lee Bridgewater, 22, pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery and was sentenced to 63 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Marcia A. Crone on May 16, 2025.

According to court documents, on April 14, 2023, local law enforcement officers responded to a report of an armed robbery in progress at the Speedy Stop on College Street in Beaumont.  Witnesses reported two men entered the store and demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. A description of the men and the vehicle they fled in was broadcast to law enforcement.  The vehicle was quickly located traveling eastbound on College Street. A traffic stop was initiated, but the vehicle evaded police resulting in a high-speed chase eventually ending in Nederland.  Bridgewater was a passenger in the vehicle, which had been reported stolen and was being driven by a minor.  Evidence from the robbery was found in the vehicle.

This case was sentenced as part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime. • MIL-OSI Security: Mexican National and Alleged Alien Smuggler Indicted in El Paso on First Material Support of Terrorism Charges for Supporting CJNG

Source: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) State Crime News

EL PASO, Texas – An indictment unsealed today in the Western District of Texas is the first in the nation to charge a Mexican national with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization based on her involvement with the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), including providing the cartel with grenades and engaging in alien smuggling, firearms trafficking, bulk cash smuggling, and narcotics trafficking on its behalf.

“Cartels like CJNG are terrorist groups that wreak havoc in American communities and are responsible for countless lives lost in the United States, Mexico, and elsewhere,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

Department of State announced the designation of eight international cartels, including CJNG, as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and specially designated global terrorists.

On Jan. 20, President Trump directed the Justice Department and other agencies to pursue total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations because they pose extremely serious threats to the United States, including by jeopardizing a stable and secure border. The Department of Justice and its law enforcement partners are committed to protecting the United States against invasion, working urgently toward the goal of total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, aggressively enforcing our immigration laws, and maximizing the impact and effectiveness of all available law enforcement tools.

“The slew of federal charges we have brought against Navarro-Sanchez sends a monumental message through the ranks of cartels like CJNG—now designated as a terrorist organization—along with those who support them in various capacities, that United States law enforcement is turning up the pressure to crack down on unlawful immigration practices and to dismantle the smuggling of illicit drugs and firearms,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Margaret Leachman for the Western District of Texas. “These crimes, all included as allegations in the indictment, do nothing but place human lives on both sides of the border in grave danger, while loading the pockets of criminals who profit off of them.”

“Today’s historic indictment of Navarro-Sanchez, a high-ranking member of the Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) for providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization sets a precedent and sends an unmistakable message,” said Special Agent in Charge John Morales for the FBI El Paso Field Office. “The FBI is fully committed to using every resource at our disposal to dismantle this, and any other transnational criminal organization, and bring to justice all who enable, support, or profit from their deadly operations within the United States. The FBI El Paso Field Office is doubling down on our partnerships, both locally and with our Mexican counterparts to relentlessly pursue these cartels, violent gangs, and the organized networks that support them by continuing to aggressively disrupt their supply chains, cut off their funding, and take down their leadership, piece by piece, operation by operation.”

“The carnage left behind in the wake of the cartel is devastating to so many in the US and abroad,” stated Special Agent in Charge Bennie Mims for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) Dallas Field Division. “The capture and arrest of Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez, aka Fernanda, aka Chayo, is a groundbreaking demonstration of what international law enforcement authorities can do to fight the scourge of firearm trafficking and the menace that is the narcotics cartels. This may be one of the first of these charges, but it won’t be the last. Thanks to the multi-agency, ATF-led El Paso Operation Southbound Firearms Trafficking Task Force, for their nonstop commitment to take out one of the key players in the trafficking of firearms across our borders.”

“DEA is known for investigating and successfully convicting numerous narco-terrorism targets,” said Special Agent in Charge Omar Arellano for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) El Paso Division. “But this case is a prime example of how DEA is expanding and incorporating more terrorism-related investigative authorities. The men and women of the DEA welcome every tool and every measure available to us to defeat CJNG.”

“This indictment highlights the relentless commitment of Homeland Security Investigations and its law enforcement partners to pursue notorious narco-terrorists like CJNG and their accomplices, such as Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez,” stated Special Agent in Charge Jason T. Stevens, for HSI El Paso. “These criminals are pivotal players in an extensive web of organized crime that “This indictment highlights the relentless commitment of Homeland Security Investigations and its law enforcement partners to pursue notorious narco-terrorists like CJNG and their accomplices, such as Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez,” stated Special Agent in Charge Jason T. Stevens, for HSI El Paso. “These criminals are pivotal players in an extensive web of organized crime that crosses borders, devastating communities through the distribution of deadly drugs and inciting chaos and violence.”

Since its establishment, Joint Task Force Alpha’s (JTFA) work has resulted in increased coordination and collaboration between both domestic and foreign law enforcement; precedent setting indictments, extraditions and prosecutions; more than 365 domestic and international arrests of leaders, organizers, and significant facilitators of these crimes; more than 334 U.S. convictions; more than 281 defendants sentenced, including significant jail sentences imposed; and substantial seizures and forfeitures of assets and contraband including millions of dollars in cash, real property, vehicles, firearms and ammunition, and drugs.

The FBI, ATF, DEA, Customs and Border Protection and HSI in El Paso investigated the case, assisted by the U.S. Border Patrol. ATF Legal Attachés in Mexico City and the Mexico Attorney General’s Office also known as Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) Firearms Trafficking Unit provided substantial assistance. The DEA, CBP’s National Targeting Center, and ICE HSI’s Human Smuggling Unit in Washington, D.C. also provided assistance with the investigation.

The case announced today is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime. Operation Take Back America streamlines efforts and resources from the Department’s Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN).

This case is also part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Strike Force Initiative, which provides for the establishment of permanent multi-agency task force teams that work side-by-side in the same location. This co-located model enables agents from different agencies to collaborate on intelligence-driven, multi¬ jurisdictional operations to disrupt and dismantle the most significant drug traffickers, money launderers, gangs, and transnational criminal organizations. The OCDETF El Paso / Las Cruces Strike Force is comprised of agents and officers from CBP, HSI, DEA, FBI, IRS Criminal Investigation, the U.S. Marshals Service, ATF, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO), and the El Paso Police Department (EPPD).

The charges contained in an indictment are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

  • MIL-OSI Security: U.S. Attorney’s Office Filed 153 Border-Related Cases This Week

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

SAN DIEGO – Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of California filed 153 border-related cases this week, including charges of assault on a federal officer, bringing in aliens for financial gain, reentering the U.S. after deportation, and importation of controlled substances.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California is the fourth-busiest federal district, largely due to a high volume of border-related crimes. This district, encompassing San Diego and Imperial counties, shares a 140-mile border with Mexico. It includes the San Ysidro Port of Entry, the world’s busiest land border crossing, connecting San Diego (America’s eighth largest city) and Tijuana (Mexico’s second largest city).

In addition to reactive border-related crimes, the Southern District of California also prosecutes a significant number of proactive cases related to terrorism, organized crime, drugs, white-collar fraud, violent crime, cybercrime, human trafficking and national security. Recent developments in those and other significant areas of prosecution can be found here.

A sample of border-related arrests this week:

    • On May 11, Mario Santiago-Velasquez, a Mexican national, was arrested and charged with Deported Alien Found in The United States. According to a complaint, Santiago-Velasquez was previously convicted of five immigration crimes and Malicious Destruction of Property.
    • On May 12, Juan Jose Perez-Garcia, a Mexican national who was previously convicted of five immigration-related offenses including felony reentry-after-deportation in 2023, was sentenced in federal court to seven months in custody for again entering the U.S. illegally.
    • On May 13, Juan Nazario Lizarraga Peralta, a U.S. citizen, was arrested and charged with Importation of a Controlled Substance. According to a complaint, Lizarraga was attempting to enter the U.S. at the San Ysidro Port of Entry when he was intercepted by Customs and Border Patrol agents with seven pounds of fentanyl and 11 pounds of cocaine strapped to his body.
    • On May 13, Oscar Echevarria-Luque, a Mexican national, was arrested and charged with illegal importation of cocaine. According to a complaint, Luque applied for entry through the Calexico, California East Port of Entry in a Kenworth truck towing a car hauler. Upon inspection of the trailer, Customs and Border Protection officers found 92.18kg (203.22 pounds) of cocaine concealed in the frame of the trailer.
    • On May 14, Ernesto Alejandro Rodriguez Gallegos, a Mexican national, was arrested and charged with Importation of a Controlled Substance. According to a complaint, Rodriguez attempted to cross the border at the San Ysidro Port of Entry with 135 pounds of cocaine hidden in his vehicle.

Also recently, a number of defendants with criminal records were convicted by a jury or sentenced for border-related crimes such as illegally re-entering the U.S. after previous deportation. Here are a few of those cases:

    • On May 16, Serafin Abelino-Medel, a Mexican national who was previously convicted of felony inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon, and threatening crime with intent to terrorize, was sentenced in federal court to 15 months in custody for again entering the United States illegally.
    • On May 16, Isaac Lopez-Rodriguez, a Mexican national who was previously convicted of Attempt to Commit Aggravated Assault in 2015, was sentenced in federal court to two years in custody for again entering the U.S illegally.

Pursuant to the Department’s Operation Take Back America priorities, federal law enforcement has focused immigration prosecutions on undocumented aliens who are engaged in criminal activity in the U.S., including those who commit drug and firearms crimes, who have serious criminal records, or who have active warrants for their arrest. Federal authorities have also been prioritizing investigations and prosecutions against drug, firearm, and human smugglers and those who endanger and threaten the safety of our communities and the law enforcement officers who protect the community.

The immigration cases were referred or supported by federal law enforcement partners, including Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO), Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), with the support and assistance of state and local law enforcement partners.

Indictments and criminal complaints are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

  • MIL-OSI Security: Mission Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Possessing a Firearm As a Felon

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

PIERRE – United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Eric C. Schulte has sentenced a Mission, South Dakota, man convicted of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. The sentencing took place on May 12, 2025.

Dayvon Sanchez, age 26, was sentenced to one year and one month in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.

Sanchez was indicted by a federal grand jury in July 2024. He pleaded guilty on February 10, 2025.

The conviction stems from an incident on February 24, 2024, in the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation when law enforcement observed Sanchez driving recklessly in Mission and initiated a traffic stop. Rather than stop, Sanchez eluded law enforcement until he wrecked his vehicle. Sanchez was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. A pistol and ammunition were located in Sanchez’s vehicle.

In 2018, Sanchez was convicted in U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota of Assaulting, Resisting, and Impeding a Federal Officer. As a result of this felony conviction, it is illegal for him to possess firearms or ammunition. Sanchez will forfeit ownership of the firearm and ammunition to the United States.

This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and gun violence, and to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone. On May 26, 2021, the Department launched a violent crime reduction strategy strengthening PSN based on these core principles: fostering trust and legitimacy in our communities, supporting community-based organizations that help prevent violence from occurring in the first place, setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities, and measuring the results.

This case was investigated by Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Assistant U.S. Attorney Kirk Albertson prosecuted the case.

Sanchez was immediately remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

  • MIL-OSI Security: Pipeline Indian Country Fentanyl Distributer Found Guilty After Trial

Source: Office of United States Attorneys

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A federal jury convicted Dimitric Wilson, a Twin Cities resident originally from Detroit, with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with the intent to distribute, and distributing fentanyl while on pretrial release, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Kirkpatrick.

According to court documents and evidence at trial, law enforcement set out to discover a supplier of fentanyl in Wisconsin and Minnesota, including in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and on the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation. After an extensive investigation, Dimitric Timopkin Wilson, 46, was identified and stopped by the Minnesota State Patrol as he traveled back to the Twin Cities from Detroit. When apprehended by law enforcement, Wilson and the other passenger gave inconsistent stories regarding their activities in Detroit. The State Patrol used a drug dog to sniff the car for narcotics. The drug dog alerted to the odor of drugs, resulting in a search of the vehicle. State troopers noticed an electrical panel that was altered. The officers opened the panel and located four separate vacuum-sealed packages hidden with a natural void accessible from the panel area.  The packages contained multiple sub-packages and were ultimately found to contain approximately a kilogram of fentanyl, a package containing heroin, cocaine and fentanyl, and another package containing crack cocaine. After being charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and given terms of release pending trial, Wilson was documented selling fentanyl to a government informant.

On May 15, 2025, a jury convicted Wilson of all three counts on which he was indicted. Wilson was previously sentenced to a state misdemeanor conviction for maintaining a drug house, a state felony conviction for carrying a concealed weapon, and a federal felony conviction for conspiring to distribute heroin.  Due to his prior federal conviction for conspiring to distribute heroin, Wilson faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years’ imprisonment for the possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute conviction and a mandatory consecutive sentence of up to 10 years for his conviction for distributing fentanyl while on pretrial release.

“I laud the hard work of the agents and officers who exposed Wilson as a major fentanyl trafficker, running routes from Detroit to Minnesota,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Kirkpatrick.  “Wilson showed that he would not be stopped—despite a prior federal conviction, he peddled his poison to the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation.  Outrageously, after being released from custody, Wilson yet again trafficked in fentanyl, this time selling drugs to a government informant.  Wilson rightly faces serious federal time.  Wilson—and others who would bring deadly fentanyl to Minnesota and to our vulnerable Indian reservations—should be prepared to spend decades in federal prison.”

“Fentanyl continues to ravage communities across the country, fueling addiction, tragedy, and loss,” said Special Agent in Charge Alvin M. Winston Sr. of FBI Minneapolis. “One of the FBI’s top priorities is to protect the American people, and that means holding accountable the individuals and networks responsible for pushing fentanyl into our communities. The FBI and our partners are committed to removing these drug traffickers from our neighborhoods and stopping the flow of fentanyl at its source.”

This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Minnesota State Patrol, the Mille Lacs Tribal Police Department, the East Central Drug Task Force, the Sawyer County (Wisconsin) Sheriff’s Office, the Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Lac Courte Oreilles (Wisconsin) Tribal Police Department.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Campbell Warner and Allen A. Slaughter prosecuted the case.
